who is this source?
The dates in the documents are screwy. jmo.
Maybe they do. just PR it. jmo
There might be a better way to have phone calls reduced. One idea is to post the AFS and reconcile all the chatter the past few months. They know what questions need to be answered. Just do it. jmo
speculation from a conversation between Leslie and Domain which I believed occured. But why......how many would it take and at what cost....
$150.-$300. an hour. I don't think so. I hope not anyway. And that's not what's needed here. jmo
my best was .038, but I got in that line after we broke .046.
That's the beauty or beast of a RE Holding Company. For financial reporting purposes, RE assets are reported at cost less depreciation (no dep. for land).
So, opportunity exists for off balance sheet equity from asset depreciation, which is realized when an asset is sold. On the other hand, if they bought wrong, or the wrong time, or both; then write downs are a risk.
my perspective is they are giving the company away at these prices. So, we might as well buy it.
can't unload what you don't have. e/
They could buy as much as they wanted to with the $14MM from the settlement. Actually they could retire all the shares twice at today's prices. There will be a "value" squeeze. Any short squeeze will be gravy. jmo
11/16/06 PR IN IBOX:

Business Wire - November 16, 2006 13:19

Cal-Bay's market capitalization of the combined common shares and Preferred B shares based on the current stock price of $0.052 per share is approximately $9.5M. The Company's quarterly report to be published next week will reflect the Corporations assets are now in excess of $100M, and the equity position now held against the assets is in excess of $41M. This number is most cases would be the basis of the formula to determine the book value of the stock, and typically most company's stock trades at a multiple of book value. President & CEO
that's the quick of it all...the 14MM is twice today's market cap of approx $7MM @
.04
If CBAY's PR is correct and equity is $41MM today, the it's $55MM with the settlement. Using the PR share count of 173MM, book value pps is .23 and .32 respectively. These are rough numbers to support upside potential.
jmo only.
At $200.00 + an hour, doesn't make sense to me!
The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Nice work on your part. Now, someone else is messin with her.
OT: who needs AFS from Windsor when you can have your grociers delivered by her!!
Thx. (eom)
picked some more today.
a 40MM Vessal I believe.
Totally irresponsible. Did I say grandstanding. Ok, grandstanding.
Best to you and your recovery. e/
yep, birds of a feather flock together........
100%, all-in....etc: Sounds like you were lost before you placed your SLJB bet.
Your problem is not this potential loss, it's how you felt about yourself before you placed this bet.
With respect to the money...be grateful this happened early. Had you not lost it all here, chances are you would have lost it all later on. And in the meantime, any wins would not have made you happy.
I am sorry for your mindset right now. Sounds to me you need to come clean with your wife and stay out of this casino. Your worth is not measured by the amount of money you have or don't have.
BOL
I thought I read they were going to Sam.
so Stock HOG faxed the ?'s to Allinone. I love the intrigue!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Steve Sulja stepped down. There had to be a reason. The Sulja's brought in PV. He was/is no stranger. There has to be a reason. The Sulja's got rid of PV, there has to be reason. Steve is back but only temporarily. Why?
what a dickpost.
"lol, they must be paying you overtime skytrades"
but still not enough to purchase a full IHUB membership.
Stock: under the category of "give me more time and I 'll write you a shorter memo", I would condense this good work into 6's. jmho.
the first 6 IMO :
1) How much damage has been done
2) When will the AFS be issued and who did it.
3) Will you be doing audited quarterly FS like mentioned before
4) When will a new proforma be issued
5) What is the exact current share structure
6) When will the TA be ungagged
the second six:
1) How much has Wessal bought
2) What is your strategy to deal with the short....divi, NOBO, OBO etc.
3) Who are the directors
4) Who will be the IR firm
5) When do you plan to uplist and dual list
6) When can you provide a an update on the listed projects
needs to be put on the back burner for now imo.
As a current Director, Steve should know.
walk and chew guy. /e
great PR and see post 6033. they must have read it before they put out this PR. It's a one time non-cash charge.
To modify a phrase from Apple...."it's the music (ongoing opertations) stupid"
thinking more of TV series "Message Board"...?
Conversation between Mr. and Mrs. Sulja
Mrs. : Honey, I don't want anymore phone calls like the one I got from Asus the
yesterday.
Mr. : Ok, I'll go back to work.
sorry wrong Board.
no buy back here like CBAY.
Hans, I agree. the pps appreciation would greatly exceed the expense of of the divi. Also, this divi expense could essentially be a cashless expense by selling some of the shares they recently bought back a the anticipated higher pps.
thx, Army son ...... first grandaughter visit.
2nd request.. in SF on my way to Seoul. Is there anything important today outside what is suppose to happen around 4:00 EST? Thx, Rick
