it's seem like it might be safe to enter here on the low end of that take out scale .also I took out a starter on the low end .to meet it seems if it was just delution.it would of just fell right back down .there's been no news on this stock in over a year. someone has and is buying this stock up.do they know something or are they just trying to move higher quitely .just strange and why no news for so long ?

As of right now no .!!!! I do believe on one of there statements they said they might pay the dividend that's owed they where looking into it .but said that old management pay the dividend to shareholders and that they are new management. Funny how that works from Wife to husband. New management...lol.

Yes they are short and will do everything possible to hold it down or take it lower.

You can not free up the restricted shares .unless the company lets you convert them ...but they are owned a dividend for 10 years now .You can find all the info on otc markets it still there.

The shares he is talking about are restricted shares. If you read It. I have those same restricted shares in my account also worthless unless the company pays the dividend that own on them for over 10 years or they let us convert to common shares. I also still have the shares from the reverse split in the account bit would need this to get to 40 or 50 bucks just to get my money back....

Why would there be a short squeeze. I would think that they covered years ago this has been dormant. All you are seeing is a low float stock and lack of liquidity.

I think the dividend shares are the serious b shares which say restricted...i do believe back in 2008 and 2009 they where letting you convert in to common at 2 to 1 ....but they also where to be paying interest on them at a rate can remember what it was ...i kept them but never received any interest...so how much do they owe me ? And I am wondering now if they can be converted and at what ratio and price? Kazzz
