Wednesday April 4, 8:30 am ET
LOS ANGELES, April 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- eWorldCompanies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EWDC - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary eWorld Entertainment, Inc. (eWorlde) has renewed and expanded its strategic alliance with Dr. Deborah Cooper, the highly respected expert on relationships and personal growth who is internationally known as "The Relationship Doctor."

The parties have agreed to a series of cross-promotions via television and Internet media in which eWorlde will carry promotional video clips on its Boomerang Media Station of Dr. Cooper and her weekly Los Angeles cable television talk show "The Dr. Deborah Cooper Show," and Dr. Cooper will in turn create new and original content to be broadcast exclusively via the Boomerang Media Station. Dr. Cooper will also serve as a spokesperson for eWorld Entertainment, Inc. and promote the company and its Boomerang Media Station via various TV, radio and print media, as well as occasional live presentations. With more than 600 national television appearances, Dr. Cooper continues to educate and entertain her audience with practical insights and easy to use techniques that enhance all forms of relationships. For more than 15 years Dr. Cooper has been a sought after seminar leader as her dynamic presentation has empowered and motivated people to "lighten up" to get the most out of their personal relationships. Through her audiocassettes, video and book she continues to help people avoid the pitfalls of rejection and smothering. She has been featured in The Los Angeles Times (front page) and quoted in Time, Cosmopolitan, Elle, and Playboy Magazines. She has been a frequent guest on The Montel Williams Show, Inside Edition, CNBC, Geraldo, and CBS News. Although Dr. Cooper's specialty is working with relationship oriented issues, she has also helped clients work through business and financial difficulties, helped individuals overcome phobias, eliminate pain and control unhealthy habits such as smoking and eating disorders.
Commentary
In response to this announcement, Henning Morales, CEO and President of eWorldCompanies, Inc. commented, "We are very pleased to announce the continuation of our strategic partnership with Dr. Deborah Cooper. Dr. Cooper has been a strong supporter of our company and was one of our first strategic partners, dating back to the release of our first beta version of Boomerang. Dr. Cooper is a true professional in every way and her work is held in the highest regard throughout both the entertainment and professional communities. We look forward to working with Dr. Cooper to create exciting new content that will be available exclusively online through the Boomerang. We also believe that her promotional activities will help our company reach its goal of one million free downloads of our Boomerang software by fourth quarter 2007."

Not meaning any offense, but IMO it's pump until its verified. Would you trust everything someone posts, especially as a newbie? I would love to believe everything posted, but sadly, I know better. Thank you for adding to its credibility though.

PKTO has a nice chart: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=18431732
I would DD RVME VERY CAREFULLY before investing even one cent. Stock has a very bad rep going back years...they have made a business built on taking investors' money and running for .0001 as fast as possible with reverse splits. Scenario goes like this: investor buys, stock may soar momentarily, RVME pays their own people with stock, RVME's people sell all their stock quick, driving price to .0001, RVME reverse splits and basically all victim investors stock becomes worthless, then RVME issues new stock again...rinse and repeat. For YEARS. Check it out VERY THOROUGHLY. JMO based on the DD I have done.
IYSA delayed filing news:
"Net loss for the year ended December 31, 2005 was $388,035 compared to anticipated net income for the year ended December 31, 2006 of $4,330,376 due to gains on debt settlement totaling $4,856,874.

