So you will take them at their word when the lawyer has stated he has nothing to do with them, and that they should be reported to the SEC?
I certainly won’t. Their credibility has been lost.
But if that’s their wording of it - who paid them to create the website? Just because they own it doesn’t mean they didn’t make a small fortune from a hedge fund who has a large short position. That’s where an investigation is needed.
We can’t find that out, but the SEC can.
To be cont…
According to the lawyer they claimed was taking this on, it is fraud, and should be reported to the SEC.
Opinions are one thing. Market manipulation for personal gain is quite another.
You saw how quickly some on here jumped on how accomplished this lawyer is, for example, when they thought he was actually part of this.
Not sure how it will all play out, as the SEC doesn’t seem to go after negative attacks as strongly as they do with pumpers. But George Sharpe is now stating that he has confirmed the fraud, and is proceeding against them on it.
That is not the key. Looked at how quickly some on here jumped all over the Lawyer info, posting his bio, etc etc. turns out it was a fraudulent use of his name to try to add some credibility. And a lot here fell for it.
If only the same posters here would look into the Humbl advisors added to the team with such veracity. Harvard and Yale grads, self made millionaires, world famous athletes and musicians, to name a few.
But when a bad acting short fraudulently adds the name of a legitimate lawyer to their bogus website - people here jump all over it.
Those people posting that stuff should now take down their posts, as they were tricked by into promoting the fraud.
Let’s see if that happens.
$HMBL
It looks like the creators of the fake lawsuit website are going to be in big, big trouble. That’s how desperate they are - to risk jail time and massive fines to try to exit their short positions.
$HMBL
The law firm’s information has been removed. They state they have nothing to with this, and they demanded it be removed. He also stated to report the website authors to the SEC, as this appears to be illegal activity.
Know what you own.
$HMBL
No.
No.
No.
$HMBL
If you over sell something, once the demand comes in they need to replace those shares. So the MM’s need to buy more to account for selling shares they do not have. Do you think they will not get theirs first, before the shorts are able to buy shares to cover? And do you think the shorts will get theirs before new buyers buying at the ask get theirs?
We don’t even know if this is naked shorted or not either. Seems to me that’s quite possible too.
Again - just facts and math. Simple stuff.
$HMBL
Wow - that’s a pretty big leap.
You don’t think that over 40 million oversold shares, which need to be recovered by the MM’s before it during a run, take priority over the 40 million shorted shares needed to cover, plus the new buyers, all while nobody is selling?
You’ve seen the average daily volume. NOBODY IS SELLING at these prices. They are only accumulating more.
So no plan. Just math. And facts.
$HMBL
For the shorts - definitely a major bloodbath looming. How do they even get themselves in this deep? Don’t they keep an eye on the oversold as well as the short interest levels? Has greed completely blinded them? I’m worried for them, and for their souls.
$HMBL
Unbiased? That’s awesome!
Biggest laugh I had all day! Thanks for that.
;)
$HMBL
Sure they did. Sure. They. Did.
Riddle me this then:
Why have dozens of brand new Stocktwits and Twitter accounts just get created, all follow each other, and all start bashing last night? They aren’t paid bashers?
Meanwhile - thanks for all of the freshly minted oversold shares! Good luck getting them back at under $4. Lmao
$HMBL
The market agrees - welcome back 61.5’s
$HMBL
We don’t know yet. Because we don’t know what is happening behind the scenes, with him, and with the other MAJOR players here.
Some people constantly make assumptions, 98% they are extreme and negative.
I don’t. I read, analyze, compare notes, and build out the overall picture, looking for consistencies and irregularities.
That’s why I’m successful.
That’s why Rob Luna is very successful.
Put in the work. You will be rewarded.
$HMBL
The pps isn’t going to to plummet. A big short attack happened today, and it didn’t work. Looks like we can add another 4 million or so shares to the oversold pile. Which makes it harder again to cover those, and even harder for the shorts to cover.
Math is math. AI gives them the advantage, always will, but if we aren’t selling, then new buying pressure wipes them all out, with the way it stands now.
You might think they are winning. But they are not. They are concerned, and soon be to be very scared.
Humbl is solid. The financials prove it.
$HMBL
This attack this morning was expected. A lot of people had a lot of cash lined up to grab some shares.
I’m willing to bet that most of the shares used to being this down at the open were fake (over-selling).
All they are doing is digging a deeper hole for themselves, causes the rise to come faster, and their losses to be bigger.
$HMBL
Gfy.
That will be their new marketing campaign, world wide.
$Hmbl
Agreed. The financials are much better than I imagined. I’m expecting a CC this week, announcing something big. Brace yourself. The world is about to know who Humbl is!
$HMBL
It is progress. Most of those costs are one-time. And that’s how a business grows.
Humbl is growing. It’s easy to see. Almost all revenue streams doubled Q over Q.
And Humbl hasn’t even starting its marketing campaign yet. But they will be very soon.
Strong buy in my opinion. Very strong buy and hold.
$HMBL
Link? More like links!
