We have officially amended the second quarter as of today and tomorrow is the beginning of what should prove to be an exciting 3rd and 4th qtr. I expect a huge influx of Fox products hitting the shelves beginning the third week of July and fully rolling into the first week of August.

I’m not getting any younger and life is very short, I wish Mr Klug would hit the go button so we could trade again.

I’m sure he has his reasons but it doesn’t make it any better with the waiting game, based on what I have been told about Mr Klug in the past he is a honest hard working man.

A little PR update to clarify a few things would go a long way here for me, I think the shareholders deserve at least that in my opinion, we have been on hold for quite sometime now and could use a little insight as to what direction the company is headed and when we might move forward.

Agree, otherwise why would they provided a Letter Of Intent To Approve.

I think they are in big trouble which is why they were warning board members not to make any comments.

Just have to wait and see how it plays out but hope they have to eat crow and pay up, would love to see each board member be liable as well just as a matter of principle.

High taxes in California and I beg to differ on location however Texas is a pretty big state with some heavily populated cities actually we have 3 cities in the top 10 in the US. Why do you think Elon moved here?

At the current rate California’s population is decreasing every year and I can see why.

I have been invested since early 2019 and have accumulated quite a few shares but I haven’t really read the board that much since we went expert. Made a few comments here and there just popping in and out but had to respond to some negative post that happen to appear the day I check.

Just curious without having to go back through the thread where exactly are we at and what is needed for us to move forward and trade again wether that be this year or next, just curious what Mr Klug needs to finish up for that to happen?

I know we will need Market Maker participation but what filings are lacking?

Agree, Nick is very good about answering the questions that he can answer. He is very responsive to emails and very quick to reply and will tell you if he is busy but will always get back to you concerning your questions .

He will however research and make sure you are who you are and will want to know your motive for calling or emailing, he does not have time to waste on those who are trashing the company nor should he……..
