I live in Southeast Kansas, and I can tell you it is dry, bone dry! It's so dry, I saw a tree chasing a dog down the street.
"What I'm excited about is seeing ALRY become a reporting company and moving off the pinks."
So far nothing official coming from management Fishdog, but it would seem a logical step if they want a decent valuation for their securities.
I hope you're wrong and production numbers are stellar. We did go down today, alot of selling into the bid.
Thanks for all the information you share, never enough of that. I think shareholders are getting excited about ALRY's prospects. Mr. Sanford is as well.
'This is an exciting time as our Company is expanding rapidly. We have major, new oil and gas leases and our servicing company is now realizing significant revenue growth,' Mr. Sanford said.
Somebody has decided to take it down, whacking bids all the way down to .10!
I still have all mine and more. I bought 6500 more Friday at .115, check the ticker. That makes 816,500 shares in my little stash. I live 30 minutes from Allenergy home office in Independence Kansas. A wonderful community, used to be home headquarters to ARCO pipeline company, until they moved to Houston Tx. Do a google on Independence. They have a week long festival the week of Halloween, called Neeowallah, Halloween spelled backwards. Neodesha (Nee O duh shay), Kansas is just 15 minutes away, back in the late 1890's Standard oil drilled a gusher there, will have to google that myself, I'm going by memory, theres a historical marker there. By the By, hope its true about employees buying stock in the company on the open market, talk about validation! Get this baby to a quarter, we'll have to organize a shareholder get together in Independence. Food for thought imo.
"I'm so excited about tomorrow!"
As well you should be Jason, unfortunately the ALRY board isn't. Thats ok, they'll see the light soon enough. Here we have a profitable, growing, revenue producing oil/gas company, and investors snub their nose at it, and instead choose to throw money at pure junk. It's amazing! I didn't even mention Allenergy owns their own well service company...Rex Horning Well Service that just landed a deal with Constellation Energy Partners (NYSE CEP). If that doesn't get the juices flowing, I don't know what will?
We get news next week right in the middle of an oil spike, we could break out to a quarter.
Coffeyville Refinery is back on line, not 100 percent, but close to it. Next week we may get anticipated production numbers for July, could hear some guidance for the rest of year in the way of revenues and plans for audited financials. It's possible for ALRY to explode to the upside very quickly. New investors will be looking for oil/gas plays this week as Dean, upgraded to a category 4, could become a 5. As it enters the gulf will no doubt cause a spike in oil and natural gas prices. I'm surprised we didn't go up Friday to the teens in anticipation of unfolding events, as well I am bewildered by the lack of posting on ALRY board. I have a feeling that will change very quickly. We haven't heard anything from blackoak for awhile, would like to hear his thoughts.
I could not have said it better! I'm on the ALRY bus in a big way, got on back in February and have never got off. Here's a blurb from the latest pr, and why this will explode as you say.
'This is an exciting time as our Company is expanding rapidly. We have major, new oil and gas leases and our servicing company is now realizing significant revenue growth,' Mr. Sanford said.
See the word major? I see a major move coming!
I have a feeling there will be more acquisitions. This is the best micro oil/gas play out there. Once more and more investors realize this, the price will move up from these levels rapidly. Of course I'm a little biased.
Just went over to the CEP Yahoo quote
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=cep
Notice that they have Allenergy news release under CEP headlines. Imo, this rarely happens that a major listed company would allow this, so I am guessing this was cleared by CEP. This gives great credibilty to Allenergy and puts the company on the radar screen. My price target just went up from a quarter to who knows. The sky is the limit. This Rex Horning outfit must be a first class operation to attract the attention of a big company like CEP imo.
Did anyone notice the Independence, MO on the headline, should read KS.
Let em sell! You don't think the ones that sold me the .07 and .08 shares the last month are sorry? The saps selling for a dime are going to be just as sorry when the share price is a quarter. This is great news imo, a big brother in the oil patch with deep pockets to boot!
