Been a long week here. Closing on a couple of custom homes in the next few weeks. Anyhow... Just grabbed a cold one and sat down to go over the past weeks developments. Good stuff to say the least. The claims are official. Transperancy is crystal clear. Mining to start in May which is HUGE. I also read a post elsewhere which got my attention. To the effect of 200 mines in 2007. Could that mean on top of the 2006 54 for a total of 250+? Any thoughts? Obviously i think Rick won't stop if opportunities present them self with 200. But it gets better every day! TIA builder
You guys have done wonders w/ the board btw!
Been here for awhile now. I am the only one. lol. Anyhow we reached a very good entry or adding level today. Any thoughts on late filing as in how long will it take or why? Good luck to you all! TIA!
Call this a newbie question but does this tech reduce the overall operating cost of running the reactor? Could be very helpfull w/ U308 climbing. FWIW I have a couple ux investments. Looking for some tech involved with the sector for another position. TIA
I agree totally. If I was in at that or .0001 then hell why not. Just got a little pissed when I thought I was buying a stock with interest in Microcars 3 months ago. That deal may still happen but don't bet on it. I hope the new telecom can turn it around. Flannery has been in the hospital and that was supposed to be the reason for the delay in Microcars. I know the speculation with these stocks but this was the first time I've felt flat out lied to. The new tellecom gurru will hopefully turn this around for you guys. Best of luck!
Had it since .0009. Best of luck to you all. But I'm out and staying out.
Loofman had a pretty good est last week when the valuations start coming out. Bottom line is the co. is nearing the completion of the 504 raising. They are purchasing or filing new mine claims all around the same area (Mesa Mill)at a break neck speed.
The PPS estimate kinda depends on ones outlook and trading style. Some probably want to make a quick 2 or 3 bagger then they are on to the next thing. Then some including myself and many others here will ride this one for what its really worth all the while accumulating. By june I think we will have hit .01. You just never really know because this thing has shot up a few times on absolutly no news. Any thing under .003 is dirt cheap (pre split). This thing could reverse merge into another JV co. or partner up, or even sell to Denison (Mesa Mill), or mine ourselves. All would be great!
The co. is young and is still accumualting mines and and a fairly strong investor base. But I honestly believe we are far more valuable than GLX... It is all in our own back yard USA too which counts for something. Just my opinion.
Yep thanks to everyone who put out some great DD over the past few weeks and months. Share Structure, Names, numbers, emails to Rick, PRs on Pinksheets, I also posted some maps of the new claims which are posted and now verified. Also posted the claim filing process. Seems like we are working like a well oiled machine. I love being in on the ground floor of a company building some serious foundations. Thanks again to those who believe!

13 MM's on the table here. 3 on the bid .0008 x 1 on the ask .0009. Looks thin to .0014 imho.
Unfortunatly no. In Missouri near Branson and the lakes.
LOL. I'm up to my ass in alligators already. But I'll build your castle and mine too. Thanks for the email updates btw. Good stuff just over them hills! See you all in the AM!
On the April 2nd PR it stated the claims as "Range Mining Claims" the March 27th stated "Rage". First noticed it last night. Typo probably. Nothing on Rage and still trying to find the right Range. LOL. According to some posts BRW is either in business in AZ or the Australian co doing business in North America. Anyhow still looking into it my self. The claims have to be filed with gov. so just waiting.
I think we are in the better of the two co. With all the craziness over there right now. Who knows who even runs that co. from what I've read. Thought that from day one here. Berman is as honest as they come from past history. Just my opinion. I do not own any of the other co for full disclosre.
Some RSDS DD for us longs. Took me a couple of hours but it'll be worth it. ;) Any other info on the newest claims from others would be appreciated I am sure. TIA and GLTYA!

_____Staking a Claim
Once a mineral deposit has been discovered, land ownership has been verified, and it has been determined that the land is not already claimed, a prospector can stake a claim. When staking a claim on federal lands, location posts or rock monuments are placed at each corner of the claim. A location notice must be placed on one of the corner markers. Location notices contain the following information: (1) date of location, (2) name of locator, (3) name of claim or property, (4) type of claim, (5) acreage claimed, and (6) description of parcel of ground. Within 90 days, a copy of the claim notice must be filed with the BLM and the county recorders office.
Lode and Placer Claims
Two types of claims can be located: lode and placer. A lode claim includes mineralized veins with well-defined boundaries or broad zones of mineralized rock. A lode claim is 1,500 feet parallel to the vein and 600 feet perpendicular to the vein or outcrop where there is mineralization. All mineral deposits not considered to be lode claims are called placer claims. Placer deposits include unconsolidated materials, such as sand, gravel, gold, or other minerals. A placer claim is 20 acres in size per locator and an association of eight individuals may claim up to 160 acres.
Obtaining a Permit
Before mining begins, a permit must be obtained from the Utah Division of Oil, Gas & Mining for permission to mine on any land in the state regardless of ownership. The cost of this permit depends on the proposed size of the mine.
Maintaining Possession of Claim
To maintain possession of a claim on federal land, claim owners must perform at least $100 worth of improvements or labor to the claim each year. This annual assessment work could include geological, geophysical, or geochemical surveys. After improvements have been completed, the claim owner must file an affidavit of such work with both the county recorder and the BLM. On state lands, a mineral lease must be renewed each year.

