3/5/18 it was cleared by SOS. So its been 2 full weeks since that. It currently sits on FINRAs desk as we speak.

My guess is we're close. Owen is a reputable lawyer and has experience filing paperwork. Everything should be in order. I would think 2-4 weeks is a good time table.
