Hang in there Mr. G. Glad to see you are sticking around.
You need to be the top gun around here.
Welcome Navy Pilot. I met the son of a former Top Gun Navy Flight Instructor last nite who has just moved out to the West Coast in the past week from Arkanasas. What carrier group were you with? Thanks.
Well heres the deal on that hypehunter what you were saying. My friends in Germany when I was there taught me that if you don't like the food in one of the resturants you ask for the owner and if he is not there you call him on his cell phone at your table and lodge a complaint. I guarantee you that you won't pay the bill and in all liklihood heads would roll after you left the premises satisfied but not likely to return for years. Owners know things like that and Newton is no different if you guys bail on him who in the world will replace your faith in HIM. No one thats who....so he owes you the truth of the Matter.
I do care about the OneFi technology because it is leading edge stuff and often times these small startups are ahead of the big boys if they can get adaquately capitalized and in the National Security interests of the USA it behooves us to have the rural America wired for sound and action it will help our economy grow and we shall all prosper perhaps with a flood of new money interested in the penny plays. We simply must have new blood because after a year or two of learning the penny stock machinations it is clear pinkgamble is absolutely correct in his thinking or has been up to now. A few of these companies go down hard into the legal chasm and I guarantee you we will see better leadership qualities in the pinks. The Universities are full of bright kids who would love to be honest ceos in the immalation of Goldman Sachys and AIG.
Well said Ramrock....well said ameigo. Sa Lasto va munsanto de venga ta va lostos areshita va so los montamos.
Next time be there at the crack of dawn Mr. G. That is most unfortunate you missed the two people who could answer all your questions. You really should have sent them an email first telling them your schedule so they could be expecting you. Now its a blackhole once again.
Jenny you should only be getting married once and you really need a darned honeymoon. Heres an idea. Plan a trip to Maui, Hawaii and figure out what a week there would cost you and then let it be known among family, friends and so on who would ordinarily send you a gift for the wedding that you want the money instead so you can go on your cool honeymoon trip. Study this site here and just see if its not the most fun ever:
http://www.pubclub.com/hawaii/islands.htm
And if you get a chance and want to meet some real former James Bond types go to the SlyMoongose in the Lahinia commercial zone. I have not been in there for several years but foreign and domestic US government agents off duty use this as their watering hole. There is no sign on the door or at least there wasn't before. It is really a cool place and it is just like family there for all newlyweds. Just tell the bartender and I bet you never buy a drink there....but hey as I said do that wherever you go and just see how honored people will make you feel if they only know. We honestly don't get the chance to buy enough drinks for honeymooners and after some hard times on the Highest Plains of Eastern Africa you do need some fun in your soul. Remember nothing is impossible Jenny we live in a great Nation with some of the most generous people on earth.
The Sly Moongoose has a sticky money story or two to tell you. I am sure it is still talked about among the local old timers as one time I put sticky glue on the back of a $100 bill and gave it to Fredda the bartender and it contaminated all the money in the cash drawer and it was hilarious for hours. Fredda had worked for the CIA on a few really cool domestic issues like the problem of people getting killed who were hitchiking in the USA in the 80's. You don't hear about that shit anymore as the people simply don't exist. We will not tolerate murder in the USA on any type of organized scale.
Ram you are playing into their hands if you intend to try and hold out hope. File you darned lawsuit and then attempt to settle it in mediation or whatever. You are pissing in the wind if you think phone calls and threats will move these folks. As for you I told you want to do but you can lead a horse to water and not make him drink no matter what you do. Get real and get serious and then you stand a decent chance once you have filed something. 20 people putting up $50 each might just do it.
Yes you folks could goggle an attorney who would take contingency fee (40% of the settlement but no hourly costs) and inititate a class action law suit if you could get together a core group to cover filing fees, and certain fixed costs. That would be best actually. I was just thinking of a quick and speedy invidual recovery process in small claims court. You need to review the system in each of your own states if you go that route one to one.
The thing is this was a "misrepresentation of material facts" which were released to the public and could not be covered by safe harbor provisions.
If you win your case then you must pursue payment of the judgement and you have the power to attach certain assets including liquid bank accounts if you can find the source of these funds. I did it once and attached a persons bank acct when I found out their banking information.
