That's nice of you SmilinB, this was right in our backyard sorta of shocking how the building basically imploded. Wish I had the time to help out over there. I did my stint as a volunteer fireman for 3 years in the city of Plantation where I grew up if I ever retire I'll be helping others in our local community as it's good karma. Hey SmilinB, just checking in on TURDX and see nothing has changed. These guys will be part of the PRC before they know it since they are incredibly slow to figure out what to do with this TURD. On another note I was at the Key Biscayne beach (Crandon Park) and the ocean was soo fricken hot. This weekend I'm going to Billy Baggs since I know the ocean must be cooler, I'm really missing my Hollywood Beach condo although the structure was almost as bad as Champlain Towers, one of the reasons I sold. Sort of frustrating, no REALLY frustrating that we get zero info from the management and I'm pretty certain these are smart guys and my guess is they are still trying to connect all the technology dots to create a long term, sustainable business. The tweeting about other unrelated companies is not exactly my idea of updates but I guess that's all they have to offer as they sit around on their asses to figure out how to make money. The stock price is a reflection of their lack of progress and the confidence (zero) the market in BHPA. GL

You think Grover, I'm an old 'Silverback' and used to skate board some back in my day (70's) besides playing sports at a high level my entire life. This old gorilla (and my much older dad) sure as sh*t could use some of this if it works. I've used Tiger Balm most my life which works well but open to trying something new.