PTS, Inc. Files 2006 Annual Report
04/03/2007 08:59
Management of PTS, Inc. (OTCBB: PTSH) today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006. Selected excerpts and highlights are as follows:
Total net sales and revenues were $781,886 for the year ended December 31, 2006 compared to $52,755 for the year ended 2005. This represents a 1,482% increase in total revenue.
Total G&A (general and administrative) expenses for the year ended December 31, 2006 increased by $631,459 to $1,625,406 for the year ended December 31, 2006 from $993,947 for the year ended December 31, 2005 representing a 163% increase. This increase is primarily attributed to the inclusion of the Disability Access Corporation (DAC) operations for the full 2006 fiscal year. We do not expect G&A expenses to increase substantially in the coming 12 months. We intend to focus on operating efficiencies, increasing revenues, and attaining profitability during this period.
"Needless to say, we are very pleased with the financial and operational performance and improvements made in the past year. With an increase of only (approx.) 163% in expenses, we were able to realize an increase in revenue of (approx.) 1,482%. This is a dramatic improvement from 2005 to 2006, and management is now confident to forecast that 2007 will be profitable," stated Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc.

Holding up well the past several days. eom
I've been watching this for awhile now. Looks like a decent time to jump in soon. I guess investor sentiment can go a long way. But I don't think it can sustain the drop. Oil is oil after all and as long as it keeps coming from the ground I don't need fluffy PR's. Looks like some of you know a lot about this co. Still DDing here but looks like a great place near hear to get my first shares. GLTYA!
Berman is at least keeping us updated now. Not to mention the Strong push to aquire more claims. 88 now. we all now about the the first 54. I bet he is waiting on some information to post it public and maximize the effect. Seems he put it on pinksheets to keep the shareholders informed. I guess he realized how many of us there are here. No loans, money in the bank, some fund raising to fund aquisitions and test, new ir firm I think, and actual company responses. I really like the looks of where this is going! All imho and of coarse good luck to you all!
I'll second that!!! Only hope is for an R/S, A small miracle, and a NEW CEO. If some bought in at .0001 0r 2 then good luck with your lotto play. Some here believed the PR's back when this was supposed to be (aquired) MicroCars and the PPS was much higher. Now the new thing is cable/phone. My bet is it doesn't go. My $500 is now $80 and I'll call that lesson learned. Any how good luck.
Hope everyone had a great weekend! On the subs list I see. April is here. :) Sholuld be a good week.
How long does it usually take for the nobo list that was PR'd at the end of last week? TIA.
It must be Friday. laughing my arse off. We go up sooon!
builder
Any opinions on the 1 month chart or the 10 day for that matter. Seems to be right back where it was on Friday except for the pps of coarse. ;) TIA builder
The magic number has been .0008. Seems this is the area the pops have been taking off from. We would have held a higher base this last time if the fund raising had stopped. But we new it. It should be over reasonably soon and it seems it will go to further claims. We only own about 27% of the 200 we are after. Should be good. Real good long term. Of coarse imho and gltua.
Taking forever to place my buy at ask. 15 min now
My screen showed ALL in 47 48 range as sells.
Looks like MM's would let it run today if we only had yesterdays volume. GLTYA!
Volume strong today. Already over yesterdays. And nearly all buys
They do not own the mill. Denison Mining does. They are pretty darn big co. RSDS 1st 54 claims are literaly right next door. The new 8 claims are very close as well. So we either sell the proven reserves to a big player like Denison, mine it ourselves and then sell to Denison, partner up with another co., etc. In any event todays PR is telling and means we are moving in the right direction. All IMHO of coarse!