Google the Law. Find your "causes of action" the reason why you are suing and then go for it. Looks to me like the claim of "exclusivity to One Fi was complete bullsheeeeeeet." And as I told you Chet has had it up to here with Travis and RDWG. Now you have two defendendants to name in whatever you decide to do as a group or individually. Just really takes someone to pick up the ball and be a leader for awhile it is easy to do actually and you can get a great education from your local State or County Bar Association with a free consultation...just again google it and prepare your case. If you have one judgement the rest are a dead sure cinch with that precident.
Good luck everyone with it. I lost no money here so I will step aside.
The lessons in the pink sheets are clear now. As investors we are sending Fair Warning to ALL CEO's if you lie or try to deceive us we will sue in Small Claims Court and together all of us with our judgements in hand will take over your companies. You will not be able to take our money willy nilly any longer and eventually the penny stocks will be fun again and of course very rewarding with the proper intelligent and honest Due Dilligence that all of us together across the world can provide to the situations at hand. And of course if we choose wisely then we will make scads of money once the AIR IS CLEARED and we have Honest Disclosures and Communications.
Thank you for your email it should be enlightening to all involved here. All the best it is almost time for my late afternoon FIESTA at my watering hole. All the best to you.
Tonite we have live music at the Wild Goose in Ashland, Oregon and I wouldn't miss it for the world. It is just too darned much fun even though it has been a busy day. Unwinding with good friends and sharing jokes is very relaxing tonic to all of us in the US GOVERNMENT INTELLIGENCE SERVICE TO OUR GREAT NATION. STAND UP PEOPLE YOU ARE NOT ALONE WE ARE BACK NOW FROM OUR STAYS IN AFRICA AND SO ON.
Consult the free legal advice from the legal clinic nearest you are google for your area and go on line and then talk to them on the phone or whatever you get 30 minutes of free legal help from most State Bar or County Bar Associations. These are lawyers who donate their time. It is very rewarding to make a meeting and then go in person with your note pad and even a tape recorder so you miss nothing. In small claims there are many TV programs on the major stations Judge Alex, Judge Judy and so on which show you the procedures Sunshine. Hope this helps.

No that is my own personal conviction. I know what the deal is from previous experience now. I don't need their advice as we are no longer vested effective today. Good luck to you.
Ask the pros like Dart and others what the deal will be. Use your PM privledges or post on their boards to ask for possiblities. Take advantage of the smart traders on Ihub they are generally more than happy to answer your questions if they know the succint facts.
Theres your "cause of action" people in this PR of his. Just incredibly stupid to include we have the "exclusive rights to One Fi" and then not follow thru. He is toast in small claims courts all over the USA. If anyone needs any free legal advice contact me and I will be happy to tell you what to do to reclaim up to $7500 of your money. This is a cut and dried case. I have two of them pending now for RCCH and USSE. Complete frauds both of them. All the best.
martingale97504@aol.com
Jenny I have a tip for you as a wedding present in advance. Go to your Goodwill store with a magnifying glass and check out all the jewlery they have available. Since it is all donated stuff from mostly people who have Passed on Into a Fuller Life it is rock bottom cheap and you can find incredible deals.
I found a stash of silver necklaces and ear rings from a woman who had traveled extensively and had boxes of the stuff. I bot almost all of it over 30 days and gave it away for gifts to friends. For example the exquisitve 92.3 mark on the jewlery is a dead give away that it is extremely valuable. I had one chain which I bot for $7 that would retail for $300 at Macey's. It is all just too much fun and this stuff has a history too. If spirits of old could only speak their tales. In fact I am going today to investigate what has come in during my recent abscences.
Where are you going for your honeymoon! Those are just the best fun of all!!!! Everyone will buy you drinks and stuff if they know you are on your honeymoon. So be smart and tell the waitress and everyone you meet you are on your honeymoon and then just watch what will happen.
Of course you get a 3 year carryforward tax loss on your holdings in RDWG to be applied to your 2008-2010 short term capital gains so don't forget about it when you file. You must report it to get credit on your tax return with the IRS.
We are selling the last of our shares this morning and taking the tax writeoff for 2008 on short term capital gains taxes.
This does happen from time to time and they carry forward for 3 years. Our CPA handles all that but we have made some real nice gains this year on the Big Boards with other stocks, so at least we can get something. It is a blackeye for me as I manage the money for my retired doctor father and mother.
Oh well. I don't follow the board but my buddy gave me the headsup on it early this morning and we just completed our brief meeting to discuss the sale.
