Sounds reasonable to me
KOSK is a slow steady climber if anyone wants to check it out
So with that logic it would usually be a good idea to buy EOD Friday then?
Ouch! That's rough! I guess it's a good safeguard against gambling-type addiction
Ok, I took the past 2 days off so I'm trying to play catchup on 5 different companies and all their high-school-girl drama and make a decision on which trash can to throw my money into today. Lol thank you for the info!
Any word on when that is supposed to drop or was it unforeseen technical difficulties?
So did the website release not get a very good reception? Doesn't seem like it did much for the shareholders.
For some reason I don't like buying on Friday. Is that weird/wrong?
Awesome
Yeah I read the 90 day suspension thing and I know I don't have $25k to drop in this account lmao
Oh wow thank you! That's great info!
Nice, I didn't see that yesterday, I had a 48hr hold on my account and was in danger of the dreaded "day trader" flag, so I kind of took the past 2 days off lol
Yeah it's like going to Vegas, you win some and you lose some
What's up with AAPH
Well that's promising. It's not like anyone can trade on that info since suspended, but at least it's something. Could be good or bad news, but I for one prefer all the info I can get no matter the outcome
I've been emailing IR and they just told me a few minutes ago that a PR is coming out shortly, but I can't get them to tell me what they mean by shortly. In a few hours, in a few weeks, who knows. But they are responding to my email at least.
Gotcha
Chart wise they seem pretty flat, is there some kind of breakout news coming for ASTI?
Yeah, just seems like that want to do everything that they can to make the Mayflower sea worthy again.
Thanks, I guess I couldn't get it because I'm on mobile
Today's email from IR,
Re:Investor Relations
Today 8:03am
Hi
Thanks so much for you email and comments, we appreciated!. The new CEO is committed to take this to a good resolution and move forward with the SEC filings. We will inform more details and progress soon.
Thanks
Investor Relations
(My email is below)
To whom it may concern,
Due to recent SEC rulings and suspensions, does the company (Pilgrim Petroleum) have any intention of complying with any and all SEC requirements to get the suspension lifted? There are a large number of investors in your company that would be extremely grateful for any and all information that you can provide!
Thank you!
(I wanted to post the screen shot but I don't know how to do photos)
How do you post photos?
My bad. Thought I was helping lol. I will go back to my noob corner and watch my ill-funded dreams wash away with RP's freedom XD
Yeah it does
Common Stock / Status : Suspended
Did the market not like the PR?
Trade Monitor List question:
So I am under the impression that a stock must be owned in order to be sold. Also that it must be placed up for sale in order to be sold. Therefore is the people that hold the shares (group a) must sell a portion of those to people that are looking to buy (group b). So for each transaction there must be a buyer as well as a seller. If no one is looking to buy, then a seller will not be able to get rid of their shares, and if no one is selling them you can't buy. If this logic were correct, then how can the trade list on a given ticker categorize sales vs buys? Yes I'm new, I'm sorry. I can't find a good explanation for this online, maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.
Seems like the details are still in the grey as they are "working...to confirm" so to me it doesn't sound like they have nailed down exactly what they can, cannot, or even want to do concerning the shares in question. Unless it was explained in depth by the company itself, I would venture to say that any answer pointing in a certain direction with any level of detail would be pure speculation. Just IMHO.
On the East coast it is
That's what I thought it might be, but was unsure. Thank you for clarifying!
Also just accepted CEO resignation and assigned replacement
What makes 0.0017 an arbitrary cut-off or jumping point in your opinion?
I've been watching for a while, and doing a lot of reading. I agree with what you are saying.
I believe that as well, but to maximize profits I wanted to get in as low as I possibly could. There was a jack up in my transfer and it should have been available today but yeah... grrr
I know!!! I don't think it will be ready by tomorrow, probably Monday...damn limited funds. I might be able to get in mid-run on this thing Monday
Ahhhh cmon funds transfer! Get in there! LMAO
YES! The market may not have reacted strongly, but this is a big freaking deal and has a lot of aspects hidden within!
I have not seen anyone mention this about the news release, but they did just confirm that the company has NOT began their share buyback program yet. It's in there.
Well it would help if I could freaking spell. **correction** They changed the names on their website...
Geez
Hey changed the names in their website for what it's worth...
