OT: neutral, very cool. I hope you don't mind me chiming in on your conversation with saturn. I love watching hockey. All we have here is the Fresno Falcons, but they are fun to watch. There is something more magnetic about watching minor league sports in general. It feels more personal and you know that every player is busting his as_ because he loves the sport, not because he loves the paycheck. I have been fortunate, since I am a Golf Professional, to play in Pro-ams with some minor league athletes in our area and they are very personable. I hope you are enjoying what you do in whatever capacity you do it in.
Don't get me wrong I love the NHL, MLB, NFL, etc., but the minor leagues offer more IMHO.
Capt-Lacy-RCP, Thanks. I have one sick 8 year old boy and no sitter right now. He had to sit at my desk with a puke dish at work while I gave a golf lesson today. My 5 year old boy bounces off the walls like one of those "super balls" I used to get as a kid.
Heck, compared to you guys I feel pretty damn good right now. LOL
People keep saying that this is a reverse split? Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but when this dividend is paid to us we will keep our current shares of HISC, right?
I don't see how that is a reverse split. We will own stock in both companies.
TIA
Well done. Thanks for the laugh. eom
DrDave- If Lacy is a paid pumper, she is on welfare. LOL I hope you were joking because you just made everyone who has been here for a while laugh.
I used to think Lacy had some really good questions and comments, but if she is supposed to be pumping, she sucks!
No offense Lacy. LMAO
I gotta go teach some kids the finer points about golf. I am looking forward to catching up this evening.
OT: LiveOne...
Oodles of money - YES
Yacht Club in the Bahamas - Definitely
Group Hug - No Way!..... well maybe, but only if this thing REALLY blows up
Apology from Jagman - Priceless
GLTY and your roomie.
PS Make sure to keep in touch with your roommate after college. I have been out of school for 17 years now and one of the true pleasures in life is getting together and hanging out with my old roomie. It may only be once a year or by e-mail, but it is worth every effort.
Stang- Spencer does not deserve that.
You can take what everyone here says with a grain of salt, but do it respectfully, please.
Capt.- I don't have enough to fill a "Big" BOATLOAD, as you put it, but I might be able to fill one small lifeboat. Can I still be a REAL LONG? Please? I did help out with Rum party in the Bahamas idea. LOL

Thanks for the thoughts. eom
Fenwah- Sounds reasonable. If they had the money to buy back all 20 million shares right now do you think they would? Or do you think they going to "feed" the market each day and see if it helps the PPS and just stop, as you said, when the money runs out?
Question for anyone...
We know that HISC did not buy back the shares before the PR because of the statement, "the Board of Directors has authorized a buy back of up to 20 million shares of common stock between now and the end of the month"
My question is: People keep talking about 20 million shares when it says "up to 20 million shares". Does anyone have an opinion as to how many will actually be purchased? Will we get an update as to how many have been bought, when, and at what price?
My guess is that they are just going to buy enough each week to try to help the PPS leading into the merger. The amount will depend on the market, but then again, what do I know.
Any ideas or thoughts are appreciated. TIA
OT: This could start to get ugly in here. Texas and California people talking sports.
Please don't turn to college football, I'm begging! LOL
OT: RCP- I am going to guess that a Rice/Texas game has quite an exciting atmosphere. We play Stanford every year, at least for the last 25-30 years that I know of, and that is always a great time.
I used to coach High school Ball for about eight years in the late 80s and early 90s. Baseball is in my blood and I love the college game. I follow MLB, but the college game is much more exciting to me. I also have season tix to the Fresno Grizzlies, Triple A (Giants). Watching some of these guys try to claw there way to the bigs is fun, too. Sorry I am rambling, but when I here baseball I get a little amped. Kinda like when I think about drinking Rum with the Capt and everyone else when we have our party.
OT: RCP- Do you follow Rice baseball at all? I am a little bummed they are not in Fresno State's league any more. One less quality opponent I will miss seeing.