However I still maintain my files on Mr. Newton et al for future legal proceedings here in the State of Oregon. I will probably file here within the next 60 days. Still watching this thing unfold but it looks real darned ugly to me.
I have seen this same thing on 3 different pinksheet stocks this year and now there is no bid and the ask is just .0001 if you can find someone who will buy your shares. So we are out of course with a staggering loss in percentage terms.
The real estate situation is not my business but last nite at the Wild Goose in Ashland, Oregon there is no shortage of money at all. Anyone in Southern Oregon or Northern California has to stop by Ashland as it is on Interstate 5.
The characters in that University town are unbelieveable and are the friendliest people of all ages and persusasions you would ever want to meet. It is my hangout actually for live entertainment from around the world.
It will be interesting to hear why Gene increased the A/S just prior to a supposed uplisting. That makes no sense actually and I believe you folks will recall that I speculated that you would never leave the pink sheets for one reason or another. This A/S increase defies all known logic about an uplisting in my mind.
I got the update from the Colorado Sec of State also this morning but didn't read what the filing was all about. If the A/S has been raised to 5B that is ominous news folks. I have seen this before on several occassions. Where is durrkkdigglers little video of Mr. Newton in his boat now when you need it? I thought that was so darned funny that Durrkk put me on the back of the Great White Shark. Never rode one before but I am interested, that would be the ride of a lifetime if you could saddle up in reality.
Pink sheets will probably give you an update of the filing in a day or two since it just came out. However that formatt is the offical type of version which hypehunter paid for.
Thanks Mr. G. Real estate is picking up a bit out here in S. Oregon especially in Ashland near the mountains.
Hi bmw. Thank you for that I have been in the field all day and am just catching up on todays events. Looking good ameigos.
Washington DC? Or NYC?
Well said billy but if you have legal proof of calls or emails write to me at martingale97504@aol.com and I will give you the advice about how to get back a judgement from the court at 5-7500 USD + interest until paid. If enough of you do it you can take over the shell and sell this 6% interest in One Fi to a private investor if there are any. I do not know if that particular amount of a position in Onefi is worth anything or not....you would need to do the leg work. The shell should have some value. Good luck billy you were just deceived is all that happened. It went south on him and he has probably basically written it off and intends to walk but don't let him do that. Small claims judgements are the way to go folks from each one of you who lost something. Once you have one documented it will fall like a House of Cards. Gods speed.
I think there is a legal way you can take the writeoff billy via the IRS code as a worthless stock. Talk to your cpa about it when you get a chance. You are legally stuck with it but you must follow the IRS rules to the letter of the law.
I told you billyf a couple months ago. You did have the option to sell at 6 or 7 or something and get most of your money back but you fell for the riches story of another huckster from Las Vegas. Get real billy, anyone from Las Vegas in the penny markets is a definite suspect and especially a person who is a gambler like Travis is. I told you clearly about the Iraqi denar situation. Add it up you buy the man a drink for his stories but you under no circumstances loan him any money for any purpose. It is just another lesson in the penny markets.
As a lawyer I can say that Travis broke no laws for a cause of action with me but if he did with you and you have documented proof or collaboration of misleading phone calls you can sue him in small claims court under your own county jurisdiction.
If enough people would do this and file their claims these pennie sheets which we all love to play would give us a fighting chance as the ceos cleaned up their acts.
Talk to ya later bro.
Nothing fake about anything dude. Pick up your fingers and walk an email to Chet Noblett or call him on the phone and leave a message. You sir are a bag holder and the truth of the matter will eventually settle in if you keep an open mind.
Good luck to everyone. I do not read the board and only respond to someone in my inbox.

Ahead of the Bell: American International Group
Monday October 6, 9:00 am ET
Analyst unsure how much AIG will receive for selling assets, concerned about capital cushion
NEW YORK (AP) -- An analyst said Monday he remains concerned about insurer American International Group Inc.'s liquidity after its asset sales to help pay back a government loan.
Friedman Billings Ramsey analyst Bijan Moazami said AIG's capital cushion could remain narrow even as it sheds business units to pay off an $85 billion government loan that helped it stay in business last month.
AIG has drawn down $61 billion of the loan.
"We remain concerned, however, that AIG's capital cushion will remain thin, even after the sale of its assets, as the proceeds will be used to pay back the U.S. government loan," Moazami wrote in a research note.
