IMO I think the lawsuit needs to he settled officially and put to bed before we see this stock reach it's potential.

Why didn't you use a limit order?
If you guys truly believe that he has broken the rules then report him to the site admin. I personally haven't seen anything against the rules but here is the link to them.

I feel this is the area of interest fro some of you taken from the above link.
"At the same time, Board Moderators are welcome to express their investment views and sentiment in the same manner as any other Member; by participating in the dialog. However; insofar as their Moderator privileges are concerned, it is not the Moderators’ role to dictate bullish or bearish sentiment, command the "tone" of the content be along any particular investment sentiment, or favor one investment sentiment over another when removing or restoring messages.
It is also not the Moderators’ role to remove posts on the basis of "truth" or "accuracy". Readers determine the veracity of the posts they read and the credibility of other Posters. In short, the role of the Moderator is to help foster an environment that promotes and encourages posting of ALL opinions and information about companies, regardless of the bullish or bearish sentiment of the posts, and to be the site’s first line of defense in ensuring we remain free of spam, vulgarity, and personal attacks."
I noted that too.
I've read your posts on T-trades multiple times. However, I've been tracking the T-trade activity of PHOT since January 11th and like I said the activity here doesn't appear to be consistent with the T-trade activity of other stocks thats I've monitored. I never said there was anything nefarious but it is odd to say the least. Between January 11th and Feb. 7th there was a back and fourth of large volume of T-trades in both directions usually balancing about to be a few days of sells totalling around 14 million shares and then bouncing to the buy side for a few days and totaling again about 14 million total shares. This went on for some time. Since Feb 7th every day there has been a sell of about 1-2 million shares until today where the quantity increased. All I said is I don't know what to make of it. Despite what T-trades are there appears to be a utilization of them by some entity. The other stocks I follow will show occasional T-trade activity usually in blocks of 20,000 or less possibly being reported in multiple occasions in a single day. But here it is typically reported in blocks of millions most commonly occureing once a day. Also in your posts regarding T-trades you mention the role of the market maker but didn't PHOT lose the ability to use a market maker in 2014? All I can attest to is my observations.
There are huge t-trades reported every day for PHOT. They average 1-2 million daily on the sell side and this has been going on for a couple of months now. For a couple of months before that the t-trades alternated between buys and sells depending on the day but recently have been concentrating on mostly sells. I've kept a daily log and have been trying to wrap my head around the rationale of it but I can't make heads or tails of it. From watching other stocks the way these are happening with PHOT seems somewhat out of the ordinary but has been going on for some time now.
That's interesting, I'm wondering if someone is hedging on the news.https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-gardner-strike-deal-on-legalized-marijuana-ending-standoff-over-justice-nominees/2018/04/13/2ac3b35a-3f3a-11e8-912d-16c9e9b37800_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.77891ee5362d
Hopefully Boerner's involvement will bring back the momo to the sector. Now if only we could get rid of Sessions who is one tweet away from being done.
Or smoke it, ??
Wow I wouldn't have expect this. https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-04-11/ex-speaker-john-boehner-joins-marijuana-firm-s-advisory-board
I think once the lawsuit settlement gets finalized it should start climbing.
Yeah I was wondering the same but I guess it's just quiet.
Where is everyone today?
It doesn't sound like they met with Trump. Just certain officials. Here's the press release that it refers to.

That new website is pretty sharp IMHO
Me too.
Interesting video. It could be beneficial to share that on your social media platforms like facebook, twitter, etc.
Plus the market in general is taking a big dump right now.
I'd say
I'm pretty sure he was referring to this mornings release.
What I find curious is that they released the 10-k early knowing that there would be a day of trading on the news before the long weekend. You'd think that if they felt earnings would be taken in a negative light then they would have released tomorrow instead as to have a 3 day weekend to buffer the news. I'm not sure what to make of it. Does management feel that the sentiment on earnings will be positive?
It wont be this week. Markets are closed this Friday.
Ha ha .. I thought it because they successfully piled up 129m in debt.
So it appears that Marco's total compensation for the year totaled 455k. Looks like he gave himself a sweet 205k bonus. Must be nice....
You're welcome!
Its under "tweeets and replies"
10-k is required to be filed 90 days after year end by SEC. We will file before then.

Yeah I don't see any R/S in any forseeable future. Lets see what happens on realistic fronts like earnings and Canada etc.
Thats a lot of good stuff and I'm long here, but what's the current status of the lawsuit? I haven't heard anything in a while.
" An R/S is the kiss of death for any stock. " No not true. Ever heard of priceline?

The bill didn't pass it into law. This was a vote called approval in principle. It works different in Canada. So now the bill will be passed onto 5 different Senate committes for debate, then another vote in June. Here's an article that explains it more in depth.

I'm having a hard time finding the claim that Cannabis cures cancer on the NCI website. There's a lot of info on that site and perhaps I missed it. Do you happen to have the direct link to the info the article claimed to be on the NCI webpage. I'm not sure I'm buying this article.
EDIT* I am finding a lot on that webpage about cannabis treating the side effects btw....
Neight I 100% agree with you, that article is irrelevant now.
Nice
That's scome scary low volume today. What happened, did the MMs pull out?
Old news. Why are you posting this now and why such a random excerpt?
Nice!
Yep its right here, first requirement straight from the horses mouth.