Remediation of the Moab Uranium Mill Tailings, Grand and San Juan Counties, Utah
Draft Environmental Impact Statement
http://www.eh.doe.gov/nepa/docs/deis/eis0355d/vol_2/appendix_a1-6.pdf
At the White Mesa Mill site, several areas were chained (to remove unwanted vegetation) to
support an active cattle ranch prior to mill operations. These areas were reseeded but are now
mostly void of vegetation due to overgrazing. Current vegetation consists primarily of crested
wheatgrass and invasive weeds. Annual weeds, rabbitbrush, snakeweed, sagebrush, and
cheatgrass dominate vegetation in the surrounding areas, which include some abandoned dry
farms. Areas that were neither cultivated nor chained support sagebrush communities with a
sparse understory of grasses, including galleta and crested wheatgrass. Forbs are rarely found.
Potential vegetation consists of more than 50 percent palatable grasses such as western
wheatgrass, Indian ricegrass, needle-and-thread grass, and squirreltail; 15 to 20 percent increaser
grasses, including galleta and blue grama; 25 percent decreaser browse plants, including
winterfat; and 5 to 10 percent big sagebrush, ephedra, and other shrubs.
Truck transportation between Moab and the White Mesa Mill site would be along US-191. There
is no existing rail route south of Moab; therefore, rail transport to White Mesa Mill is not
considered an option. A slurry pipeline would follow mostly existing rights-of-way through
federally administered lands. However, approximately 29 miles of new rights-of way would be
required, which would occur in an area that likely supports a greater diversity and abundance of
vegetation and wildlife than the other pipeline routes. For example, the region near Monticello,
Utah, north of the White Mesa Mill site where the new right-of-way would pass, supports piñonjuniper
forests, and scattered ponderosa pine stands dominate this zone at higher elevations.
Recent NRC environmental assessments for the White Mesa Mill site concluded that no
threatened or endangered species were being adversely affected by current mill operations
(IUC 2003).

Database to be extended for study on cancer incidence among residents at former Monticello uranium mill site
State health officials have launched a new phase of their health probe in Monticello, where residents suspect a government uranium mill is to blame for decades of cancer cases and deaths. "We hope that these next steps will bring us closer to understanding the cancer incidence in Monticello and any possible connection to the mill," said David N. Sundwall, state health executive director.
Sundwall's team promised in May 2006 to look for ways to fill in information gaps in the state's data about cancer in the area. It turns out that standard health study practices excluded much information. They would not allow the Health Department to count the cancers of people who had moved out of the southeastern Utah community and people who had died before the cancer registry began. The health department plans to complete its data-gathering by the year's end. (The Salt Lake Tribune, Aug. 4, 2006)
Study finds no increased cancer incidence among residents at former Monticello uranium mill site
The Utah Department of Health (UDOH) report, compiled by its office of epidemiology, concluded that the incidence of cancers in zip code 84535 (Monticello and surroundings) is "not statistically significant." However, the report cautioned that the health department's study is just preliminary and did not include cancers diagnosed prior to 1973, the year the Utah Cancer Registry began, and that it also didn't include cases diagnosed outside Utah.
The mill operated on the south side of town from 1943 to the beginning of 1960, processing both vanadium and uranium. The uranium ore, trucked in from hundreds of mines in the area, was pulverized into fine yellow dust that was blown by the prevailing winds across the town, and was tracked home by workers to unsuspecting family members. After shutdown of the mill, the tailings piles became a favorite playground for children, and provided "sand" for sandboxes, brick mortar and road base.
The town first noticed what might be cancer clusters in the 1960s when seven young people living within blocks of each other died of leukemia. Since then, there have been at least 18 other leukemia cases, according to a health survey prepared by grass-roots group Victims of Mill Tailings Exposure (VTME). VMTE's list includes more than 416 cancers; the UDOH's study included 141. (Deseret News May 25, 2006)

DOE Inspector General criticizes DOE's oversight over reclamation of Monticello uranium mill tailings site (Utah)
"The Department entered into a cooperative agreement with the City [of Monticello] in June 1999 that, among other things, required the restoration of the mill site and certain associated areas. [...]
Our audit disclosed that the Department did not effectively monitor or control certain aspects of the restoration of the Monticello Mill Site. The restoration of the site was completed as required; however, the City did not adequately maintain the site, and it suffered significant erosion. The Department took action to correct erosion problems that were of immediate concern, but it did not ensure that the City used funds provided under the agreement for long-term maintenance of the mill site."

DOE invites public comment on proposed cleanup approach by natural attenuation for Monticello OU III tailings site
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has developed a Proposed Plan that presents the preferred remedial alternative for Operable Unit III of the Monticello Mill Tailings Site near Monticello, Utah. Operable Unit III encompasses contaminated surface water and ground water at and hydraulically downgradient of the former Monticello millsite. DOE believes that monitored natural attenuation with institutional controls provides the best balance of tradeoffs among the cleanup alternatives being considered.
