I partially agree. But why do you think that will happen here?
Or are you just betting on the remote possibility that it MIGHT happen? Obviously, it could happen. But why would THIS shell be chosen for an R/M? Do you know something?
If you want to bet on shell corporations it is best to focus on those that are still SEC fully reporting and have no debt. If they have a tax-loss carry forward that can be used by the buyer it is even more attractive. One that I bet on this year was CMCA that moved from .006 (Oct09) to .295 (Jan2010) for over a 30X gain.
This one exists, and that's all it has going for it. Others have come to this forum and tried to jawbone it up by associating it with the two other companies named Medical Staffing Solutions. As I recall one is in Texas and the other in Wisconsin. I could be mistaken about the locations, but both of those are privately owned. They have NO connection with this stock. This has all been discussed on this forum before.
I have been invested here several times, back when it was an actual working business, and after it went defunct due to runaway dilution and eventual BK. I have done extensive DD on this one over the years. It is nearly impossible to find out any verifiable information about it that would make it attractive as a speculation. Therefore, it is extremely risky. But if you buy the shares cheap enough I suppose you might make 50% ROI, if that's the game you are into and you're lucky.
So, you are certainly free to give this a try. And Good Luck on that if you do. Just don't buy in here expecting to convince others that this is something that clearly it is not. That would not be an honest approach, although very typical for IHub forums.
All just my opinion...
VV
You wish!
That's about 20 times higher than the current market rate.
Current going rate for a clean shell is about $250K cash.
Good Luck jawboning this stock PPS upward.

This is an empty shell corporation with no business.
There is some confusion over the name as there are several other companies with the same corporate name. But they are not this company.
You should go back and read the forum. This has all been discussed in depth here before.

They aren't my statistics.
They're facts that relate to MTPR's trading, and are freely available.
And you have a very curious idea of what constitutes "proof". I am not even going to bother to ask what the connection might be since it makes no sense whatsoever.
VV
EUCT, Patents just give you something to fight over in court.
It is only Supply and Demand factors that cause a stock go up or down in price.
Right now the supply is outstripping the demand, so the PPS goes down. I think that will change around later as they penetrate this brand new market for their products.
All just my opinion...

Cyclone Power Technologies should abandon the deal with China...
...before they are crushed by the criminal government.
The following is an excerpt from an article that profiles just how far China will go to ripoff what ever they want from Western companies:
"Make no mistake, China is protectionist and it will do whatever is necessary to compete globally. The opening of key sectors of its economy to companies outside of China is only done when it is a clear benefit to China. It is not free enterprise. China will always guard and advance its own interests above all else, and those interests include technology transfer. The Chinese are happy to allow outside expertise to come in and help them advance technically challenging projects, but once that knowledge is gained, and there is no more need for outside assistance, the game can change, quickly. It is always dangerous to assume permission conveys rights."

sirius22, Why do you think this is a "flounder"?
Because you didn't get what you expected on YOUR timetable? I don't suppose you've noticed that ALL stock markets have been trending steadily downward since March. Do you know we're in a recession? Online business is contracting, especially online eCommerce.
You sound like a person without a lick of patience and on a very tight schedule. Or else, maybe, you just want cheaper prices? If so then you'll have to try a lot harder.
Otherwise, you should relax and read the last 10Q, as I did.
I did my DD and profiled what I learned here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=52826239
The CEO was shown the door for some unspecified reason, and the COB took over running the show. That move has saved the company a ton of money in unpaid salary. Not that they need it, though. They are sitting on a mountain of cash. Read the 10Q and then decide if this is worth holding.
Good Luck.
VV
And here is, yet another, interesting statistic for MTPR:
52-week Low: 0.0012 on Thursday, September 03, 2009
52-week High: 0.044 on Wednesday, November 18, 2009
That is an upward move of about 3,600% in 76 days.
Any stock that can perform like that is certainly going to have my full attention.
Good Luck to All Longs.

