So was $HDIH$ on that list? If not, where's the connection? OR, are you simply stating that this applies to every Chinese company? Please explain the connection between the information and the opinions...
LOL!!! It's very obvious... $HDIH$
Anything is possible $HDIH$
Thank's for sharing that fantastic DD with the board! $HDIH$
$HDIH$ LOL $HDIH$
$HDIH$ is busting out all the tactics! Holding strong $HDIH$
$HDIH$ shares must be getting hard to come by! Yippie!!!
$HDIH$ Laundry is piling up!!! LOL!
We must be heating up $HDIH$. They are coming out of the $HDIH$ woodwork now! $HDIH$
Yep! $HDIH$
I have found out all that I need to know. The merger is considered ongoing until we have filings stating otherwise. $HDIH$
Hilarious! Good luck $HDIH$
TRKG was the company name and the split happened at the same time the name was changed. Please review previous posts on the board. There's plenty of clarity that can be found. This merger is lined up for HD International Holdings Group(USA). Notice the (USA) part of the company name. Also look at the connection of the President Yong Ding!
Don't be mislead by the claims of the touted unlimited A/S. Read some posts and you'll see the connections and disconnections of the (2) different HD Companies and how they were used in conjunction with the merger! Still, not buying it!
She's Hangin' Tough $HDIH
Probably because the float is so low and shareholders just aren't interested in selling out. That speaks volumes to me on the general consensus among the shareholders.
I have also posted information that CLEARLY shows otherwise. $HDIH$
It's all in what you choose to believe. $HDIH$
Every little step I take $HDIH$
The further I have gone into depths of researching, the more I have learned. We just have to look at all of the information objectively and choose which direction we want to go with it. It's already been proven that the company is doing something and their are numerous pieces of information that go into this puzzle. I'm not arguing the fact that HD International Holdings Group (WYOMING) does exist. I just believe I have a deeper knowledge as to what this means. Meanwhile it appears we will continue trading this super low floater!
Lol! That's an interesting perspective, yet again. It is only as clear as the information that you are willing to accept. I, for one, do not agree in the least bit with this view. It does however fit neatly in place with the previous information I have posted.
This can, yet again, connects the dots between how this merger is shaping up. $HDIH$ President Yong Ding's connection between the two companies, HD & HD(USA) confirms the affiliation of the Merger Subsidiary that would be required to complete a Reverse Triangular Merger.
That's very interesting but not believable to me. How is it that one of the companies can just be completely ignored?
Out of the 3 entities, the only one left is in Wyoming
This hits the mark, yet again $HDIH$
Once again the information is all there!
We have been notified by FINRA that our company's name change to H-D International Holdings Group
We are effectuating the name and symbol changes in anticipation of a planned merger with H-D International Holdings Group (USA).
We shall see $HDIH$
Yep! They were used as a merge vehicle in a reverse triangular merger! The company HD International Holdings Group was DISSOLVED and MERGED OUT. If the merge takes place as stated per the P/R the merge will be held in name of HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA). Is it becoming any clearer yet. HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP is not in the equation as far as being affiliated with HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA) as of the MERGE OUT and DISSOLUTION of HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP and this is clearly noted on the Nevada SOS website. The information is there but it might be a bumpy ride in getting there!
This also confirms that the connection between HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP & HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA) was as I stated in the ULTIMATE BRAIN WARP POST. The title sums it up. It takes some time for it to sink in, I know!
The Wyoming business is HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP. This was an affiliate company in some way best understood if you read the previously mentioned post. It shows the connection between the 2 companies whereby one of the companies (HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP) was used as a merge vehicle but the SURVIVING PARENT COMPANY IS HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA). This guy could have ended up with HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP registered in WYOMING as a result of an agreement with HD(USA) after the merge news was a go!
The Wyoming corp's filing date is 01/22/2018 two weeks AFTER the reverse split PR.
AGAIN! CHECK THE NEVADA SOS AND YOU WILL SEE...Also if you read the press release it states the merge was anticipated with HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA).

Two totally different things here, guy! DO NOT BE FOOLED. CHECK THE NEVADA SOS AND YOU WILL SEE THAT WEN LIANG CHOU ISN'T EVEN LISTED ON HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA). LOOK FOR YOURSELF!
We are effectuating the name and symbol changes in anticipation of a planned merger with H-D International Holdings Group (USA).

Please take your time with this one!
You missed one key fact in all of the rush. This is for the company HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP NOT HD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS GROUP(USA)!
DON"T BE FOOLED BY THIS LACK OF UNDERSTANDING!
With this structure, HD International Holdings Group (USA) incorporates a wholly-owned subsidiary (Merger Sub) HD International Holdings Group in the jurisdiction (aka, the USA) of TRKG.
Upon closing, the holders of TRKG exchange their shares for shares in HD Int. Holdings Group (USA) and HD International Holdings Group (Merger Sub) is merged with and into TRKG. At that point, the Merger Sub (HD Int Holdings Group) dissolves by operation of law and TRKG is the surviving entity and becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of HD Int Holdings Group(USA). Ummmm, I went over that 10 times and it still boggles the brain!
The President of HDIH and HDIH (USA) are the same (Yong Ding) so they are affiliated. Check! Nevada SOS Confirmation HD
Nevada SOS Confirmation HD(USA)
HD international Holdings Group's Nevada SOS Filing Status is Currently Merge Dissolved and HD International Holdings Group (USA)'s status is Currently Active. Check! Nevada SOS Confirmation
TRKG remains a wholly owned subsidiary of HD International Holding Group. Check! HDIH Website
Can't find the proof... Keep stirring the pudding!
LOL!!!$HDIH$
Could turn out to be the MOASS. After all, it is Mother's Day!
This may be able to answer some questions. $HDIH$ But another component of effective professional analysis of the value of a company's stock is talking to the company. There's a reason that companies have earnings calls. There's a reason that, when analysts get into the weeds on those calls, the companies say things like, "We'll follow up with you individually afterwards." There's a reason that companies selling stocks or bonds do one-on-one meetings with potential buyers. There's a reason that companies not selling stocks and bonds also do one-on-one meetings with current and potential investors. "a breach of the duty of confidentiality is not fraudulent unless the tipper acts for personal benefit, that is to say, there is no breach unless the tipper 'is in effect selling the information to its recipient for cash, reciprocal information, or other things of value for himself.'" This is usually called the "personal benefit" test. What is nice about it is that it makes the law reasonably clear. If you call up the IR guy at a company and talk about the quarter for a while, you won't go to jail. If you also talk about sports, you won't go to jail. If you also ask after his kids, you won't go to jail. If you hand him a bag of cash in a parking lot in exchange for the information he gives you, you'll go to jail. So it's a clear rule, but also sort of a weird one. If you read it too literally, it would mean that, say, a corporate insider could give inside information to his brother, or an executive could give inside information to his golf buddy, and the brother or buddy could trade on it, and no one would get in trouble as long as no money changed hands.
