Even at $800,000 that's more than probably 90% of pink
sheet stocks.
Who knows? With the merger, we might just
go ahead and trade as an OB waiting to move to a higher
exchange.
We are qualified, all we have to do is send
in the application fee and notify the market makers.
There are only about 20 more hours for the stock to be traded
as FCCN. I think no later than Monday morning it will be
trading as AERX, AXTC, ATXS or something with a little more
power than FCCN.
I'm not worried, just thankful I can get shares at this price
within hours of the merger announcement. Who wudda thunk there
was this level of generosity out there coming from unknown strangers! LOL
So the truth of the matter it is the "unknown sellers"?
It'll be great next week when we will be able to take all the
stuff about FCCN out the IBox and have nothing but Aero Exhaust.
It's unfortunate for them to be selling for peanuts here, when
next week they could possibly be buying the plantation!
He must have sold again and is out practicing his hobby. LOL
Then again, the price is low enough for him already!
He knows that. He's just trying to get a lower entry point.
That's terrific! If people don't realize this is a done deal
now, they never will.
And there will be investors waiting for the merger so they
can buy stock in Aero Exhaust for the first time!
Just make sure somebody opens the door for .04
if he comes calling today!
The bottomline is we WILL BE the Aero Turbine Exhaust
Company in a few days. That's why we are all here!
Any shares bought under .03 today will look like a huge bargain
by Friday. IMO That's what my DD says!
Penny players are fascinated by a lot of zeros before and
after whole numbers. Investors can get along without a lot
of zeros, especially if they are in front of the whole numbers! LOL
I think he was counting on the price of the shares to become
so large that penny players would be uncomfortable with it
and the shares would move into the hands of investors.
Many months ago Peacock stated that GGI was recruited as a partner. This capability
was the reason FCCN was chosen over all of the other shells for the vehicle to take
Aero public. I think he even mentioned that it was a “win, win, win situation” for
FCCN, Aero and GGI.
It’s probably a little complicated for those not used to doing DD, but it is rather
simplistic. It boils down to the three legs of the transaction.
The most important is that Aero received funds to grow the business by enabling
them to expand their product line.
FCCN shareholders benefited with a larger stake in Aero by buying the shares GGI
was selling to recover the funds sent to Aero. Unfortunately, this concept was lost
on everyone except the few who could grasp it. And was used unmercifully as a tool
to talk people out of their shares.
GGI was not only able to be repaid the past due convertible debenture they had
no chance of recovering under the old ownership and management, but they will
realize the advantages of owning shares of a fast growing company like Aero.
It was a brilliant play by Mr. Peacock to the benefit of all who are lucky enough to
have been here at the right time and understood the beauty of it.
Looks like GGI put a lot of money into the merger just recently
buying the same shares for a buck a piece.
Evidently they saw some value:
Subsequent to June 30, 2007, an additional 126,600,000 shares of the Company’s common stock was released from escrow to Golden Gate Investors under the terms of the Settlement Agreement, bringing the total amount of shares released to Golden Gate to 400,287,345, with a balance on the debenture to convert of $35,694.
] In addition, Golden Gate purchased an additional 482,791 shares of common stock under the stock purchase agreement for $482,791, which was credited against monies advanced.
Logic says they are worth more than a shell.
I see it all the time. He flipped and missed the good news
today! Let him chase it now.
Please don't speak for me. I'm in a good mood today. Got some
more shares at a cheap price and this is merger week. Doesn't
get much better than that!
“It’s better to put it in and not need it than not put it in and need it!” King Stahlman
So that means there are no more than four days for the merger
announcement?
Hey, we might even have a chance to touch $14 today with
the old end of day pop.
Todd, please don't let a few disagreeable posts get to you.
There are many, many others on this board who look forward to your input on the stock. Thanks
You got to love the subtle ones, they have to keep an even
keel when trying to talk down a stock! I don't think he
quite has the knack for it yet.
Don't worry. I think a lot of people let themselves get
scared out of their shares. I think by this time tomorrow
we will be back over .03.
His nerves might be frayed, but I know a lot of people with
steady nerves in this stock that took advantage of this unreasoned fear.
We should be at the high of the day here shortly.
Fortunately I'm able to pick up more at this level.
Aero Exhaust, a seven-year-old company based in Salt Lake City, already is convinced it's getting the bang. The Nextel season doesn't start until Sunday, but the company is experiencing "triple-digit" sales growth in the first quarter of 2006.
Bryan Hunsaker would be the one to know and I think this was
revealed to a reporter by him.
No, but I think he became spokesman because of the potential
of the product and the credibility of the management which
you seem to be trying to discredit on both fronts.
Rusty Wallace finds it interesting enough to become spokesman
for the company. See if you can dig up some dirt on him.
Why not post the truth about that deal or doesn't it fit
your agenda?
Aero agreed to sell part interest to that "public company",
but found out it wasn't on the up and up and backed out of
the deal. That company has long since disappeared and Aero is
now planning to go public on its own merits.
Not much has been reported lately, but we are getting
close to the time frame I had heard earlier about doing
an IPO of the terminal operations. With a lot of interest
in the BDI rates and port operations, that one could have
a substantial positive impact on the share price.
I don't think they check educational background when they issue patents.

Judging by all the street hustlers showing up today, there
will be quite a scene tomorrow with them trying to talk the
us rubes out of our shares. LOL!
Sounds like another one trying to get people to sell so
they can get cheap shares.
Todd, after talking with Andrew late Friday, I got the impression that the 10K was filed and it just wasn't picked
up in time for the for the 5:30 postings at the SEC.
He reiterated that the only useful information would be the
settlement with GGI which will NOT carry over to the merger.
He maintained the only important event is the merger with
Aero and that it will close as stated in the earlier PR.
I suspect that they just decided not to issue a PR and waste
additional money, when there will be one coming out Monday.
I also "expect", but don't "guarantee" there will be lot of
eyes on FCCN come Monday morning!
It's a tool used by many mechanics to pry shares of
stock out of the hands of shareholders.