AIG, one of the world's biggest insurers, didn't disclose all the assets it would sell or the expected prices from the sales. However, the New York-based insurer said it plans to retain its U.S. property and casualty and foreign general insurance businesses, and plans to retain an ownership interest in its foreign life insurance operations.
Moazami noted that AIG's life insurance operations could fetch at least $50 billion if they are sold.
AIG's traditional insurance divisions are widely considered safe. It was AIG's financial services operations, and primarily its insurance of mortgage-backed securities and other risky debt against default, that led AIG to falter and eventually require a government loan to stave off a liquidity crunch that could have put it out of business.
About $54 billion of the loan from the government has gone toward the securities lending and financial products area at AIG, the company said Friday.
Moazami rates AIG "Market Perform" with a $5.30 share price target.
Shares of AIG fell 49 cents, or 12.7 percent, to $3.37 in premarket trading.

GM Joe thanks for this report from credit watch, it is most
interesting. I had the very strong impression that we are in good shape. I see we are down by 11% this morning on very light volume of 100K shares. Looks like some profit taking from a few traders here. I would like to see this get back up into the $10 range and hold it but we are still 72 days away from the next dividend payment. These things happen in stocks like this in these uncertain times. I think eventually folks will realize the value with a little research.
In the meantime I am putting more friends of mine into this stock.
Get real dude it is not a "good sign". Can't you read plain english Mr. Noblett is annoyed with the entire issue of RDWG just as I have indicated in the past. You can hold onto your false dreams or just realize that this venture has gone south big time. Travis promised dollars to their venture and thru one machination or another it did not happen. What you have is a 6-10% interest in OneFi and of course there is no market value on that ladies and gentlemen.
Of course it is everything. Chet Noblett the CEO of OneFi is saying in plain english there is "no exclusive contract with roadwings". It cannot be clearer and you can read his annoyance with that issue. After that make what you will of it.
It is nonsense for anyone to suggest there is a "merger" underway. He would absolutely not respond that way to my email. As a former ceo of my own company I fully understand his language here. Make of it what you will but please try and deal with reality on this board.
I just listened to the conference call now which the professor posted the access links to....thanks for that. I am extremely impressed with Edward Liddy....top notch businessman to be sure. I did not know he came from Goldman Sachs and was hand picked by Sec. of the Treasury Paulson.
Looks to me like our investment in AVF will be secure for decades to come and I particularly liked the confirmation of my email from earlier in the week confirming the intent to pay the dividend on Dec 18th just as they said they would do.
I have not been watching the stock for a few days and I was pleased to see that the intra-day high had reached as much as
$9 per share and closed just under $8. I think there is no doubt now that this stock is going to ultimately reach back into the $20-25 range near its par value. Even so, the dividend yield on AVF is just spectacular for a certainty.
Our family made a lot of money playing the Canadian Oil and Gas Royalty trusts in Canada starting in 2002 and for years now we have been collecting monthly dividends on those assets
in addition to enjoying increased PPS. We did make about $150K on the PPS alone and by now all of the shares are free and clear from the divi's. The same thing will happen here but even better actually. The upside is greater, the yields
better and so on.
Good luck everyone.
This email in from one fi and chet noblett the ceo:
Mr. XXXXXX
Sorry to answer so late because I have been away from the office. This is not true! RDWG does not have exclusive rights to technology at OneFi. I have not seen the documents they published but I will assure you they have no exclusive rights, in our lawyers opinion. We will be reviewing all their claims.
Chet Noblett
CEO

Apologies in advance if this is old news, but;
1) It would seem that RDWG is back on Investsourceinc.com. Was the page ever actually taken down? If so, it's back up
2) The blurb below is from the RDWG summary page on investsourceinc; I've never seen reference before to RDWG holding "exclusive rights" to OneFi's technology...was that in any PR? Being a funding partner is very different than holding rights to the technology
Road Wings, Inc. (OTC: RDWG) currently holds the exclusive rights to the revolutionary integrated telecommunications technology developed by OneFi Technology.
Well damn I can't buy SPZI at Scottrade only sells are allowed there at this time. Something about "market manipulation suspected". I definitely need to open a Zecco account so I can indulge with your folks. CYL and GLTA.
Hello Much Compensation. Did anyone notice the Federal Flying License of Steven Fawcett just found minutes ago has a home address of La Salle Ave in Chicago, Illinois. He must have lived close to the Spooz HQ. I do not recall the exact address
but you can watch any news channel to see it.
