I bet we never see you again mgreg.
Good riddance.
Because he's a fraud, marc. Let me paraphrase what he just told you-
"I'm a flipper"
But what are you going to do with macaroons like him? Everyone is entitled to make money how they want, & he chooses to be a basher/flipper. Guys like him never really get very far with that type of investment strategy
Sounds like some of our Canadian brethren have something to answer for. The more I find out about Parkin the more I enjoy his departure.
Exactly the point I was making cfpjbs...
Accountants are quite conservative by nature. They aren't going to risk their reputation with other firms or agencies by fabricating the assets of a company like Aurus.
I don't understand Russian, but it was obvious by watching Salnikov speak that he was certainly forthright when talking about the impending disclosures. The way in which he was thinking out loud while he twirled the package of markers showed me that nothing he said was contrived or prepared in advance.
Be patient dos- it will take some time to load, maybe 30-45 minutes. It's worth the wait.
Now that you mention it, cfpjbs, that is an important point that has not been made.
Salnikov, who represents the auditing firm, has put himself squarely in the middle of discussing the prospects of the company in a documentary to shareholders. That is HUGE. What it indicates is a major level of commitment by the 6th largest auditing firm in the WORLD to a company that is barely over a year old.
Read between the lines, folks... why would RSM with their expertise and reputation put their good name on the line for this company if they didn't see the potential? Salnikov also seems to really know both Aurus & Krong well for an accounting type of guy.
We realize these extra shares are all speculation, but one thing is not--
That we own a company that is producing precious minerals TODAY. The bantering about what Aurus' financial condition is will certainly continue, but owning a property worth billions that has machinery making millions every month is such an important milestone that it cannot be ignored.
And, as I've said before, we know for a fact that mgmt. is watching this message board. When we talk about the value of action photos, cash divis, and transparency about production & receive the level of feedback we're getting from a group of folks on the other side of the earth, that indicates some truly remarkable communication is happening.
Just watched the video again, & I'm amazed at how open they are and the matter-of-fact manner in which they spoke of their business. These guys are obviously driven to accomplish lofty goals and if they weren't comfortable with themselves or the company they represent there's no way this documentary is made.
Furthermore, the alleged additional shares may have not been issued/converted yet. Even though Krong was acquired last year, final details of the stock issued might not have been available at the time.
Looks like the old 'raise the bar' game....
Notice how every time this company reaches a new milestone or we have more great information that the naysayers come up with something else to piss & moan about?
Now we have the screams of dilution. Really? How do you think any new cash-strapped company is going to raise capital? Better yet- what would all of you experts who complain about another 150M shares (if that's what it is- who knows for sure) do in order to acquire land with billions of assets in precious metals? Borrow a couple hundred million $$$- what bank or institution would lend it to you & at what rate? Joint venture? Anyone would want half the take on that deal.
How do you 'experts' explain all of the equipment that is already producing 99.99% pure gold? Do any of you whiners have a better suggestion? Let's here it, boys.
If you want to know the truth, the whole lot of you clowns that bashed 2C for his DD and said this company is a scam should be eating crow right now.
Right on about the other metals, Poker, but I think the waste would be for bricks, not ethanol. I don't believe we're looking at cellulosic type material necessary for ethanol in this case unless you're talking about timber/forest waste
I hope the new audit also includes an update of which properties we now own. To be honest, it's not really clear by looking at the Aurus website.
Now that I think about it, an update of their website would be nice (maybe they should include a link to the 2C video) ;0)
That looks like a conceivable ultimate valuation to me...
So if we were indeed @ 315M shares outstanding, that would give us a market cap of about $20.5M. Still incredibly low...
That gives us a current P/S ratio of 1.0. And we KNOW that production will be increasing soon-- in fact, I believe Aurus can do $50M in revenue this year quite easily.
Given the numbers above, we should conservatively be selling at $.75 to $1.25 at this time with our current production and proposed O/S.
WTF- gold up $24.50 today to $685...
Here comes 700...
