ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/07/2006 -- In the news release, "Homeland Integrated Security Systems Board Approves 20 Million Share Buy Back," issued Thursday, April 6, 2006, by Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. (OTC: HISC), we are advised by the company that the first sentence of the second paragraph should read "The Board of Directors has agreed to buy the shares directly from the market." rather than "The Company has agreed to buy the shares directly from the market." as originally issued. Homeland Integrated Security Systems Board Approves 20 Million Share Buy Back

ASHEVILLE, NC -- 04/06/06 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) announced today that the Board of Directors has authorized a buy back of up to 20 million shares of common stock between now and the end of the month.

The Board of Directors has agreed to buy the shares directly from the market. The decision was based upon the various events that have already unfolded and what the Company believes will be happening in the near future as they work towards their goal of being listed on the NASDAQ OTC BB.