FYI: One-quintillion calculations per second: DARPA sets sights on extreme-scale computing
By JOHN KELLER, August 2010
ARLINGTON, Va.–Computer scientists at the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in Arlington, Va., are asking industry for new high-performance computing technologies that could enable so-called extreme scale computing: the notion of exceeding today's petascale computing to achieve one quintillion (1,000,000,000,000,000,000) calculations per second.
DARPA released a broad agency announcement (DARPA-BAA-10-78) for the Omnipresent High Performance Computing (OHPC) program to help develop tomorrow's high-performance computers to meet the relentlessly increasing demands for greater performance, higher energy efficiency, ease of programmability, dependability, and security in aerospace and defense computing for military sensors, platforms, and missions.
The DARPA OHPC program is to provide new computer technologies for a similar DARPA initiative called the Ubiquitous High Performance Computing (UHPC) program to develop new classes of high-performance computing, from embedded computing to cabinet computing, with dramatically reduced power consumption while delivering a thousand-fold increase in processing capabilities. The UHPC program, under consideration now, is to develop adaptable and hardened cyber resilient computer systems that will not require significant system expertise.
The DARPA OHPC program seeks to speed-up the UHPC initiative with new research aimed at extreme scale computing, which also is known as exascale computing, and will develop technologies will be integrated into one or more UHPC systems.
Topics of interest in the OHPC program include software that not only reduces requirements for high-performance computing, including memory and storage, but also that enables programmability to reduce the need for users to understand complex system aspects like heterogeneous cores and memory hierarchy; hardware and software for managing component failure rate, as well as shared information and responsibility among the operating system, runtime system, and applications; scalable I/O systems that may include alternatives to file systems; self-aware system software; programming models that allow developers to express their execution goals for achieving security, dependability, power efficiency, and performance; and low-power circuits that can be used across multiple UHPC or extreme scale system designs.
Companies interested must provide final proposals by 22 Dec. 2010. DARPA officials say they expect to award several contracts. For questions or concerns, contact DARPA's William Harrod by e-mail at DARPA-BAA-10-78@darpa.mil.

Bad Jobs number from the Feds published today.
Market continues to go down, 7 out of the last 9 days. Now getting a little oversold. We need better job data to reverse this trend.
However, I noticed that one CEO interviewed on CNBC today said that his company would hire 8000 new employees in 2010.
So, at some point there is going to be new hiring. When situations reach extreme conditions, that's the exact point at which they suddenly change direction. When the hiring trend does start, and with such a large pool of talent to pick from, I would think that all companies would need to choose among the applicants very carefully and efficiently, while remaining objective in their evaluation.
Perhaps there will soon be an expanding market for automated software tools that aid the Human Resources professionals in the selection of new employees. But sales of such tools probably wouldn't be reported for another quarter.
Meanwhile, we wait...

OK, Thanks!
Doggie daddy, So now, all that remains to be done is...
...to put 30+ million Americans back to work, earning a paycheck and, hopefully, buying THIS penny stock.
And another 30 million uninsured will soon enter the health care system and many, unfortunately, will discover that they already have diabetes, which is now epidemic in the USA. Then, hopefully, they will start buying their meds from InstaCare, or one of its client pharmacies. As a result, the revenue will continue to climb, and possibly even accelerate.
So these two factors, taken together, mean that we must wait a while longer for the big OBOOMA that is bound to happen here. Growth of this company is inevitable.
Good Luck to All Longs.

Generic, Sorry if I sound rude.
After posting the bug report THREE TIMES I have just been told to post it, yet again, elsewhere.
The people I am dealing with are being responsive but very unreasonable, and it is starting to really tick me off. I moderate the forum I am trying to get repaired. I am not getting any help-just the good ole runaround. I think I will just pack it in and resign as moderator.
Sorry to take my frustrations out on you, Old Fellow!

Generic, It should be self-explanatory for anyone with half a brain.
I even did a cut and paste of the data-error image from the forum and loaded onto an external photo site, just so I could use it in my post as an exact and precise example of what the problem is. And I explained it fully in the text.
What more could I constructively do to explain it?
Don't bother answering, because this is no longer about just fixing a niggly little site problem. It has ballooned into just one more phony pretext for f**king with my head.
This just reminds my of the old saying: "No good deed ever goes unpunished."
VV
Fine, better yet....
Why don't you create a forum for just reporting site bugs?
That would be a simple and straight forward solution, instead of searching for a likely forum in order to make the problem public.
Make it a link off of the "Contact Us" page, since obviously, the Support Request link doesn't produce useful results.
Look, I'm trying to be pro-active here, in reporting this bug. Personally, I don't care about it. I am just trying to service the forum of which I am the moderator. So I am supposed to be responsive to forum member's complaints, even though they could just as easily work through this maze. The least you admins could do is make this a simple process.
Have a Good Day!