No way does our PPS stay this low much longer
You've got to be kidding em.
I think the last PR alluded to a production of 10,000 oz of gold per month--
What also interests me is whether they have the iron separation equipment on order or if there is a time frame for processing iron ore. It looks like they have a massive amount ready for sale if they can just get to it.
Great job, 2Create!! This video surpasses anything I could have hoped for. My immediate thoughts:
-I was impressed by the level of information the principals & Top Audit were willing to give to shareholders. They also allowed considerable access to their production facilities, which is not something all companies are willing to do.
-It's obvious that considerable thought was given to this endeavour by management. From the the discussion with RSM, viewing of the tailings & production facilities, and the gold tutorial at dinner, it was a brief by well planned presentation. They even showed local officials touring the plant.
-In spite of the recent production numbers, I now see where they could really use the $50M from Kyoto. Does anyone realize how much money the machinery costs at the Magadan plant? To the casual observer it might not look like much, but I was surprised to see just how much production equipment they had in place.
-With this video, the scam argument of bashers is history. I challenge anyone to submit similar evidence of a pink sheets stock's operation in such detail.
-Would it be possible to also post a transcript and/or link of the conversations in this video for all to see in the I-Box? It might help to tell exactly what was said, since there is some background noise- but 2C's wife did an awesome job on translation.
-If there is some dilution, so what? We're talking billions of $$ in assets here- besides, any shares issued to Kyoto or anyone else would be restricted for some time anyway.
-I need to clear some funds, but I'm going after more shares at these prices. Another million shares is only $70K right now
Haven't seen video yet & can't wait...
Once we're done buffering here I can enjoy the fruits of 2C's labor.
And this PPS drop today is a telling sign that we are being manipulated into an impending run-up. This is a classic, last-gasp attempt to shake the tree for any more weak kneed investors before we head north in a big way.
You've attracted a lot of attention with this vid, 2C. You & your talented (& beautiful) wife should be proud of what you've done- I know I am.
JLP76
At last... a fellow long(term) investor with a friendly post.
We know that Aurus & 2C will come thru for us. Just having a little fun at the expense of those stricken with rectitus that have infested the board today to pass the time ;o)
Uh, you called yourself "dumb" when you joined I-Hub, remember?
Dumb might be a compliment for you. Rage on, dude.
Wrong-- they simply replaced one $50M deal with another.
Wow, you really are dumb.
If you figure the P/S ratio on AURC right now we are @ 9M/20M=
.45!!!
We should be a minimum of ten times that...
Furthermore, gold is down $12 today. All other commodities are lower too, so I imagine most mining stocks are having a crappy day.
*yawn* more MM manipulation, so what?
For us longs that have a 2-3 year minimum waiting period to see the real big $$$$, looking at the posts by the flippers trying to make a few measly thousand bucks (max) is a real treat. What a riot.
If not today, then soon, corvette guy
The company stated in the 1/31 PR that details on payment of the stock divi would be disseminated to shareholders after the 2/15 date of record. What is interesting to me is that they also stated they needed to delay the date to prepare financial statements, so I would imagine that those details will be issued in a statement soon. Once we have verification of the O/S & current revenues I think we finally start moving up...
all-time moronic investment philosophy...
"Lifge's a gamble so why should stock picking be any different."
Then there's the beauty he posted a few days ago:
"Bought this morning at .085 for the run, but just bailed at .086 & .085 because it's clear with 2.7 million (plus) shares traded, mostly on the ask, there are far more shares in the float than 21 million and this stinks of massive massive dilution. Nothing verifiable whatsoever except a 2create video. Thanks ...... but no thanks."
Buys in the morning & sells by noon. He should change his name to joeflipper.
LMFAO, Hunter!! You are frickin killing me!
Get Perry on the case, that's right! But I wouldn't even waste the money on retaining his services because there's no way that Aurus owes more than a couple thousand $$$
Ditto with specbidder- you've done enought 2C & whatever you decide works for me...
