I was going through the mb and found that dnag did not record revenue until recently. the company had a lot of "partnerships" but it didn't seem like most of them followed through. i keep seeing the merck connection, can someone tell me what that is? i would appreciate it if you can provide some links and facts regarding dnag. there was only one reverse split correct? also how much debt is the company in?
if dnag does not have potential why would dutchess continue to invest money into the company? also if you look at dutchess portfolio, you can see that one of their recent companies went from .60 cents on the .ob board to now trading on the nasdag and had a high of $30 all within the last two years, check frpt. any opinions?
What is this Merck connection that was talked about? Thanks.
stockhlder101, i see that you've been on this board for almost 7 yrs now. i see that some of the posters that have been here for a while are now "con" on this stock. why do you continue to be "pro" on dnag? what makes you believe in this company? can you share some of your insights as to why you stuck by dnag for almost 7 yrs as an investor? thanks.
stockhlder, i noticed in your posts that you mention that financing is being worked on by dnag. is this something you are assuming or was it disclosed by the company that they are seeking financing and will update investors this month? i was reviewing their pr's and didn't find anything. can you provide a link or something? i'd appreciate it. trying to do more dd on my part before i either buy more or keep holding my current shares.
does anyone have an update on this???
What is the status of the "super" EPO? Is the company still on track to produce the product or is it still in development? Thanks.
why would him selling his shares add to the os? I thought dnag was not going to dilute further. did I assume wrong? thanks. when do we anticipate an update on the funding issue?
but isn't dnag still going to own the spinoff pharma? then its still going to be profitable since its the parent company.
that is really good news. with 600 million shares out, further dilution will really kill the pps and any attempt for the pps to recover.
if all goes well, what is your prediction for the pps to go up to?
I was reading the yahoo mb. does anyone think dnag will do a reverse split?
What is the status of the "super" EPO? Is the company still on track to produce the product or is it still in development? Thanks.
Precious, Thanks for the info.
Hi. I see a lot of articles posted regarding DNA. These are just articles right and don't pertain to DNAG.
Upstairs. What can a legal action actually do? The SEC wont' do anything.
This is from part of their sec filing. Does it mean our pps will continue to decrease? Since they are in default of their notes, even if then spin off is a success, a lot of the money from the pharma goes back to Dutchess for repayment. If thats the case, they will need to dilute the shares further.
IT IS A STRONG POSSIBILITY THAT OUR SHARE PRICE WILL DECREASE AS SHARES ARE ISSUED TO DUTCHESS.
During 2006, we issued 188,860,259 shares of our common stock to Dutchess. Dutchess does not currently own any of these shares. We are registering 82,500,000 shares that we may issue pursuant to the equity line; however depending on our stock price, this may not be enough shares to access the full $10 million equity line which will require us to file another registration statement that would need to be declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. On April 5, 2007, the closing price of our common stock was $0.01. Assuming we issue puts only at $0.01, we would need to register an additional 917,500,000 shares of our common stock to access the full equity line pursuant to the Investment Agreement. We also have several convertible debentures with Dutchess that allows them to convert a total of $2.1 million of convertible debentures into 229,998,656 shares of our common stock at March 31, 2007. If our stock price decreases, then our existing stockholders would experience greater dilution. As a result, this may make it difficult or impossible for you to sell our common stock.
So DNAG has already received the money?
Can someone fix the ibox? Someone give me access and I'll do it if no one wants too. Seems very plain. Mind as well do something while we wait.
I am new to the board. Instead of sniffing through thousands of posts, can someone give me some facts both positive and negative about the company? If the company is doing business with Harvard and with Dutchess, then it should be legit right?
Has anyone verified with Dutchess Capital Management that DNAG is doing business with them? I looked on the website and didn't see DNAG. Any opinions?

When do you think this will bottom?
this is going to be a long wait huh?
but all this is good only if they sell the shell. and we don't even know if andre is going to do that.
not really much debt. it was at 200 million shares and he issued the 145 million to pay off the debt so we should be good to go in that area.
so fourwinns are you going to update the ibox?
so now we just need to get andre to sell the shell. how often does this happen?
AS of Feb 07 O/S: 345,240,554 as of 2/1/2007, an increase of 115,454,545 shares.
Last time I checked the oustanding was at 300 million and change but that was months ago. Try this:

Yep, I got several million shares too at an average of .006. Why don't Andre just sell the shell. At least we'll get a pop in the beginning.
Has anyone tried to contact Andre? I would like to know what he's going to do with the company now. Since they cancelled the agreement with DPHG, I wonder if he's going to sell the shell or change the business.
Anyone still in this?
Are you averaging down Fourwinns or do you see a play here?
2 million shares traded today. Is it any of you guys?
Any opinion on the NDA?
pkunderdog. Do you have any new news to tell us? Any updates on Andre? I wish he would update us on the company. Is he going to sell the shell, start another business, or whatever.
I wonder when Andre will sell the shell or change the ticker symbol and start something new.
Jim, that sounds great. Let me know how it goes.
Jim, SEC complaints don't work. Been there, done that. If anything, we can get together for a class action law suit. I just don't know how to start one.
Is anyone still here?
Its Wed and no news yet.
pkunderdog, thanks for posting your findings. We shall see what will happen. I'm guessing Andre is going to keep the shell and start another company then huh? Is he going to use the shares he got from DPHG to start a new venture? If what you say is true, lets hope that he is move savvy this time around and not get suckered by investors.
Panning, you might be right. So Upstairs why are you so positive with Andre. Can you share with us your reasons.
