pkunderdog, thanks for posting your findings. We shall see what will happen. I'm guessing Andre is going to keep the shell and start another company then huh? Is he going to use the shares he got from DPHG to start a new venture? If what you say is true, lets hope that he is move savvy this time around and not get suckered by investors.