Thanks for the info you got from JC, that would be great to get on the otcqx, a major step for ALRY. I do not see a big problem with Allenergy providing 2 years worth of audited financial information, it will cost money of course, but would be well worth it for the company and shareholders. I looked over their balance sheet this weekend, most of the groundwork has been done, they just have to go back another year and a half, and get an auditor to sign off. With all of this news in the pipeline, I cannot figure out why anyone would be selling. As for me, I'm buying, another 8K today at the bargain basement price of .081. Before anyone scolds me for not buying at the ask, I didn't really care if I got filled or not, I already had over 800K, now 810K. Twenty-five cents.....Sweeeeeet!
Tell me the float isn't about gone? A 25K buy sent the ask to .092!
Would be a good week to come out with good news, economic jitters are lessening, oil-gas prices are up today, and a possible tropical depression forming in the carribean Sea.
Good Morning blackoak. Here's the last 10 trades for Friday.

Got my last of my 40K order filled at the bell, just after the 500 share paint job. Looking forward to next week, we should get into the double digits, providing the update is positive. Would like to hear about the new office in Independence, production numbers increasing, RHWS revenues, plans for expanding their portfolio of leases, updating financials to the exchange, and plans to get the word out to the financial community.
Does anyone have an educated guess as the present share structure, outstanding shares, float, restricted shares etc. If we knew what the approximate float is, we could do a little share counting.
I usually go between the bid/ask if the spread is there. Today I've filled 28,300, have 11,700 on order, then its an even 800,000 shares! Swinging for the fence, I am, but no reason this thing can't pop to a quarter once Larry and JC get the story out, we've done our part, bought up the float. All I need is a fat pitch right over the plate and I'm in tall cotton. Good Luck to all longs!
I put a bid in for 25000 at .086, previous bid was .085 so I was the only bid at that price. I got 3300, then they started filling other larger orders at .086. Should my order get filled first??? Whats up with that? Are the mm's buying and cutting me out?
So my hunch was correct, they will be moving to Independence Kansas, very nice community, good central location, close to Rex's HQ of Elk City. I've been buying ALRY (65K) all morning, some at .085 and .088. I'm loaded for Bear, bring it on Larry and JC! I'm too embarassed to say how many shares I have, but its a boat load! Hint (approximately 1.2% of the 65 million O/S!
I get a little confused as to how many wells ALRY controls, I think it is 150, though I'm not sure how many are producing. On May 23, they announced due dilligence on new 600 acre property located in Elk, Chautauqua and Montgomery Counties, Kansas. The properties consist of nine leases, equipped with thirty-two wells, three disposal wells and necessary components for producing capabilities. Eleven of the thirty-two wells are currently producing 135 mcfpd. Allenergy believes that several of the remaining twenty-one wells can immediately be put into production with minimal capital expenditures. This offering is in the immediate area of the Project 4, Dark Treasures and the recently acquired Bayless 'B' lease. Then on June 6 they announced that it has acquired the 160 acre East Ball lease located in Montgomery County, Kansas. The East Ball adjoins the 480 acre Ball lease which is one component of the 940 acre Project AE-4 in Chautauqua County, Kansas.
The East Ball has thirteen wells with eleven that are completely equipped and a tank battery facility. Each well has formations behind the casing that have not been tested. The Company strongly believes the Layton formation as found in the Dark Treasures Moore TM-1 free flowing dry gas well is present in some of the wells on the East Ball lease.
Two of the eleven equipped wells are producing two BOPD with limited pumping. These oil bearing wells are in the same formation as some of the Ball wells that have been reworked with a considerable increase in oil production. 'A conservative 8 to 10 BOPD from these two wells should be achieved after remedial work. We will immediately analyze the remaining wells to determine and prioritize the Layton formation,' said Larry Sanford, President. 'The weather is currently cooperating which will enable crews to proceed.
With the most recent acquisitions Allenergy's leaseholds now encompass more than 7,000 acres and 150 wells.
