MM's are LOADING shares. Plain as day. Don't sell into their slippery hands.
Nice work JBizzle!
PPS will be $1.56 soon.
Take a little walk with me...what if a mere 15 doctors signed up right after AUA? Let's say they did their legal jazz and transferred money over for the license before June 30th. If they each paid $20k for license and equip (I don't recall the exact monies due for signing) then that would be $300,000 USD in revenue for Q2. 15 docs is a pimple on the proverbial elephant arse. This is totally possible, very plausible and quick frankly exceptionally probable.
Price today with $9,600 in reported Q1 revenue: $0.055 PPS
Price with $300k reported for Q2 revenue: $1.56
Exactly. Just a nature walk all around the pond until then...
As far as charts go...this one looks pretty good!
BOUGHT EVEN MORE AT THE OPEN. LONG HERE. BEEN FOR A LONG TIME (relatively speaking)
Reasonable CELZ PPS estimations are easy to calculate.
Everything in chemistry, biology, life in general and finance wants to find an equilibrium. I posit that CELZ has settled out at an equilibrium of ~ $0.05 PPS given all current data publicly known and the reality check of real revenue earned by a real doctor (Mssr. Gershman) in Q1.
The variations of price at this point in time are merely the tug-of-war that occurs by us all whilst we wait for more publicly known data points (i.e. revenue indicators).
So...if we can reasonably assume that CELZ is resting at a nickel per share a month after soaking in the FACT of Q1 revenues of $9,600 then the following would be a solid gauge of PPS once we learn Q2's revenues by way of very simple math (i.e. $0.05 over $9,600 = x over "estimated revenue"):
Projected Revenue / Share Price
$50,000 / $0.2604
$100,000 / $0.5208
$150,000 / $0.7813
$200,000+ / $1.0416+
There will be major fluctuations all along the way BUT, if the world of finance has any indicator that holds up RELIABLY over time, it's that real revenue is the best determination for discounted projections which result in actual PPS. CELZ is a beauty because real revenue is happening NOW and we're about to get another dose of it real soon. If one wants to wager about PPS, the game should be focused on what level of revenue we'll see from Q2 because that should provide a fairly comfortable expectation of PPS barring a full blown feature on 60 Minutes. If that happens, Katy bar the door! (in the best of intents)
So, do you want to play a game? Who thinks revenue will top a meager 50K in Q2? ....put me down for one fifty or more...
GLTA and STAY LONG N STRONG --- Especially if the snakes come out to play (we know who you are) while we wait for revenue reports.
That goes for the diet as well....
Seek quality in companies and quality in food and you'll have an above average quality of life.
CELZ = quality.
Gravity is most accurately described by the general theory of relativity (proposed by Albert Einstein in 1915) which describes gravity not as a force, but as a consequence of the curvature of spacetime caused by the uneven distribution of mass.
Gravity - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gravity
I'll take that under advisement! = P
The Gravity in Charts:
In the stone ages...if a human threw a stone into the sky, they could (and would) observe it fall right back to earth. They would 100% truly know that there was "something" making the stone fall back to earth. They would see it with their own eyes. They would however not "FULLY" know about this stone falling back to earth. Truly knowing is not FULLY knowing. Think about this.
Now, observing something happen and simultaneously understanding why it happened are two completely different things. Charts are tools of observation for events that happen before our very eyes in real time and historical rearview. They do not, however, tell us the WHY of the thing happening with any modicum of accuracy.