timmage, I believe the ibox is the link to 'BigHub.com, Inc. (BHUB)' up above these posts. It's the "main" BigHub.com, Inc. board. Not sure how else to describe it, but it basically contains all the gossip and details (due diligence = DD) about this company posted there by the moderator or his/her assistants...the moderator and his/her assistants are also listed in the ibox. Hope this helps! Do you know what tia and eom stand for? Thanks.
I did, but sold out after my money was 2x because I did NOT do my dd, just knew the momo was good. May buy in again on Monday, after I do some dd tonight.... Right now, trying to catch up on the latest bhub gossip. Have a great week if I don't catch up with you before we're all a little richer!
We're good, CRANEMAN, I'll stick to stocks and bite my tongue about people. My bad!
Wow....
So, TPL, where do you keep the bartender? Anyone interested in a game of hold'em?
I am not smart enough to cause trouble. I figured my toxic stock list might be valuable though.
Hey, skaka, looks like the DEXTQ chart is topping out, what makes you think it will have a good week?
Right, your board. Got it.
No problem, good point. Thanks for the heads up. Too many names to keep track of...and WHY I should keep track.
I will send you the "toxic" list I come up with once its compiled...if my wife leaves me alone long enough to finish it...remember my comment earlier about "weeding out," well I may be weeded out because my wife cannot take me doing this...takes too much time. LOL
Here is the board I am getting most of my info from:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4318
Lol, yeah, for some reason I always perceive caps as yelling.
As far as "toxic people," I need to clarify, I was not talking about anyone HERE on this board...so far. I meant here in Ihub overall. I think TPL, milkman, manysevens, mastershake, fastlizzy, and a few other regulars here know this business and are at least willing to put up with newbies. Just have to get used to the idea...just like the rest of us.
Regarding the TPL cult, I can't speak for anyone else, but I TRY to worship GOD. He's #1. #2 is FAMILY. #3 SERVE OUR NATION. #4 FRIENDS. #5 HOBBIES, like this.
Anyone new to anything has plenty to learn -- keep eyes on people who know what's going on, learn quick, maybe take a few profits...then, test the new wings alone. Give back when given the chance. I do not know about how everyone else started this, or how many profits they took at first. I imagine there is always the school of hard knocks...an initiation process...perhaps a "weed out" process. In the military, we call it "storming" or "hazing" or "fun" depending on whether you're the FNG or not. GLTA
Also, if you know little about a "poster," and want to know more, check out his or her board. I was surprised and thankful I did some dd on some of the ppl here. Realize that no matter whose board you read, you only get the picture they allow you to see.... I'm considering creating a spreadsheet on "toxic" people next.....feedback and insight are always welcome!!! Thank you!!!
Craneman, I have to ask: Scammers? On bhub, dtgp, and pmcl? Do you mean hashers, p&ds, con artists, liers, cheaters, thieves, people with agendas, people who misrepresent or make up facts about companies, people who provide their own or a buddy's personal cell or phone numbers and tell you to call the "T/As" or "CEOs," people who somehow may be able to publish fake PRs, people who create false companies and who create fraudulent shares of stock, perhaps people who simply misrepresent their positions and intentions in the stocks, or people who are advertising on any board where a significant amount of people read, or do you mean scammers as in the companies themselves (stay away from Raven Moon)? There are too many ways to scam. Any specifics?
I gently request the opportunity to learn from your and everyone else's mistakes before I place any significant bets...which could take years I realize. I have already begun creating a spreadsheet listing all the "toxic" stocks I hear of or stumble upon. I am glad to share if you're interested. But, please please, share what you mean by scammers. Thank you!!!
The ibox chart looks great...kind of like a sinc function. Good thing we are in discrete time...lol. Sorry, gEEk humor.
OT: I recommend everyone go to the following link and sign the petition demanding our government put an end to naked shorting (among other illegal activities) by MMs:
http://www.petitiononline.com/mrktrfrm/petition.html
I copied this link from someone's board here on ihub and take no credit for finding it myself.
better than being Wong, LMAO!!!!
Alright, gut check. I asked a couple of people last night about legal concerns here. I recommend if you are new to this and have not done so, go to someone you trust you trust outside this board, get some legal advice. Make SURE you are good with this. That is what all the big dogs and MMs reading here have done, Trust Me.
My OPINION is:
1) Everything on this board is based on word of mouth unless you have called and spoke with one of the power brokers yourself.
2) This stock is poised for a serious uptrend in many ways. I am a stock trader. I pursue uptrending stocks, PERIOD.
3) Not only is Yucatan going to use BHUB as an rm (probably sooner now with all the hubbub...it is a great time for them to take advantage), this IS a MOASS.
4) With pending legal action, the MMs will try to buy up their shorts as quietly as possible and as soon as possible because they have no idea how soon Yucatan is going to move.
5) Get IN or get OUT.
Godspeed, LOL
Awesome thanks!
Can someone recommend a good provider offering reliable real-time BHUB charts like the ones that fringe posts? Does e-trade or ameritrade have any decent products? If not, I am looking for suggestions. Or do the "chartists" write the code to create these themselves...like in MATLAB or something? Thanks!
Got it.
Okay, let me try asking here because it appears Char and Art are busy doing some heavylifting (DD) and not answering a critical question I have so far. Yeah, I know I play the fool in these parts, helps me lose my money in a better mood, but just hear me out for a minute.
TPL, as you are still a BHUB stockholder and after reviewing the latest developments as posted on the BHUB ibox, can you provide any insight/advice as to what legal concerns BHUB stockholders may have at this point. Are there any legal/ethical issues that you can see? Char claims to be in close touch with Yucatan and it looks like he is pursuing *methods to adjust* the stock's pps. Should the stockholders be asking Yucatan to send out a PR clarifying the share structure and its intentions, which we as stockholders know could drive up the stock's price? Conflict of interest??? Perfectly legal and ethical??? I think it is, but I feel biased. Who wouldn't be? Thanks. If you cannot advise, please let me know. My next alternative is to pursue legal advice from my base legal office, but I wanted to get a vector before I go off half cocked.
