I don't think I have said I know people who hate Serge...
we will see what happens as we just authorized another 9 million of preferred A which converts to 900 million common....
What kind of R/S will it take to hit 3 bucks and will it stay there?
I have already made a couple of posts concerning this....
here is one...

When you ck requirements' for American...SaVi can get to that stage.
it will take 3 years if all goes well for the NASDAQ
===================
in the 90s I was a ser 7 underwriter for
corporate and municipal bonds and am well aware of dealing with the NYSE and all the exchanges...
Not wanting to rain on your parade but
you need to review the listing requirements for the NASDAQ.
American Stock Exchange owned by the NYSE would be
a more probable upward move.
NOTICE: Week Long Happy Hour....
For those that did not notice that there
is an announcement from
the I-Hub administration above....
Here it is....
You know even on our down days
we have had 250,000 and 1/2 million block
buys......
It is those buying that make me believe there
are a few that see things looking up as I do....
I like it all except the North Sea stuff
which has proven to be a drain on assets for many companies...
Selling off Nat Gas div. could prove a bad idea in 3 years....
But new gas will be produced with the oil....
I think they still have it....

Sporty there are no special meetings of people on this forum.
They where just having fun with you.....
But you did say you would travel to such meeting so
why not just travel to the company instead....
Rules do not allow e-mail addies to be exchanged on the open forum...
On Fridays there is an open free private message time
that private messages can be exchanged.....
I think it is between 4pm est to 5 pm....
Ok rodel, I will play Devil's advocate...
SVMI is NOT Serge...
SVMI is some 900 stockholders who own claim to over 6 billion shares...Serge is one of the stockholders...and CEO...
HDV is NOT Serge
HDV is a personal holding company and if you prove
Serge and HDV are one Serge loses all corporate liability protection by law..
As far as Rocket Scientist is concerned some would ague that
but I guess it is all how you would define Rocket Scientist.
He did work on a team for the Space shuttle but not sure
what he had to do with the Rocket that put the shuttle in space.
Anytime one proves as you say all 3 are the same Serge loses
some major SEC findings as to the validly of this company
even being listed....

A corporation is a business or organization formed by a group of people, and it has rights and liabilities separate from those of the individuals involved.
.
The govt is not going to buy svmi and
I am not sure how you could even think that.
DV patent is not owned by svmi and what assets
do they have to make you think 15 cents for 6 billion shares.
900 million bucks?
LOL--I went directly to the NASDQ
webpage....
yepper always rattles me when there
is no bid or ask on any penny stock
cause they can be delisted in a heartbeat....
here is your gift---up 34%
from the open....
amazing what the spread does on percentages
for a mini penny stock.....
wow, fundamentals....what a concept...

edit....and
a 200,000 buy next.....
oh yea of little faith....
note above....in red
ALERT: We're experiencing L2 issues. It's being worked on.
there was an 11,000 share sell at .0018
bid last I checked was .0021
About two years ago on one December day I sold around 15 penny stocks at what ever price in as fast as I could just to clear up accounts......
I was sick of all the crap on my tax returns....
ever bought something and just threw it in the trash a year later...well this sell was like that but you have to sell it
to get rid of it.....
what people here forget is there are lots of folks who open
1,000 dollar stock accounts and think they will get rich in penny stocks....
selling early in the morning below the bid of .0021
lots of idiots own this stock and
there are people clearing accounts for
the end of the year......
Run some numbers for us....
I ran the numbers using a 300 day work year
and they seemed to work
as stated....
I have said in the past
I have liked what I have heard
the company was working on....
This has been in the works for a while
now which explains why they could report
test results.....
Company must feel good or they would
not have PRed this....
The NYC deals means
they had to jump thru certain hoops
before they could even get going and looks
like those tests have passed.....
Nothing may come of it but it seems
closer to me....
they would be if they had not funded their pensions system to the max
like all the other organization are suppose to do but don't....
they have no taxpayer assistance
ck the page I quoted....
I think I saw they had 212,000 total but not all run on gasoline...
•The Postal Service is the first federal agency — and the first company in North America — to receive Gold status from The Climate Registry for its sustainable efforts in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Gold status is awarded to those who reduce GHG emissions by 5 percent.
•The Postal Service operates one of the world’s largest fleet of alternative fuel-capable vehicles — more than 40,000 — and most are equipped to use ethanol. There are electric, compressed natural gas, liquid propane gas and bio-diesel vehicles.
•More than 75,000 letter carriers drive to a neighborhood and then deliver the mail on foot. Nearly 7,800 deliver solely on foot.
•Mail is delivered on bicycle on select routes in Arizona and Florida, reducing emissions and saving fuel.
•The Postal Service continues to use and benefit from solar power with solar photovoltaic systems that convert sunlight into electricity.
•The Postal Service is testing 10 Navistar eStar electric step vans. The new 2-ton vehicles will be tested in three locations: CA, NY and VA.
•The Postal Service uses three-wheeled electric delivery vehicles — the T-3 has a 40-mile range, a maximum speed of 12 mph, can carry 450 pounds and averages 2 cents a mile in energy costs.
•It also uses 2-ton electric vehicles which have been used to deliver mail in New York City since 2001.