It took Einstein "figuring" out gravity as the "why" the stone fell back to the earth. Brightest mind of his time and beyond and he applied all elements of his brain's mass to arriving at the why. The thing is, gravity is a force of several very FIXED factors and forces that don't change with time (let's not dive into the fact that the physical universe is actually in a state of expansion...). It took Einstein sorting fixed facts to arrive at a theory called gravity. He could test this theory every day by tossing an orange into the sky and watching it fall EVERY SINGLE TIME. Does anyone on this board who looks at charts know WITH CERTAINTY what direction CELZ will go every single day? What about when there is an accidental margin call on someone's account that purges 1/6th of a day's total volume and the stock gets kicked in the gonads? Do we call it a "required foreknown retest of blah blah blah" or do we call it what it is? An aberration on the path of a stock that has a reasonable but unknowable future trading in the hands of unpredictable humans by market manipulators that are like puppet masters pulling strings as we go. Don't get me wrong, I love the technical analysis as much as any simply due to my background; however, I've been living and working on this terrestrial ball for long enough to know that NO ONE is smart enough to know what direction a stock is going to go with any modicum of certainty, certainly on a day to day basis and maybe somewhat moreso on the longer-term. I'll leave this morning writing with this: Einstien was smart enough to consider his research of gravity and his conclusions thereof as a "theory" and the facts were fixed. It would behoove chartist's of infinitely variable stocks and their resulting pricing outcomes to boldly state that their observations much less occurrences of being "right" are merely THEORIES of applied observation with the massive fundamental understanding that the why the chart shows what it shows is 99.9999% bunk. It simply is.
As for CELZ today, it sure would be nice to test some new highs! And even if it gets manipulated down by 50%, I'll be sitting tight either way because my bet isn't placed on the day to day but the REASONABLE proposition that the business of CELZ and the particular team in place to execute it has a better than 50/50 chance of succeeding wildly. That said, it still is 50/50 because at the end of the day, week, year, decade, etc. CELZ will either make it or it won't. Just like any chart predictions for the day, the chance is 50/50 that whatever call is made will be right and maybe it will be many times within a day but still...50/50 = will or won't. Nothing more, nothing less.
VERY LONG and GETTING STRONG. $CELZ
Thanks Gint1!
Tune is changing already. "SHes done great!"
THe SKY iS FALLING. IT IS!!!! Oh, wait, that's just the elevator ceiling. Whoops everybody, my bad for making a BIG F'N DEAL ABOUT NUTHIN. How can you just now be noticing this Mr. 20 yr stock picking genius? Really. I'm in under 1.5 cents and as of now sitting pretty damn well and it's only just begun.
Take the driveling blather elsewhere.
This is ridiculous chatter. Everyone needs to realize this is IMMATERIAL to the current CELZ situation. OLD NEWS THAT ISN'T EVEN NEWS.
SMHLTR. Moving on...
LONG N STRONG for CELZ here.
It actually makes perfect sense. Great poetics!
I think it's a simple matter of "you miss the point."
Couldn't of said any better myself. Nice post!
Flipity do da, Flipity day...my oh my what a dreadful way. Will it go up now? Or will it just stay...Flipity do da, hemorrhoids today!
The opening sentence aside, this is the kind of post that is amazingly REASONABLE (and so rare in OTC land) and shows precisely why CELZ is going to be worth something MUCH MORE than it is today. I think a dime and maybe much higher is closer than many may expect. That's not based on a chart but the experiences of life and the realities of startups turning the last corner to bona-fide (gotta love the pun for CELZ there...) revenue generating/self-supporting business.
It's like watching a talented hard working kid graduate and pursue a worthy career. They start paying their own mortgage and other bills while fighting the fight of life on their own. You hope for it for years and a seemingly endless set of obstacles and attacks from the "outside" intended on killing that child finally fail and they "magically" (with every ounce of effort, money and strategy a family can impart) "make it".
CELZ is about to enter manhood and it has the patents, FDA, and dedicated investors showing up at its party (VEgas anyone?). GO CELZ!
Bingo Gisano. Bingo.
Hey there ES a good evening to you. Noted on your points and I tend to concur with the full quiver approach for investing i.e. looking from various and multiple vantage points to make an informed decision. To reiterate, I stated if charts were "super" reliable then.... I review charts for general trends and sometimes, if a stock warrants it, I actually perform some hairy capital asset pricing model (CAPM) stuff. In CELZ's case, BETA is a total crapshoot and what other pureplays can you reliably use for a qualified comparative analysis?