And don't ever think we fail to appreciate your efforts. I only wish there were more folks out there like you & the Mrs.
BTW, you're right about the taxes in Delaware-- if they don't pay it so what-- their charter is revoked in that state only. For a Russian company, I don't see where this is even an issue-- their profits don't come from Delaware & they have no employees there. In fact, it isn't really a tax anyways- it's nothing more than a filing fee which is usually limited to a maximum number of shares and/or authorized capital stock value.
For example, in South Dakota, companies with authorized capital stock > $4.5M pay $550 + $40 for every $500K over $4.5M up to a max of $16,000 per year. For Aurus, their filing fee would amount to $950.00.
In Delaware, filing fees are as follows:
Tax Calculations for Corporation Filing Fee
Par Value Stock:
Up to $2,000,000 $0.20 per $1,000.00
Then from $2,000,000 - $20,000,000 $0.10 per $1,000.00
And Over $20,000,000 $0.04 per $1,000.00
No Par Value Stock:
Up to 20,000 shares $0.01 per share
Then from 20,000 - 2,000,000 shares $0.005 per share
And Over 2,000,000 shares $0.004 per share
So for Aurus this amounts to $935.00/yr
.085x110M shares divided by 1000 times $.10= 935.00
And for a company that has never had profits until this year, HOW CAN THEY POSSIBLY OWE OVER 250K? I suggest someone answer that question before they suggest that Aurus owes all this money.
Talk about desperate measures dos-
Now the bashers are implying that Aurus is fabricating their gold shipments. That more than anything shows what kind of lengths they'll go through to discredit this company and only a moron would believe such garbage. Anybody gullible enough to sell because of these statements deserves to lose money
Don't worry frankie, I don't think he knows what he is trying to say, either.
LOL
Edit: Now that you think about it, that might be about the most ridiculous take ever. To imply that Aurus is intentionally holding back production to obtain financing is laughable & shows that he has absolutely no clue about how any real business is operated.
dave- you know what I really want? For the Aurus board to ramp up production so they can also pay themselves.
You heard me right- I sure as heck don't want them to think that this is an 'us vs. them' mentality, because nobody wins in that scenario (certainly not shareholders). I've said before that one way to ascertain where this company is heading is to look at the background of the principals involved. Just about all of them are middle-age industry veterans who are looking for a big score & aren't exactly doing this for the love of their fellow man.
At the same time, I do believe they realize much of their long-term success is based upon the ability to grow the company in the correct manner, & not thru a serious of baseless claims & PRs. Being able to produce revenues which keep them all well-paid & motivated will eventually mean $$$ to all us investors in the form of divis & higher share prices.
You said it all, Frankie. It's easy for people to sit on their haunches & act as if these production figures don't matter, but, I'm certain you're well aware, yanking a couple million dollars of gold out of permafrost is no easy task for a start-up company. The Aurus mgmt. is also going out of their way to improve transparency & the pissing/moaning continues.
Such is life in the "I want it now" world of online investing.
Quit whining- Aurus will pay it when they're damn well ready.
BTW, when are some of your other "gems" paying their divis big boy?
Don't look now, but I think you've just made a case for how undervalued Aurus is.
Thanx for the pump, dude!
IMO- look for an afternoon PPS surge.
This stock really looks like it is being held back for a run-up to close the week...
I wouldn't be surprised to see another PR today regarding the divi. The news is just exploding this week--
And we have yet to get the 2C video. It just keeps getting better all the time.
Know what else, westeffer- it's always seems the bashers are questioning the integrity of the loyal investors.
Speaks volumes of the character of the individuals
That's right, so why are you here all the time?
I'm sure you just want to save us longs from losing our hard earned money ;o)
Fantastic news-- it's now apparent that this company has the gold reserves that they've been touting. When they reach the production levels of 10000 oz per month, that will represent an annual revenue of over $80M. And that's without the additional equipment that will be coming. There's no reason why this stock shouldn't be selling for $2/share right now.
If they ever announce a cash divi, short sellers will lose big.
