From their website: “Abacus has filed a patent application to help protect its core formulations that combine hemp extract with camphor and menthol”. A filed patent doesn’t necessarily mean a granted patent. Besides CVSI has a balm that contains the gold formula and menthol. I know it’s extremely effective through first hand experience. CWEB couldn’t afford to buy CVSI with their cash burn.
