Agreed. SL edit is a go.
Maybe we should seek help from within CVSI (ie D. MacKay, S. Tomc) for the proper wordsmithing. I'm sure they have something close or ready to go. Does our group have a way to contact them?

Can you say dilution....
Volume in a stock is highly variable one day to the next. Current 30 avg volume for CVSI is 1.34M shares. For an OTC stock, we are good to go for uplisting pending an $/share appreciation or R/S.
There will be trampling at the CW exits....
Yes, It’s called skunk weed and the concentration of CBD is variable lot to lot, within a lot, and not accurately reflected on the label.
SL your thoughts are always welcome. I probably copied your post from the Yahoo message board lol.
Gladys, your thonged again. A law suit against the cobb web:
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/aaxll-responds-to-trademark-lawsuit-regarding-charlottes-web-strain-301074623.html
In its numerous counterclaims, AAXLL alleges CWI engaged in false advertising, unfair business practices in violation of the California Business & Professional Code, and improper registration of state trademarks in California and Colorado. AAXLL seeks damages, attorney's fees, cancellation of CWI's state registered trademarks, and declaratory relief. AAXLL's filing vigorously disputes CWI's central allegation that Charlotte's Web is not the name of a strain of hemp. AAXLL filings catalogues a tremendous body of published works, not to mention repeated admissions by CWI over the years, cementing the public's and the industry's understanding that "Charlotte's Web" is a strain. AAXLL CEO Joseph Maskell notes that CWI itself referred to "the Charlotte's Web strain" in its own 2019 public offering documents.
Maskell also states, "U.S. federal trademark law already dictates that cultivar or strain names are generic from the get-go, so the Charlotte's Web name of the strain was never protected as a trademark. CWI cannot prevent the rest of the world from referring to Charlotte's Web as a strain of hemp any more than a French winery could prevent the world from referring to Chardonnay as a varietal name of grapes."

What does this mean? I read it as it’s good for the existing stock holders.

Congrats to you. Children are a blessing (I have two grown successful children) and I will be a grandfather this week.
Hi SL, Will change my vote now that CVSI clarified their position on the R/S. I own 130K shares. Anybody know how to access the proxy on TD Ameritrade?
CVSI is up 21, 20, and 16% respectively in the three days. Making past comparisons holds no weight, the market conditions and company operations are dynamic. Time for you to consider if your in the best stock for the future.
Maybe all of those law offices should get their act together and turn the class action lawsuits around to focus on Citron since they are already knowledgeable about the case and have the names of affected shareholders (clients).
A reverse split and passed FDA regulations would suddenly qualify CVSI for a major exchange. The old adage “materials is everything” is just that, it’s an old adage. Outsourcing of the hemp farming to keep overhead costs down is why CVSI is not in an accelerated cash burn mode. There are risks in growing your own hemp such as poor yield, high THC content, crop disease, etc. The same losses you reference have hit every CBD based stock over the last year within some reasonable tolerance. News flash: CBD and MJ stocks are not in vogue now. Their day is coming. Your right, comparing the efficiency of PlusCBD to the competitors is like comparing Prada to gas station brand CBD. CVSI’s extraction process is patented.
Gladys, Unless you provide some statistical data that the store size population for CW is skewed to the smaller end in terms of size as compared to CVSI, your just speculating and your argument isn’t credible like just about all of your ideas posted on this board.
Furthermore, unless CVSI trades on the same exchange as CW, your exponential decay curve is not comparing apples to apples. From a market cap valuation stand point, CW should never be 11x CVSI.
I like the response in the second video. Do we really need a Debbie downer? JK. ...lol
Let each company’s intellectual property stand on it’s own merits. Who cares if xyz company partnered with w company. Proof is in the pudding. You sound like a sour grapes investor of the cob web company. In terms of processing technology and the credentials of one company vs the other, it’s not even close.
He’s been recording music on youtube lol
Time for Dr. Marty to come out if the woodwork ...
You da man Sleuth. Where is Glady’s thong now?
August 2018 after the drop to $3.50. Was following this when it was 48 cents and watched it go to 9. Have been loading since under $1.10 in December.
My input for the CVSI marketing team: “This Sh#t makes me a better me”.
From their website: “Abacus has filed a patent application to help protect its core formulations that combine hemp extract with camphor and menthol”. A filed patent doesn’t necessarily mean a granted patent. Besides CVSI has a balm that contains the gold formula and menthol. I know it’s extremely effective through first hand experience. CWEB couldn’t afford to buy CVSI with their cash burn.
CVSI’s patent alone is worth what CWEB paid for the start-up. Maybe you should check yourself for flees.
Oh yes, of course
I’m doing a Google search using “CV Science” and the Cobweb website is listed first. The CW must be using AI to manipulate certain key words in a Google search. Someone CVSI needs to address this.
44% up and counting.....
I am down but I know there is a lot of snake oil CBD out there and CVSI has the best. Only a matter of time that the word gets out and we are among the few in the FDM channel on the shelf besides all of the independent studies out there and the forth coming FDA guidelines and testing. FDA has a project number to charge now and results are expected.
I find it coincidental that today we are up 37% the day after the 10K was released. Could be MM Friday pump and dump. We are way over sold.
Massive short squeeze coming. Ex squeeze me.
I don’t understand the earning report revision
Can they claw back to Mona golden parachute? If so, we might have a dog in this fight.
LS CVSI
Why is CVSI up almost 19%? Is it an over sold reaction? Is Downing out? Buyout? FDA rules? Short squeeze? Pay out to Monas not signed off?
There's always an ambulance chaser hiding around the corner looking to make $. Probably hired by a short.
Since we could have supply chain issues getting hemp shipped in from Europe. How mature is the US hemp supply chain? Are we going to be short raw material or does CVSI have contingency plans?
Maybe they selected the good Dr. to take one for the team. Talk about a perfect storm.
I wanted to post buy JNUG since it was $99 a few ago. Then I decided it was too risky to recommend so I tried to delete the post. I bought 40 shares at $7. Crazy volatility.
This is a case for why CVSI felt it was important to have lot traceability and chemical analysis by lot as referenced on the product label. The question I have is whether CVSI has done their own study related to CBD concentration stability over time as it relates to shelf life stated on the label for all product types.
Can’t fault the company if they want more time to ensure an accurate ER but some might think the delivery schedule of that earnings report can be classified as “choppy”...lol
Seems like the third time asking for public comments on hemp derived CBD. To me it appears to be "I'm working the issue Congress" (I still need time because I didn't take the other comment periods seriously or I had more important issues and now I need to pull some regulations out of my a__).
Independent studies aren’t done for free. Where is there an independent study done of the Cobweb’s cannibis/hemp hybrid strain?
