I know I said I wouldn't post anymore, but, this is irresistible to me.
So, Javelin sue? LOL
They way Derb spins this it looks like Javelin and Shane got caught in the act.
Why I can see the possibility or Aero suing Javelin before it happening the other way.
Let's say they are found to be guilty, maybe Javelin and company are forced to make retribution. Maybe Peacock and Shane are forced to surrender all those shares back to Aero's treasury.
I find this to be a much more likely scenario then Javelin suing.
Those guys that say all these shares will hit the market could be really fooled. They could as likely be put into probate pending
the outcome of investigations.
This is all more likely then Javelin suing Aero. IMO
Well, Just imagine if Scott gets us on to another exchange prior to releasing the Hawk report. He sounded like he would really rather bestow this information on an exchange with some integrity.
From the sounds of his Pr's he dislikes the pinks more than anyone else. But he on the pinks based on the company he took control of.
I would think it a brilliant move to wait and unleash this report onto and exchange that can truly appreciate the gravity of the findings.
Just a though.
Holding on and watching the action, still feeling quite confident in SRSR and it's leader.
I think at this point that is a wise move. I see things looking up for Aero. It is all starting to play out the way it should.
Hope you grabbed SRSR when I let you know about it. If you did you should have plenty of cash to buy the heck out of this thing, lol.
Good luck.
I am pretty sure they had a contract. I was under the belief that it ran through Oct. 2008. But they terminated it early. I wonder if Shane's problems gave them an early out.
I can't say it as fact, but whatever gets Peacock and crew out of this stock I am all for.
Are you looking to re-enter Dr? There has been more strength as of late here, and looks like a possible uptrend happening.
If the sales numbers are as good as I think they will be you could see a nice pop.
I would say yes it is severed. They are going to hire local people to perform the task once filled by javelin. That is how I read it.
Well, have you been reading the Pr's? They have a new method of distribution, a completely different model then they had before.
To get a grasp on the way things sell now compared to the way things sold before you will probably need to see some filings.
But, I can assure you this new model is far more effective in getting these mufflers sold than they were, 1, 2 3 years ago.
This product is hitting it's stride now. I bet they sold far more mufflers in the first 3 months of 08 than they did the last two years combined. They had no clue how to sell these things, now they do. And they have gotten very wise. I talked last August about selling into the southern hemisphere, I thought it a great idea and I brought it to the board. Guess what, this week we are in that space. Judging this company on the past is a mistake, they learn the hard way, just like many investors here did. But they did learn. What's the harm in giving them a few quarters to prove themselves? We all have lessons to learn, and it appears Aero is on track to right what they had done wrong in the past. Let's give it a bit of time to see results.
Well, Berman has already played every nasty card he held on me already. I have a total loss here, so, what more can he possibly do? I have no fear of him what so ever. The worst thing he could do to me is come looking for me, lol. And I sure wouldn't regret that action one little bit.
Yes, as in net profit. I already did the math, I was asking you what your thoughts were.
I understand the float to be very hard to handle, but if you work some numbers and things really take off, it isn't that outlandish. Then a small R/S and more profit and things clean up nicely.
1.7b shares is not the end of the world, if managed properly, and really strong growth proven. Just crunch the numbers a bit, and it isn't too far fetch for those in as high as .03 to see some light before too long.
IMO
Brown, Maybe we can get Scott to buy the Uranium claims and the permits, lol.
See what those resources can do in the hands of a profession miner, instead of a profession swindler.
What would a $1,000,000 profit do for the PPS? Just curious of what you think? I think I will get a number of interesting answers from this question. At least I hope I do.
Yeah, Ace. A few more positives to the equation are the fact that the CEO here has 30,000,000 shares but takes no salary. He doesn't need the pay right now.
He treats every share like gold, and wants to build a solid mining company.
He has no interest in pump and dump pinks, and is in the process of having audits done to list this on a different exchange.
Scott knows he has very highly valued properties and wants to J/V with someone to make this thing fly.
The only thing that has helped to ease my pain has been buying SRSR since .007 that has taken the sting or stink out of this POS.
I can not believe that Berman is trying to hook new investors with the same tailing pile PR. The nerve of this guy is endless.
Now I can finish holding this POS until my 1 year date then sell for tax losses, the only thing I find this useful for.
So can anyone tell me how STEW acted today?
It was interesting to see him appear today, I would like to know what his action looked like if anyone has the lowdown on it.
If he is an institutional buyer things could get real interesting in a hurry. What a great day at SRSR.
TIA
Penny, has his opinion. Everyone is entitled to that.
This has been on of the most mature, sensible boards on IHUB, let's go back to keeping it that way.
Penny has posted his opinion, let's all just agree that his chart tells him what he has stated, and move on.
There is more happening with SRSR then the chart, so that would be a better use of post here, IMO.
Gail, there are a few here that have contacted the CEO in the past, maybe you can sweet talk them into trying to call again, lol.
I know the last time someone called they were in a blackout, I wonder if that is still in place?
Would be good to know, maybe today they came out of the blackout and will sing like bird.
Worth a try, you sound like your patience have worn thin.
I know that feeling, good luck.
Wow, Bri, that was one twisted post.
The laws in place right now are laws from a time when there were some measure of honesty, and integrity this is why they are outdated.
Now, if Berman had one shred of compassion for you and his company (i say that loosely) or a tiny bit of honesty then we would not be where we are now 100% losses.
He took the money and put it in hs pocket. That is not running a company, that is stealing. Change the board name? Not a chance in hell. This crrok is waiting for us all to get subdued, then leave, so he can screw the next batch of holders. He can forget that.
Bri, I am sorry for you losses here, as I too have suffered a 100% loss.
