RJ - I totally agree - the perfect storm!
Wow! Mr. Gravely has been responsible for the start-up of 25 manufacturing plants around the world and over 300 new product introductions for large corporations such as Michelin, AT&T, NCR, Fluor/Maruti (India), and General Motors. Formerly a Director of Operations for AT&T's Global Information Solutions (NCR) for both North American and South America, he was responsible for the operation of manufacturing facilities in Brazil, California, and South Carolina. He led a high-level corporate acquisition team in the takeover of the third largest computer operation in Brazil. He owns the computer industry record for computer R&D Development by designing, testing, and delivering a new PC in just 8 weeks while managing a Business Unit for AT&T. Steve graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
Michael O’Shea, CEO of Union Dental commented, “I have had the pleasure of working with Steve on several projects over the last seven years and I know he will bring a valuable skill set to the Board in our effort to restructure the Company and identify potential business combinations”.
Nice consolidation the past 2 days - should be up nicely today
Re: RJ - agreed!
Transfer Agent verified - Mike is doing his job cleaning up $udhi
Mike, if I knew the answer to that question I wouldn’t be doing my own DD or posting on this Board. I would know the intricacies of the deal and wouldn’t be bothering on Ihub. MY DD is based upon the public releases and trying to find out why this shell would be attractive. I also looked at the difference between the Jan and March runs and this current one and found the release from Dr. Green on this Board (I also compared who was posting then and who is posting now). This weekend I learned the difference between a 727 filing (which I never heard of before) and an actual bankruptcy and what the difference was and why it made the shell attractive.
I hesitate to answer you because all you do on this Board is ask questions no one would know and post negatively about what is going on (which is counter-productive for someone who claims to hold shares long for a long period of time. This Board is used to ask questions but not ones that require an inside knowledge of the proposed deal and then speak negatively when no one knows the answer to that question. We are speculating as to what is going on and I just thought I’d share what my DD told me on the filings, how it makes sense that Mike is now on board based on his background and the filings and releases $UDHI have made. Maybe if you spent some of your retired time doing some DD instead of just posting negative comments you would get some respect on here. We are all putting our money up to speculate what is going on. We try and share to educate others. You do neither. This will be my last response to you until you add something of value instead of your normal dribble.
So I did some DD over the weekend and I have been confused why IHUBBERS have not been excited and gotten on the bandwagon and I know believe it’s a good thing. This is not a group pumping the stock (I will get to that shortly) and they have no idea where this came from.
First what makes UDHI an attractive merger candidate? Well Dr. Green (God rest his soul) did the shareholders a solid when he filed for a 727 instead of a bankruptcy for Union Dental Holdings. This allowed him to clear the debt but retain shareholder equity. If he filed a bankruptcy, the shell would cease to exist. This move enabled the company to satisfy its debts and remain trading.
In January , a group supported by a huge following on IHUB filed with the State of Florida to make it current. The stock soared with posts on IHUB going to over 100 posts/day. When this happened, Dr. Green posted a release stating that he had not done the filing and had not given up control of the company. This release was met with much opposition on the IHUB board (interesting that none of the characters posting then are posting now).
Again, in March the same group came on when a name change was filed with the Secretary of State to Olivette. From the most recent release it seems that Dr. Green hired Mike O’Shea to clean up this “corporate raid” which makes sense given Mike’s background (you see he has been the Trustee in numerous bankruptcy filings and is a forensic accountant).
This run started when people saw Mikes filing that he was President and sole director. Obviously Dr. Green hired Mike to clean up the filings and get this remaining asset he held and protected by the 727 filing to be ready for a potential merger.
The IHUBBERS were not aware and the lack of posting is something I love because it shows there are real people and a real company working to clean this up. No pump. And the trading shows this as there has been sustained buying outside of the IHUBBERS on this stock.
I will continue to accumulate on dips and watch for different steps to be taken to clean up the filings and reverse the corporate raid that happened to the inactive company.
All of this is my humble opinion, and everyone has to make their own investment decisions. I keep my eye on Sunbiz and OTC markets while I wait for Mike’s next update to see what he is doing to add value to this clean shell. I for once think the lack of IHUB posters is a positive sign as this is not a pump but a strategic cleaning of an asset for future growth. Thoughts?
Any bets on when we hit .02? I say 10:53am.
Here comes another buying wave!
Most likely we'll hear something this week based on the normal turnaround time btwn filings and announcements.
Agreed - it's moving so perfectly the past several days - up 6-7 fold since last Monday am w/only one real dip this Monday afternoon from .01+ to .007, but was hard getting too many shares yesterday morning btwn .007-.009
Short sellers try a quick move down on low volume - cheap trick, but buying opp!
Great volume too!
Almost all hitting the ask - nice!
Yes sir.
Me too. Let's get this board active - there's a clear correlation btwn board activity and share price.
Raising my estimates from yesterday the way we traded the last hour - looks exceeding strong - very few sellers. With news any day we could surpass .02 this week.
Anyone think we may hear news tmrw w/price action and volume we've had today?
Looks like you were right!
Smart move - me too.
Why is the board so quiet on such a great trading day?
Tremendous!
I'd say .014 this week; .02-.03 in next month; .1 w/in the year. Thoughts?
Here we go!
Not until I load up on some more!
I'm sure we'll hear something this week - it usually takes a week or so after the filings for an announcement to be made.
Terms of the M/A and which company/ies O'Shea will be bringing in.
Spoke too soon - big buys coming in...
Thanks - why so quiet on the board today? Guess we'll get to buy more at slightly lower prices until the news is out...
Re: Dr Green's shares - follow the dots: according to filings already posted here, Michael Oshea was named CEO a week ago. He has several businesses including FRGI (forensic accounting) and Oilvite. A guy with his credentials wouldn't have his name on this unless there's a real deal.
Dr Green passed away several weeks ago. We'll find out soon, but his
shares were probably picked up by Oshea as part of this deal - which would be great for longs, b/c they are almost half of the outstanding shares - what a sweet set-up!
This time there's more risk not being in than being in - the news should be out next week based on my experience - takes several days from filings to press release.
Absolutely correct!
The difference is that this time it's not a P&D - there's some big news behind it - we just don't know all of the details yet!
Notice how the volume on buying is so much heavier than on selling?
Oh baby!
Just creates more buying opps for us :)
The terms of the deal have not been announced yet - these shares will probably be included.
New is forms filed for merger w/ serious player w/serious companies - coming into the shell - this type of news always makes stocks soar.
Nice buying opp - picked up another few k
Me too - so glad it's making pull backs to create buying opps - great for the long term appreciation!