So the question I have is, are we still waiting on the acquistion of the 600 acres announced on May 23rd? With all these producing and soon to producing properties, why in the heck are we trading at 8 cents? That is indeed frustrating! I think the company is performing well in the field no doubt, but in the market place for ALRY stock not so good, maybe as you say Blackoak, that will change. Good Luck.
Did JC mention where the new office will be located? They had talked about moving to the ARCO building in Independence, Kansas, about 20 miles from Coffeyville. If they are considering acquiring more leases with ALRY stock, they should think again. Shouldn't they get the leases they already have producing, and if they have, lets hear about it.
I'm having withdrawl pains, waiting for the next update, having been used to semi-weekly, weekly updates from the company, and almost daily from energyman, and now its been over a month. The trading has slowed to a crawl, I'm wondering if the shares are bought up, and any positive news will put ALRY in orbit.
This tells it all. From the most recent news release July 9.
During the last four days of June, the Company managed to put four wells, two oil and two gas, into operation. The two gas wells, still in the de- watering stages, will at the present rate provide an additional 2 million cubic feet of natural gas in July. This number will increase significantly as the de-watering stage progresses. The oil wells are hitting at the top of the stroke (de-watering stage) and beginning to have a good show of oil but not in measurable amounts at this time. The remaining 15 wells will resume as soon as conditions allow. The geology is evident and will produce for the Company a banner month of record production figures.
Four days, four wells, looking forward to July's production numbers, and then August's. Throw in a hurricane or two, bought up float in strong hands, a twenty cent per share ALRY is a no brainer, more likely much higher than twenty, maybe 30 or forty cents.
July precipitation in Southeast Kansas has been nothing like May or June's. They should have been able to work leases all month without any problems imo. Oil is at record highs, this stock should be trading in the twenties imo.
I think the float is finally drying up, just a hunch by the trading going on. We've moved up 2 cents on low volume, the bid/ask has tightened up as well. This stock could very well explode on good news imo.
We need to quadruple to catch Hemi, its been on fire the past two days, up .05 yesterday and .04 today, its doubled off its low of .14 in the past week. I sure would like to see ALRY do the same, hard to figure out what is keeping it down, Southeast Kansas has dried out so crews are working leases, everyone here is upbeat, so it can't be nervous nellies selling. I think this should be trading at least as high as Hemi's twenty nine cents.
How about these apples redchecker1....
July 23 (Bloomberg) -- The $100-a-barrel oil that Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said would prevail by 2009 may be only a few months away.
Jeffrey Currie, a London-based commodity analyst at the world's biggest securities firm, says $95 crude is likely this year unless OPEC unexpectedly increases production, and declining inventories are raising the chances for $100 oil. Jeff Rubin at CIBC World Markets predicts $100 a barrel as soon as next year.
``We're only a headline of significance away from $100 oil,'' said John Kilduff, an analyst in the New York office of futures broker Man Financial Inc. ``The unrelenting pressure of increased demand has left the market a coiled spring.'' New disruptions of Nigerian or Iraqi supplies, or any military strike against Iran, might trigger the rise, Kilduff said in a July 20 interview.
If that don't get ALRY to a quarter, there's a skunk in the woodpile. Heres some ideas to get ALRY going.
1. Hire a pr firm to get the word out
2. Confirm the share structure
3. Put plans underway to audit the books.
4. Uplist to the bulletin board or at least put in the necessary paperwork to get the check mark from Pink Sheets.
5. Change the name of the company to more accurately reflect the business. (Allenergy implies they are into more than oil/gas) They're not into nuclear, coal, or alernative energy, just oil and gas. Any ideas?? Dark Treasures Oil and Gas sounds kind of nice, has a little ring to it.
This is getting old fellow shareholders, watching the price of oil and other O&G companie's shares rise (Hemi up five cents today) and we're on a continuing downward spiral. I'm doing my best to stem the tide, buying another 70K today at .072. Hopefully the company will be able to counter the negativity with some positive news soon. I'm getting a little nervous with the amount of shares I have. I will be very happy however if ALRY hits a quarter.
his voice was so shrill..it was like the sound effect in an horror movie
Maybe someone had his nuts in a vise, lets hope so!
