What it indicates is a major level of commitment by the 6th largest auditing firm in the WORLD to a company that is barely over a year old.

Read between the lines, folks... why would RSM with their expertise and reputation put their good name on the line for this company if they didn't see the potential? Salnikov also seems to really know both Aurus & Krong well for an accounting type of guy.