I understand your intent to try to stableize and recoupe some of your funds.
To listen to anything Berman has to say at this point short of him returning the money he has stolen from all investors here is outragous.
If he wants anything thing from anyone, he better start a nice long string of Pr's explaining how he has stolen every penny of our money with nothing to show in return.
He it heartless and a criminal. Removing the BK statement from the board fixes nothing, and will not return you a penny Bri. Your money has been stolen by a ruthless crook. You need to except this. He only wants the BK statement removed so he can steal from the next guy, Nothing more.
Thanks alot Red, excellent job. Sorry you are getting crap for posting your chart. Have a great day.
Thanks Baron,
I love srsr, but that is what scares me more than the TA or anything else.
I have been in too many pinks just a bit too long, just to find out the hard way that I should have taken profit.
Now looking at the story and techs here it looks so darn strong.
Just don't want to be the last guy out the door again due to greed, lol.
This thing gets very very quiet before it runs. The last run was due to a few seeing how thin this is and taking advantage of that fact.
This will trade on air when volume comes, and that is the problem.
All the CEO needs to do is talk to the investors and let them know what is going on with the company, and this thing will fly!
But, since he won't talk, it will take someone like the pink lawyer to come here again and show people how thin this is and quickly this thing will run. All you need to do is look at level 2 and you can see that this can run to .0009 in the blink of an eye.
Clay, I am getting itchy on SRSR, what does the chart say to you my man?
We are around Gail, just nothing to talk about on this stock.
I put in an order for 3 mil today @.0001 for grins. Not one share came my way. This CEO has been too quiet for too long.
I don't know why I took a lotto position here again.
I never see any information from the CEO, only what people say about talking to him on the phone. I am beginning to think he isn't real, lol.
Well, best of luck for a recovery here....
Jim
Yes, it does....and a lot of people are looking at the back of the caboose with dust in their mouths.... lol
anyone have a real time l2 they can snapshot please?
SRSR .031x.032 climbing
I got a bunch @.008. Been shuffling in and out with some traders. Not messing with my core though. Thanks for all the charts Clay.
You just never know what might come of Shane's shady deals.
It could very well be a boon for Aero. Maybe the courts find out that Peacock and Shane were playing a dirty game. Lending money to one another with the knowledge that they will default in order to fleece these merging companies of hundreds of millions of shares. It could be that he will be found out, and have to make reparations in the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars to Aero. Now I know not how this will turn out, but my point is neither do you. So please stop saying that Shane's problems are Aero's problems until something is proven by the court's.
You are really trying your hardest to make things look worse than they are. Your post should be deleted as lacking facts. As I am sure this one will.
SRSR just keeps powering ahead....... Great chart.
That often happens, but from what I am seeing here we have had a large pull back based on a misunderstanding of the increase in the A/S.
As we all know the A/S is not the O/S or the float.
I think people overreacted to the notion of a large increase in the A/S and jumped ship from fear of the unknown.
I believe things will be cleared up by the company soon.
The news should include why the A/S was increased causing a calming effect and we will go back to trading at the level we saw before this panic sell off started. Increasing the A/S to me in this case means good things are about to happen, like the settlement of a merger and this will be accretive to the company.
All IMO. Time will tell, many panicked and sold at a loss. Many bought at their expense.
You have to admit Clay does a fantastic job with the charts.
And to be so helpful to anyone wishing to have one done is incredible.
Hats off to Clay.........
Clay, I kept asking you for an annotated chart, lol. I thought you would look at it as you created it and go WTF!! I got to get in here.
Anyway, thanks for all the charts you have done for me, always a great help.
Happy trading to you.
This is fun, kinda like a tennis match.
It appears to look like a filing to increase the Authorized shares. No other information except the filing of the title (stock split). Enjoy watching everyone going back and forth here.
Soon we will all know when the company tells us what is going on.
Anyone tried contacting IR? I just bought in at the close, so my background here is limited.
Why the abrupt turn around today? Things were looking pretty good this morning.
It also got very quiet here.
SRSR breakout chart. Looks good for a long run with volume.
Looks like the MM's are trying to stop a freight train.
They are on their heels, shares will be scarce. Trying to keep up with the demand IMO will make this thing fly off the hook.
Today is conformation day, it could go ballistic. Worried about an out of order trade? Worried enough not to take a chance on this?
Hum, I sure am not willing to set out this ride.
Best of luck, hope it works out well for you.
Thanks a lot pennie! I was feeling the same way about this one. I see nothing but clear running as long as we get some volume.
Looks like a clear winner for those fortunate enough to find thins little gem.
Best of luck.
I appreciate the reply. I just find things to be extreme on either side. Funny, the naysayers make it sound like Aero will never sell a single muffler. I don't believe this. I truly think they are doing the right thing at Aero.
As far as me ever making my money back, I am not so sure. At this point I have little to loose waiting to see the outcome. So for me, I have taken some lumps, and learning along the way.
I still really do believe this company has a chance to do very well moving forward. They certainly have some baggage to shed.
Peacock being one. On one hand Peacock saved this company from certain BK. On the other hand he stuck his hand too far into the till for investors to prosper short term. For people to say Peacock still runs this is incorrect. But he does still have an interest. I'd say Aero has another year of cleaning up baggage before it can be clear to earn some really good profits. But it most certainly can do so if they can keep generating sales above expenses. Not really hard to understand. Everyone wants to make it so complicated. Best regards.
No sir....never see me in another Peacock play. I've taken my lickin's.....
LOL, this one has no peacocks at all. It does have a heck of a CEO.
I have Clay taking a look at it now. Getting him to annotate it for me. ;)