Kuddo's to the hiker who found all this evidence and turned in the $1,000 in cash and did not attempt to simply hide that fact. We could use people like his character as CEO's of the penny stocks we all love to play, perhaps it the unfolding story may inspire a few to be direct and honest with us about what is going on.
I thought the Bloomberg connection to Spooz was fascinating. What a great endorsement of all their hardwork at La Salle Ave.
All the best to all you Spoozers. I am considering taking another position with Paul Strickland, et al.
PS: I have decided to take a starter position now.
Thanks Banks. I shall be watching.
Did anyone happen to catch Warren Buffett on the Charlie Rose show yesterday which was on the PBS channel out here on the West Coast yesterday? It was a very personal look into the life and thoughts of Mr. Buffett. He did discuss AIG in brief and of course the current state of affairs on the economy for one hour without interruption.
The bottom line is he does not think the Rescue Package will
avert more economic contraction in the USA and the World, however he was optimistic about the future once the economy kicks into gear. He had a number of important statistics to consider and one of them was he expects a further decline in the average value of American homes by 15-20% but that is still not bad as homes had appreciated by up to 60% on average.
He did not discuss his plans for AIG as I recall in terms of
placing more Berkshire Hataway money into a possible position with some of the assets.

Yes the giant sea turtles of the Caribbean have led quite an incredible life. They also have wild parrots than can live up to 150 years and in captavity of course they talk and mimic their owners.
I think my favorite Amazon Parrot was Panama. He was purchased by Joe and Vivie Bradshaw and they were great friends of mine in Souther Oregon. I spent countless evenings with them before they passed into a Fuller Life in their 80's.
Joe was retired by the time I met him and an incredible character. He was about 5 feet 8 inches and carrying a few pounds and he was as sharp as a tack. His family were once big time stock brokers on Wall Street before the crash of 1929.
Later he was recruited by General Wild Bill Donnovan to join the OSS (Office of Strategic Services which after WWII became
the CIA). He led one incredible adventure after another and
he was burdened with the memories of what he had, had to do
during the war.
Vivie was a former Red Cross executive during the war. They were married before the USA entered the war and did not see
one another for 5 years until the WAR was over.
Panama the parrot lived in the 1880's resurrected house built around an old log cabin. His cage was prominent in their glass surrounded living room which overlooked Beaver Creek.
When I would arrive in the evening for dinner Panama would
generally call out. "JOE JOE WHERE ARE YOU JOE." And it
mimicked Vivies voice perfectly and Joe would get up from whatever he was doing and answer the door. Then he would realize it wasn't Vivie after all but rather Panama again.
He would invariably say, "DAMN ITS THAT PARROT AGAIN" and
laugh. Then we would start our evening with cocktails. They had a TV but we never turned it on. Panama the Parrot is now the property of their Daughter Gay and her husband both former professors who now reside in that 5 acre spread.
Joe's ashes are buried near the horse corral and when I have gone back to visit....I would cry before his marker. He was
simply a great human being who could be provoked to tears by
his incredible stories of WWII. He was frequently parachuted behind German lines into Austria and Yougoslavia but those stories must wait for another day while we observe the goings on of AIG.
I remain as I am also, A Keeper of the Flame.
Ta VA Ten Doubles.
It would surely be the most unique experience of your life to live in a locale such as the Caymans. It is not expensive there the locals get by servicing the hotels, resturants, stores and so on. The economy is vibrant there and daily there are arrivals of new tourists.
The beaches are beautiful and the sand pure white. The caribbean water teams with the local fish of every description and for some reason the giant sea turtles which can live to be excess of 200 years of age come there in the thousands to lay their eggs. I once saw a turtle out that way that had Napaoleons initials carved into its shell and it said Elba Isl.
which was where he was exiled to by the British Empire after he lost Waterloo.
With your knowledge of the stock market you would be in heaven meeting all the folks who hit the water holes in the evenings.
The people there are of mixed races but everyone speaks English.
Yep the hedge funds are extremely active in the Caymans. The locals are something else. There is the extremely rich in droves and a mass of people just getting by and living in brightly painted shacks essentially.
Yes, it is an extremely safe environment with little legal oversight for certain. I think England is putting pressure on the Caymans however even as we speak. Clearly something needs to be done about some of these people. It would not surprise me in the least with the excellent air bridge which exists there if some of these folks didn't commute from NYC actually.
