(And no regrets on exclamation points)
Same
Damn, you go NorthPeak.
Perfect JAB!
Of course its not the authority. But that article demonstrated some of the math a few people are incapable or to lazy to do. Not you or any of the other regulars out here, but some newer posters.
Correct?, sorry about leaving that out
TheGlobe.com (TGLO) has 441,480,473 shares outstanding of which Delfin Midstream owns 312,825,952 of them. This means the public float is 128,654,521 shares or 29.14% of the shares outstanding.
We believe after a Final Investment Decision is made and Delfin Midstream merges into TGLO, they will dilute TGLO in such a way that today's float will equal a smaller percentage of the overall company... most likely in the 5%-12.5% range.
This would equal shares outstanding post-merger of between 1,029,236,168 and 2,573,090,420.
Based on our belief that Delfin Midstream is worth approximately $5 billion this is how we estimate a valuation of approximately $2-$5 per share for TGLO if a positive Final Investment Decision is made before year-end.
Per motley fool
Motley fool issues rare "all in" buy alert after DVN announces partnership with Delfin
Devon Energy has signed an agreement for an LNG export partnership with Delfin Midstream. Devon is finalizing a long-term liquefaction capacity contract and will invest in Delfin. That company is working to develop up to four floating LNG vessels capable of producing 13 million tons of LNG per year.
The capacity agreements would see Devon take at least 1 million tons per year of annual liquefaction capacity from Delfin's first floating LNG vessel.
Per NGW
Long in gestation and formerly targeting Chinese finance, the Delfin LNG project is now on the cusp of a 3.5mn mt/yr first phase Final Investment Decision (FID) backed by US and European partners. [Gas in Transition, Volume 2, Issue 9]
Per NGI
FERC also approved an extension for Delfin Midstream LLC, giving the Houston firm until September 2023 to build and launch its onshore infrastructure to feed its floating LNG (FLNG) terminal. Delfin’s first phase for the FLNG project calls for four vessels outfitted with modular liquefaction trains and positioned offshore of Louisiana. Each vessel would have a nameplate capacity of 3.5 mmty.

I'm one of those you speak of here. $10.00, I will cash out 1/2 and party in NOLA like a Rock star. Hold remainder until above $35
Soory that was 2003
And yes, when it plummeted well below a fraction of a cent, i bought 50 times more shares. Averaging down below a half a cent. Just luck
Correct dallas, i bought in under a friends and family shares program in 2008 when Egan and Cespedes were trying to transform the company into into a VOIP play, with their proprietary "glo-phone".
Unfortunately, they were late to that party.
Egan kept tglo compliant, now here we are!
Damn Jerry, great post. As usual some wisdom with humor sprinkled in. I think you are absolutely correct. But wtf DO I KNOW. I don't live under a bridge, but was homeless for a semester in college. But what I do know is you know more than me about these things. Not selling down here
You must be a masochist.
Yes sir Dew, I was nit taking a shot at you Thought everyone already knew this and was already priced in. Then consider guidance. Should not be down like this.
And yet its selling off like crazy
Lol. Well, he makes us laugh with his words, might as well laugh at his body too.
Sounds perfect. Pool party, lol
Hey NOLA, been to the Crescent City many times, love it down there, do you actually live in the city proper?
Ah, yup non us citizens need proof of vaxine to travel to us by air or land. Maybe this restrictions will be lifted soon. Or we have another party in Vancouver!
Great city!
Canada definitely my 2nd favorite country. Did as many 14ers as I could in the lower 48, and Denali. But ageee the mountains in Canada just specular. And nothing wrong with tim hortons, hockey, clean water, smoked meat at every gas station, and wild rice. I may just be a pork and beaner, but spent a lot of time in last 30 years canoeing and climbing all around the great country to our north.
Lol. Jerry seems like he would keep you in your toes. Best to the both of you, and lets all get richer. You guys going to join us in New Orleans for the party when TGLO hits?
So you're Jerry's wife!
. 60 close
Couldn't agree more
Yeah, often wonder what planet that ship is from.
You go NOLA !
Yes sir!
JAB must be on vacation. Or boots on the ground in Louisiana