But the problem has NOTHING TO DO WITH "Streamer & Level II"
Look, I've made two attempts to get this fixed. I have filed a Support Request IM and I have posted about the problem on a site-specific forum.
I am not willing to be further led by the nose down the garden path just so you can have some fun. I am way too busy to be playing these silly games.
I have detailed the problem so I am sure you now know about it. Either fix it or don't. I don't really care one way or the other.

joboos, "...slapped for being positive..." ??
I thought we were just discussing the situation in a mutually respectful and non-violent manner.
If you have some inside track with management, then why don't you do us all a favor and share with us exactly why you are so optimistic about AFBG.
IMO, so far we know little about the company, mainly because management has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to advance the business.
So anything you could tell us would be news. We're all ears!

Greetings Admins,
The MKRO forum, which I moderate, has the wrong stock data shown at the bottom of the iBox. It looks like this:
Correct symbol but wrong company Apparently "Mikron JSC" is some company located in Russia, and totally unrelated to MonkeyRock.
Can this problem be fixed? It looks like all that needs to be done is change the "RTS" string to "OTCBB" or something similar, to denote the correct Stock Exchange.
I am getting multiple complaints and "jokes" about it. About 10 days ago I sent an IM in the form of a Support Request, and so far there has been no acknowledgment or change. I guess that was the wrong way to handle this. Anything else I can do to speed up the repair?

joboos, There is far more to this than just the trading and float.
You would have to know a little about the history of this company in order to appreciate the current situation.
Just because the stock is cheap does not necessarily mean it will go up as a result of aggressive buying. Most likely it won't sustain the move; it will fall back because there is no real business behind this. There is no there THERE.
IMO this won't make a meaningful move until they actually put THE business plan in motion. They are supposed to be in the Fiberglass Recycling business. That market is ripe for exploitation as the landfill dumps across America are filling up with old fiberglass that won't be decomposing for 50,000 years.
I don't even own any shares and never have. But I am continuing to watch it because I was promised a dividend of shares in THIS company as a function of my share ownership in an OTHER fiberglass-related company. Unfortunately, I never got my dividend shares. And I know there are several others here in exactly the same situation. So there is an ongoing spirit of failed expectations underpinning this.
However, your optimism is appreciated. It is always good to hope for something better. And your comment of "great potential" is HYPOTHETICALLY true. But for the better part of the last two years this company has been comatose and on life support. At this point it is best to view it as little more than a Shell Corporation.
Having said all that, I too, would buy some shares if ONLY they would move to fulfill the prior expectations. I've been waiting for quite some time...
All just my opinion. Just trying to keep it real... Good Luck.

That usually means they have no shares to sell, or don't want to sell.
However, if any one is naive enough to actually be willing to pay PERT for shares at $101.00 each, then they would simply buy them from Nite and resell them to the fool.
But I will bet that PERT does have a Bid side quote. As I recall there is some requirement that if the MM actually wants to "make a market" then they must have representative prices posted on both sides of the L2 tote board. But they don't actually have to execute transactions. That is why they have such a ridiculous Ask.
It really means nothing. The only numbers that have any importance are: Prices of Open, High, Low, Close and Trade Volume.
With only about 840,000 shares available in the public float, this stock is barely trading. The "problem" is not in Demand, it is totally a Supply-side constriction.
Good Luck to All Longs.
VV
Apparently...
I was just never aware of it.
So, I'm getting my L2 on MTPR off my TDAmeritrade account. So you're saying that TDA has to pay extra for L2 on just this one stock?. And pay a similar fee for each of the others?
That is very interesting. I guess ultimately, everything is For Sale.
Good Luck.

Although this is a pink sheet stock, it shows the Level II MM lineup.
I thought L2 wasn't available for pinkys. That's what I've always been led to believe.