SaviCorp(R) Seeks to Reduce Emissions and Petrol Consumption in Fleet and Daily-Use Vehicles
Automotive innovator targets public and private transport, as well as USPS vehicles
press release
Dec. 4, 2013, 6:04 a.m. EST
SANTA ANA, Calif., Dec 04, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE via COMTEX) -- via PRWEB -
SaviCorp(R) (pinksheets:SVMI) is pleased to announce that it has recently secured a letter of authorization and contact lists from the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) in order to market its innovative emission reduction systems to more than 250,000 public and private transportation companies.
The company has also proposed its performance enhancing technologies to the United States Postal Service (USPS), which has the potential to include 500,000 daily service vehicles.
In targeting the New York City TLC and USPS, SaviCorp(R) is seeking to stem the flow of carbon emissions and tremendous dependence on costly petroleum products by offering its proven emission reduction technologies to daily use vehicles.
SaviCorp(R) hopes to employ its products within industries that continually suffer from financial burdens in regards to fuel, as well as those responsible for substantial carbon emissions.
USPS measures the fuel consumption of its fleet vehicles in GPH (gallons per hour), not MPG (miles per gallon).
In a comparison of two USPS vehicles tested with SaviCorp(R) technology, the average fuel saved per day totaled one gallon.
SaviCorp(R)'s current proposal covers 129,000 USPS fleet vehicles and at an average of one gallon per vehicle saved daily, with a national fuel price average of $3.25 per gallon, the resulting benefit would top $419,250 in daily fuel savings or an annual savings of $153,026,250.
"Taxi services, private limousines, van services and other transport and delivery vehicles are active nearly every day of the year. It's these vehicles that are in desperate need of better fuel economy and lower emissions," said Serge Monros, CEO of SaviCorp(R). "With the help of SaviCorp(R) technologies and products, we're hoping to prove that while these industries and their vehicles are heavily relied upon in a daily capacity, there's something that can be done in the way of making them less impactful, both financially and environmentally."
SaviCorp(R)'s highly successful flagship product, the DynoValve(R), has already been approved by the New York City TLC after being inspected and passed by the TLC's Emissions & Safety Division.
In securing a letter of authorization and contact lists from the New York City TLC, SaviCorp(R) will begin an aggressive marketing campaign to introduce its technologies to one of the most prolific transportation industries in the continental United States.
In conjunction, with the current USPS proposal, SaviCorp(R) hopes to grow its campaign across the country, illustrating the many benefits of DynoValve(R) and other peripheral SaviCorp(R) products that have already been proven in demand throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Don't make any difference any longer
as they where taken out later....
All they hold now is a warrant for 25 million shares and
where paid a half million dollars for the warrants they held
and to hold harmless any recover of any loan that had been tendered...
LOL...this cant be correct under
beneficially owned stock....

