I've made a habit of checking this board over that last 3 years or so now, so I'll have to stay, and looking forward to riding this up with several here.

$PHIL We had an excellent online meeting last night (US time) with Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of Quang Nam Province, and provincial department leaders to discuss the execution plan for the Asia Diamond Exchange. We will have a conference call to update after filings are current.

As soon as we have any new / verified ADE info we're also golden. I expect there will be upward momentum that follows ADE developments as they occur.

The only real information we have about this is that Vinafilms financials are under audit. Whether they show on the K or not has been speculation only.

Outside of buyback, ADE is the next big catalyst for me, whetherwe see Vinafilms or not yet. Antwerp, Dubai, and soon to be Vietnam brought to you by PHIL?

Yes, but the site looked sketchy, with the resume info of the 2 individuals not able to be verified, and the only connection was a copy of the PHIL logo. Do we want something that may turn out to be fake associated with PHIL? All I'm saying is let's verify the dd that we can before acting upon it in making investment decisions. There's already enough circumstantial dd surrounding PHIL as it is, which is a current complaint today in fact that Henry hasn't release concrete info.

I'm just going to proceed with caution and verify what I can as well as debunk if/when necessary.

We don't want to take something at face value if no direct connection to the company can be made re: potential dd info, otherwise potentially damaging credibility in PHIL, IMO.

No problem, we need the bubble burst if not legit. Thanks for the info. We do know that anyone can register a new website, now need to find out if it was Henry or someone from Stocktwits :)

Haha. Not me. Can't sell before catalyst hit. The cc itself was not the catalyst. The catalysts will be buyback and public ADE announcement/info.

Regardless of the cc. Why would you sell before these catalysts unless you feel they won't actually happen.

You guys do realize all of this is pure speculation based on Henry simply saying buyback is a sensitive topic, and trying to interpret what that means. Now we're talking about keeping the price low to bb more share or RS?? We don't know that's true nor do we have any solid in indication that's true. Everyone has been pretty sure for awhile now that most if not all bb shares were already accumulated. The FUD is REALLY creeping in, added to the MM s/p manipulation that many report on and we have the perfect downward spiral.

Pretty sure everyone has been complaining about MM manipulation EVERY DAY, so why are we even talking about pps drop reflecting investor sentiment anyway?

DJK. If you believe the bulk of the buyback is done through negotiated deals, per your own dd that you shared, why are you reacting to other's opinions that probably don't know as much as you and who sound like they are reacting emotionally?

What we're discussing through is a website in Turkish called Goldex not Gildex, and a link to a Delaware company. I haven't found any direct connection to us yet.

This company says GOLDEX. Someone will have to provide a verified connection to PHIL or should assume it's not us.

It says the following in Turkish.