First is was 500 million common shares retired. Then it was 381 million. Then it was just under 100 million. Then they have reduced the Preferred B’s which were unallocated (by reducing the AS).
Now they have reduced the ability of Preferred B holders to sell.
Also - Preferred ax’s were eliminated from even ever being a possibility.
So again - please show me where they have dumped anything, ever.
$HMBL
Pump and dump? Lmao!
It’s been the complete opposite. They’ve bought back shares repeatedly. And now they’ve further restricted the ability for insiders to sell shares.
$HMBL
Ya - I would hate to be one of the shorts trapped in this. There’s such a big lineup - and nobody is selling.
A small percentage will manage to get out the first few days next week. After that - it’s gonna get real ugly for them.
$HMBL
Well sir, that didn’t age well.
Lmao
$HMBL
And some feel like a 4 billion market cap is low, when they see how big this company can actually become, and all of the inroads they have made so far.
It’s called getting in early, on a potential “trillion dollar idea”.
I believe $3.00 or below is a great pps to have with Humbl, for the near and long term investors.
Do your homework. It’s all out there waiting to be discovered.
$HMBL
First of all - why would they sell when the price is this low? Second - why would someone want to give up ownership in a company that has made so much progress, but has still had so many more catalysts to come? Third - the ones who do sell - will allow the float to have some active shares being traded, and will likely help the volume somewhat.
The shorts and MM’s are counting on more shares being available - they need roughly 80 million of them to become available so they can cover their positions. I don’t see that happening at these prices at all.
Maybe at $2.50-$4.00 you’ll see some of the longs selling a few, and some of the Preferred B’s hitting the market. And that will slow down the rush a bit. But stop assuming people are greedy idiots. Anyone involved now knows there’s a much higher price to wait to sell at. So pick your spot, set your sell amounts at a certain price which you like. And pay attention when it runs. Because IMO, this will run hard, several times, again.
Good luck!
$HMBL
Sure there is.
Lmao
$HMBL
Lmao! Big stretch there fellas. Very big stretch.
The beauty of the blockchain is there is a record, time stamped, of everything.
But because it’s a DAO, the process for reimbursement of an appropriate amount of blocks will have to be determined.
An honest and truly concerned person would be pissed off at the (failed) attempt to destroy the launch of BLOCKS.
Desperate measures by desperate people.
$HMBL
Lol - great point!
It’s a tool to be used by Humbl, amongst many others.
The fact that those in the know were and are able to buy it in its initial launch is just another great example of the team involved allowing retail to be in on the ground floor.
For this who don’t like it, or missed either - there will be another train for you to catch.
We are already well on our way to our destination.
Good luck!
$HMBL
Yes it does. It will be out in its latest version very soon. It’s pretty amazing actually. However, a few more things will need to be added in the coming months, but that’s just part of the process.
But again - it’s very, very good, marketable, functional.
$HMBL
Huge news. BLOCKS start tomorrow. I have a feeling next week will be the start of all the big releases and marketing we have been waiting for.
It’s gonna be epic!
$HMBL
Yes it did. Most if not all of them/us still have shares.
$HMBL
Huge things are ahead.
$HMBL
So you call less than 0.3% on the OS being traded daily people selling? Seriously?
How do you think we got to 40 million or more oversold? From people selling?
And the shares that have changed hands - don’t you know that the longs have been scooping them up? I’ve bought $135,000 worth in the last few months all by myself.
So to my point - people aren’t selling. Hasn’t been a mass sell off (and that was only 15% of the OS) since the short attack during the CNBC interview.
This stock is wound up so tight that when the beta app turns into a live app, NFT big names launch, etc etc etc hit the airwaves, it’s gonna soar. And the biggest reason will be because the manipulators will have to cover the oversold and shorted positions. That’s 80 million or so shares.
That’s how I see it.
Good luck in your theory.
$HMBL
We could use a few shares hitting the market. As you’ve noticed - nobody has been selling for months. And the majority of the current OS is being held right for months and years to come.
Again - we won’t see much hit the market when are able to. Insiders would like to stay on as insiders. A seat at the table is very, very valuable here.
Put out all the doom and gloom that you want. The fact is that the Preferred B’s have long been factored into the sp.
Expect a big run on the next launch.
$HMBL
No link for you!
Next!
Try Google. I’m busy making money on the stock market, amongst other things.
$HMBL
It’s called an album launch party. And it’s also called marketing.
This sometimes happens in Vegas. But in this case - it won’t stay there.
$HMBL
OTC sound bite? Lmao!
Warren Buffet must be an OTC player then, by your accounting.
$HMBL
Nobody has lost anything unless they sell.
And I imagine he is over the moon happy with the additional ways he can make money off of his career that were stripped down and “fee’d” to death prior to Humbl and blockchain.
There’s a big picture here, try and see it.
$HMBL
Try searching the UN 2030 Conference.
It’s ok that you don’t understand the tech involved here, but it’s explained well for non-tech savvy people by Brian Foote when he spoke for an hour in front of the leaders of the world.