Cornell Capital (7) Common Stock 50,955,591,704 96.06%

50 billion???
=====================
someone really ought to read these things before
being filed.....
adam you are just flat out wrong....
Thank you Lastay, and yes I
have been critical of the company
but only in a constructive way....
I do see good in this company and the
possibility of success....
I have also seen the mistakes that have been made
however you have to take into account the hardships
that had to be endured to get to the point we are at now...
Serge brought this company out of the ashes during one of
the worst financial and economic times this country has
ever experienced....
There was no money available for a small company and
not much available to one now.
SaVi is the only company I know of that has ever gotten
loose of the grip, of a Cornell type "death spiral financing
loan", in all my time following penny stocks.
Many a CEO would have folded shop and moved on to another venture.
Serge stuck it out and continues too. He will stay with this to the bitter end or to the glory of success.
Many years ago, before Mario was ousted, I laid out a plan to Serge how he could walk away, begin again with his product without the numerable headaches that Savi had facing it.
He decided to remain the course,
even in the face of outright near slander,
to his name, from this forum.
Yes he has faults,
as all men to do however
for his continued desire to advance this company,
my hat is off to him.
Had I been in his shoes I don't think I would have fought it out.
.
Sporty, my reading comprehension is extremely good...
You seem to come across as a very desperate person in
need of immediate financial gain. At best you seem to act as a
corporate reformer wanting to change a company for the
shareholder good, much like Carl Icahn portrays as he piles
on more personal wealth....
If in fact you are a Carl Icahn type then let me suggest
that you need to get to the bottom of this and report back to us...
Here is what you do:
Book an early morning flight to John Wayne International Airport, Orange County, Ca. with the last return flight back home the same day.
Call the company an inform Mr Chu when you will be arriving
there and you are a concerned stockholder who wants a first hand account of the company.
At the airport on arriving go out front and get a cab
for a ride 10 minutes north to the company for about 15 bucks...
Observe and ask questions...
Someone from the company will give you a ride
back to the airport upon completing your inspection.
At this point you will be able to make an educated decision
about this company and if you care to remain a stockholder.
If you need cash for the trip just sell 400,000 shares
of your holdings which should cover the expenses.
Until you do this is it is hard for me to take
your posts in any serious respect.
.
If my message came out sounding TO YOU like 10 years,
let me suggest that you,
need to work on your reading comprehension and
stop putting words into my mouth that where not said...
I have never ever beat around the bush on
this forum and have always said what I believe or
I just did not post.
As far as your Christmas remark,
there is no Santa Claus.
This is not a General Stock Market forum and Pink Stocks
never benefit from an overall market up move
in fact in most cases
it is just the opposite.....
Why would any sane investor gamble in Pinks
when all they had to do was buy the S&P index and
have a 40% return in the last 3 years....
As far as you saying:
Hey Jack, have not seen you
around in a while....
I am 64 and I think Serge if not 60 is getting close...
so as I have learned "Life is Fragile"...
number can be up at anytime...
Don't be a stranger...
.
You need to reread what I wrote
and then explain where I said another 5 to 10 years..
Hell, not even sure Serge or I would even still
be alive in 10 years....
I await your explanation...
That is an add to sell a doom and gloom book...
You wrote:
We have never seen the actual agreement,
However I believe (not sure) that the
agreement called for a certain number of units
with the license agreement for 100,000 bucks.
The rest is additional product sold...
Simple just look at what the last sell was at...
Spread between Bid & Ask here is large so
any buy or sell swings price (as percentage) a lot....
But when computing the value of my stock
I have to look at what I can sell it for and
not what the buying price is....
I have not seen a lot of paints and buys
have been 50,000 shares and up....
I feel those buyers are hoping the MMs
will drop the Ask but still buy at the end of the day,
even when the ask has not changed...
My thoughts anyway, for
what it is worth....
Holter, a R/S will NOT get you off
the Pinks......
Only getting all filings up to date
will get you back to OTCBB regular stocks...
R/S now without updated filings and
we are still on the Pink Lists
Where are all you L2 watchers
after someone buys a million shares?
Did not see it coming did you....
That's cause you can't....
Someone puts in an order at ask and bam...
it is cleared....
I don't have a clue and if I did
I would have never written the last post.....
however there has been some stock given out in the past
to some people no longer with the company I think...
They may be cashing in....
I really don't know who it is...
Good luck Cool cause with 978 stockholders,
someone is bound to need money at any time...
Who knows maybe it is the auditors
selling shares for their work..
Could be anything...
Oh, and adam don't seem so shocked the link for the info
is in the intro above....In fact I updated it just the other day...
(otc changed up their pages some)
Your fair and bias moderator..
Heck yes...
I would like to see 50 million trade everyday...
watching this stock poke along
is like watching paint dry....
I would love to see some action and excitement...
there are some with 50 to 100 million shares...
if it was one person who sold 8 million
heck I would not mind having a spare 20 thousand right now...
there are still a lot of shares with a cost basis of .0012 to .0015 so .0026 to .003 is a double...
however I understand what you are conveying...
there where two billion four hundred ninety two million that did not sell...
if the MMs hold 400 million...then over two billion sat still...
I have said many times I don't pay much
attention to a "form t" trade....
It could be a MM moving shares or
as I have said the MMs want this higher
so they may have masked the buy afterhours
to leave the close higher..
however with 2.5 billion float 8 million is peanuts...