Good morning Spence. Keep that smile on your face, it makes people wonder what you are up to. ))
Is everything in your area improving? I've been thinking about you as I sit here in California. Every time someone complains about too much rain ruining there golf or something, I remind them about people in your situation. GLTY
Starsshines- One word, RUM!
True, true. eom
OT: Capt. After a few rum and cokes... wait, make that rum and rums (who needs coke), you can make the numbers look like anything you want. LOL
Have a great day
C-Ya. I am going to stick around, but hey, that was a great first, last, and only post. LOL
Seriously, GLTY
Hang in there Spence. We are going to be dealing with some flooding today in my area, but that sounds pretty tame compared to you. Good luck getting your town back on its feet. The local grocer is more important than most people think.
You da man!
I will be saying a couple of silent requests for you and your neighbors. GLTY
RCP- The people with their "heads in the clouds", as you put it, are not the ones asking the questions.
I notice you acknowledged Serfdom, so did I, but you did not respond to my concerns about your behavior. Head in clouds?
Thanks Sanswired eom
The posters on this board said they spoke to management as well so while I agree with your take on the college kids, the people running the stores should know by now.
Sanswired- Thanks, here is what I got out of your post...
OK...
10 Bucks! LOL!
That was the most important part. Right?
Thanks for the chuckle
I thought so Lacy, but who knows. We seem to know more than the people who work in the stores. Maybe the PR and the training of staff will happen at the same time.
Somebody please sell these things so I can send my kid to college. LOL
RCP- Seriously, Don't you find it a little strange that people on this board have called numerous locations throughout the US and not one person in a Sprint/Nextel store has even heard of the CT and yet there is a presentation out from Sprint/Nextel?
Lacy's question is valid. Once again, as a moderator, you should be above these kind of rude posts. Let the board take care of Jag, Lacy, and others (myself) if they wish. Have they broken any rules of IHUB? Not that I am aware of.
Not one person has come up with a valid reason why no one at Sprint/Nextel knows what a CT is.
I have increased my position in HISC recently so I am still believing in the company, but I am entitled, and so are others, to ask questions without the moderator of the board attacking us.
I have gone out of my way to try to be polite to everyone here. You ought to try it.
Thanks Strong- Jag if you want to disagree with Strong, fine but to call his opinion BS is not needed here. If you actually read the first line it says, "Ok folks, here is my take...". There is nothing factual implied.
Some of us appreciate the work to write a post like that. It does not mean I agree or disagree with it.
The point is,unless you have some info about Stronglong and you know this person is fake, show a little respect.

OT: Thanks saturn, no hurry. eom
Yep! Every fifteen minutes on the dot headquarters gets a position update on their progress. They have not veered off the path and set off any alarms either.
The CT, don't leave home without it!
The sun is out and the rain is gone, for now. Every day that we can agree, disagree, argue, complain, congratulate, welcome, or just simply speak our mind is a great day. It means we live in a free society and no one is reading our obituary, yet.
Damn, I gotta go to work or my clients will get pissed and I won't be able to pay bills and my wife will yell at me. This sucks! LOL
See you all tonight
Thanks jersey. eom
OT: Congratulations! Your work sounds hard, but I am sure the rewards are well worth it. Helping to bring new life into the world and nurture it is not something a paycheck can justify. Nice job and sorry about the cow.
OT: saturn- you have mail. eom
OT: Not yet, but I am getting close to trying it. Timing is not right yet for me. Thanks for asking
Good nite
OT: Saturn- everyone will be invited, but no kids. You will have to leave the 7 year old at home. Besides, from what I have read I think the sight of TEX and Mrs. TEX on the beach together might do permanent harm to the little ones. LOL
OT: I see the whole "Pirate Party in the Bahamas" thing is taking off Capt. Maybe we could talk to Frank about having the Annual Shareholder Meeting at Sandals. Turn the expense into a tax deduction.
surf- I think Kook was the one who posted it earlier, but here it is again.
Go to otcbb.com
type in HISC and click on level II in the box underneath it and you will see the most recent transactions on the right side.
I hope that works. Kook probably explained it better but give it a shot.