My point earlier was very focused on the comments of making a imminent prediction on CELZ'S price tomorrow based purely on a chart. This is foolish for many reasons. What if they announced a new doctor list and # of patients treated since the urology conference? It's probably a low probability but totally plausible. Do any of us really think the stock would drop to 3 cents on news of confirmed docs signed or positive customer experiences? Nope. Due the extreme sensitivity to such influences on a stock like CELZ at this stage in its commercialization, the market makers have so much more control of the stock than any chart reading enthusiasts. IMO. I like charts like I like 10k's and 8k's and informed DD etc. I take it all and pass it through a reasonability litmus test. CELZ gets a passing grade regardless of the current turmoil or chart action. The charting will become much more useful AFTER Celz is trading like a commercially active Pfizer, or mini-me version.
No offense intended to those who use charts a reasonable tool among many others. It was a jab at those who play God with predictions from lines on a chart.
Did your chart whisperer get you into Netflix too? How about Amazon? If it had, you wouldn't be wasting time with CELZ because you would already be LOADED or at least you should be if the all knowing charts told you how the stocks would trade.
If Charts were super reliable predictors everyone would be doing something else other than trading stocks because we'd all be rich already. Or would we? Got to have a party on both sides of the equation in stocks...something about a zero sum game I believe.
CELZ is trading in a zombie zone until the next wave of news shows up and/or revenue. It's not really complicated at all. Trading this thing is a fools errand. Either you INVEST in the business thesis with CELZ and wait for it to return on that INVESTMENT or you don't.
Traders, especially day traders, should consider this one too SCARY to play. Go dig in the West TEXAS refinery biz or the international real estate plays or better yet, the pretzel pop venture.
Well well. Looking good here!
Been in meetings all morning...some folks got a stellar buying opportunity early.

You got that right. Any "chart" er should see the trend. It's as real as the patents in CELZ's portfolio.
I thought you were selling out DP. That's what you said in your private message anyway...going to the "dark side".
Clearly you haven't run or been a part of any start-up. This thing is actually moving at a swift pace to profitable commercialization. Sit back and relax. The "Co" don't care what we retail investors want by way of information demands and I'm glad they have more important things to tend to than crafting voluptuous PR's.
It's coming. Find something else to focus on until August.
This group tends to make a decision and stick with it. Not a lot of wishy washy types here that are long. Do we NEED to keep discussing Vegas if we've already determined it will be a foregone event? I think not, that's an inefficient use of time and we LONGS are inclined to making wise decisions and waiting (emphasis on that word) for them to play out.
If you wait long enough, you can carry water in a sieve; just wait for it to freeze.
LONG N STRONG.
I think I'll prepare with a fresh round of capital transfers to get ready to pick up the shares the weak are about to toss to sea.
NARROW IS THE WAY AND FEW ARE THOSE WHO FIND IT. Simply the summation of this CELZ opportunity.
Stay Calm and Carry LONG.
I'll second that.
This sideways stuff is proof that there are a ton of us here who have made a bet we intend to collect on.
LONG N STRONG.
Like a black mamba! Flippers and shorts beware.
Mojo is rising.
Caverstem should license that tune for promotions!
Red to Green makes a CELZr SING!
She's getting ready to run. I can feel it. Can you?
Bought MORE today...another 130k locked!
Agreed. Holding 3.6M here and adding more this week. Locked n loaded for a year or more if need be. (don't expect it to take that long though, but it could...)
Stupidity is the only reason that comes to mind. = )
Big boards up big. When they are heavy with action, OtC volume tends to dry up. Go where the action is...ain't nothin new.
Celz will be the star of the show soon enough. Just buy when the sea is red and wait for the green bloom to come in with the tide.
All in due time for duly deserving things.
Likewise Monte. I'm traveling this week and limited in checking in.
Besides, this will tread water for a bit while the losers exit stage left. Nothing has changed with the fundamentals for owning CELZ and in fact, the proposition has only firmed up with each nibble of news from PR's.
Another reason I'm personally more quiet is that I have several other assets that I'm liquidating so that I can buy more CELZ. Funds are trickling in at $6k a pop but i'm loading and to be frank, I LOVE these prices. August will make this "uneasy" period a non-existent memory. Ain't nothing uneasy about the interplay for now. Nothing at all.
All longs that matter are still long and increasing their positions little by little or lots by lots depending on circumstance.
CELZ will rock the OTC world...any pause for intermission won't last!
