They have received EPA approval through OBDII data. This is a HUGE LOOPHOLE IMO.

There needs to be some clarification here, are they trying a loophole through EPA approval.

I would have to agree, OBDII isn't a convertor it is a method of troubleshooting and calibrating a vehicle's on-board computer, thus the engine.

Why would news of a short position spook people?

I'm debating, and also going on feelings here, today has been a cover day right? Well, IMO the volume isn't quite where I thought it should be if UBSS, and others are trying to clean up and buy. If the volume holds here for tomorrow and Thursday we should see another green Friday.

Yesterday looking at the numbers I would have never thought we would be back in the 2s, but with this mornings PR on shorts it makes perfect 'cents.'

At these levels I hope the shorts are losing money, which is absolutely hilarious to me that they let it go this long before covering. Serves them right.

We need to clean up the nakeds, shorts, FTDs, and the float so this thing can start to take off.