Yes ALRY is undervalued. Oil $76 a barrel, natural gas $6.70, ALRY sells oil and gas, then why is ALRY going down? Hemi made a nice move today up a nickel, why can't ALRY go up as well?. There must be some hanky panky goin on, either ALRY is selling or market makers are having loads of fun screwing us out of our money.
Evidently sellers think its going lower, wish I would have kept more powder, bought a bunch at .08 to .09 weeks ago and a few in the mid seven's this week and last thinking that it was rock bottom. The next two or three weeks will tell the tale, we'll see how the production and the service side results look. Sure miss Energyman's posts on the ALRY board, hope he is still a shareholder. What's his status on I-Hub, is he banned for life? Anyone know?
I bought 25000 more today, very cheap shares with the price of oil over $70, hurricane season, temperature is in the 90's in Kansas, no rain in the forcast, July and August are typically dry months, its actually looking dry right now. Hemi announced today they are drilling, no doubt Allenergy is working their leases as well. Didn't like to see the drop below seven cents.
I'm also hoping for a bump in the share price. Fifteen cents seems like a distant memory. Seven additional cents times umpteen more shares would make me a very happy camper again. Things are looking up, oil at 11 month high and ALRY production report for June forthcoming.
There ought to be something we can all do to get even with this CEO. He's got at least $3000 of my money. If you add it all up, I'll bet he made millions. Can we tie the prick up in court? Maybe he'll think twice about scamming anyone else. Yes he's a prick, what else would you call a CEO who hides from his shareholders.
You are a HMGP shareholder, are you also an ALRY shareholder? If so, do you think Hemi is worth 3X ALRY? It appears from this observer that Hemi is working towards acquiring proven reserves hoping for a buyout, wilst Allenergy is about acquiring leases for immediate production, and increasing earnings.
ALRY beats BOGA hands down if ALRY numbers are correct, making a profit and no debt. BOGA (Baseline Oil and Gas) loses money, .03 last quarter and is in debt, trades at .66. They are however a reporting company unlike ALRY. ALRY would trade much much higher if it were reporting as most investors won't touch pink sheet stocks.
Here's as thought....as you say, if Allenergy earns $1,300,000 net in 2007, with 65,000,000 shares outstanding, net earnings would be $.02 per share. At a P/E of 10, that justifies a shareprice of $.20, P/E of 20 $.40. As a growth company, a higher P/E is allowed in valuations, I think the share price could go higher than $.40. At the present price of $.08, shares of ALRY imo are way undervalued as to be absurd. They should plow some of their earnings into more leases, equipment, pay a bonus to employees, and do a little share buyback. In lieu of events taking place in Europe, watch the price of oil and gas to spike next week.
I'm a little puzzled, the big buy was met with lots of selling. I managed to pick up 15K at .076 when it dropped back down. Lots of shares are being traded but we're spinning our wheels. Can't believe anyone would be selling after that big buy, makes me wonder if there isn't some market maker mischief going on. It would be nice if they were short, makes sense if you look at the last few weeks trading, we're all buying, yet no one has admitted selling save joenatural'a 60K. What gives???
Dog gone it! Looks like the super cheapies are gone, and I didn't get any fills today. Thanks for your comments on WRNW lowman, I have a few also.
he (energyman) has been building a great relationship with Jim Cramer and assoc.......and is putting ALRY in every conversation he can.........as you can imagine.....
zoweee! One mention of ALRY by Cramer puts ALRY to $2 to $3 in a flash, won't happen but nice to dream about. When we get this puppy to fifty cents however, we'll need to have a bash in Coffeyville.
The way you've been carrying on joe, I thought you might have had at least 500K. I don't think the 65K you sold lost JC any sleep. Good luck, I think you will regret selling.
