A growth/startup company is ALWAYS HIGH RISK. What are you smoking, dude?
Because it isn't about the current share price. Most of us are looking at potential and future growth. I bought my first shares looking six months into the future. It's been over six months and now I'm looking 5 years. High risk, high returns. High risk always look crazy.
That's exactly how I feel, Lopus. I'm really glad you decided to email him. Nothing else could have solidified my position more with this company when I received a personal response from him so quickly. Things are moving and shaking and we are here to see it erupt. GLTY!
GLTY!!
Well done, sir.
Yikes thanks HM! Snakes everywhere.
I do to not have pm but you can find his contact information on the bottom of every single PR. That's the kind of CEO he is.
Roger's email expressed gratitude and also a few clues as to why there have been delays. They made some decisions to increase capacity/seating abilities. I think that's a huge deal. Because that means this place is going to be PACKED. Also there are things that are legitimately out of their hands at the moment. But it's coming. I am very bullish.
He also did not state this directly but I sensed that he has purposely changed his communication style with investors because so many shareholders have reacted inappropriately to news and so forth.
This was in response to someone looking for more details on my correspondence with Roger. I don't have PM
Lopus, email him. I emailed Roger last week to thank him for all his work. I got a response within two hours. I'm sure he would like some more kind words in his mailbox.
I feel the ground rumbling. Is this volcano about to explode or what? GLTU!
Very impressed with performance. I bought in $3.8 with low expectations. Looks like I'm going long on this one. :)
How's that working out for ya?
I've made a killing here. What's the deal?
I bought my first shares at a little under .03. And let's be frank, you have absolutely no idea what my position looks like. Every immediate family member turns to me for DD and this month I've had a lot of explaining to do. Timing of entry has nothing to do with long term versus short term versus flippers versus shorters. It's about state of mind and goals. I saw this month as an opportunity, you have a much different experience, but neither of our perspectives are BS.
For anyone who took the opportunity to increase their position, like I did, and brought on new investors on the dip, then it was a great month. Also, I had a birthday and I saw family members for the first time in a long time. I HAD A GREAT MONTH AND I WISH THE SAME FOR YOU IN DECEMBER. Cheers.
The strangest things set some people off. I do not have 30k swings, but to scale, with my current finances, this month could have been financially crippling if I had panicked and sold. For people who know what they own, and for people who added to their position, November has been awesome. Again, I really do not even understand the purpose of your post other than to mention multiple times the size of your position. Go play some CAH...oh wait...that's also a trigger. GLTY.
*Russ, this is not directed at you, I hit the reply to the wrong post. Sorry ;)
November was fantastic. I was able to almost double my position and I also saw a few of the most toxic investors make the decision to exit. I think this was a great opportunity for people to reevaluate their goals and position with this company. I personally think this was a great time for all of us. For those who sold at a loss, not so much, but that's their decision.
Morning all. I had a wonderful week with visiting family. I have barely given this a second thought but now that they have gone home, I am looking forward to a great week! GLTA!
Prongles:

I laughed so hard.
I've also observed a few disgruntled investors venting on the S&L twitter page about share prices. How inappropriate, imo. Talk about your investment on investment spaces like the Amfil page or on here, but why bring it to a place that customers can see? Regardless of your position, bullish or bearish, stay off the consumer sites.
Happy birthday Dogman! Finally recovered from my food coma, went on a short hike with my dog, and am settled in at home enjoying my day off. Hope you are enjoying your day!
I'm still in a food coma but just stumbling in to offer a salute. Okay back to bed.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am surrounded by family, most of whom I never get to see so life is good. Looking forward to our uplist and for the opening of our new Snakes and Lattes flagship. Looking forward to our franchise locations opening up and for our first location in NYC...an establishment I will be sending my resume. Long and strong.
Beebo, I've been following your posts and have found them informative and non-fear inducing. I don't know who Rocket is exactly referring to specifically but we do have a few self proclaimed chart masters who really have no idea what they are doing and who have caused more disruption than productive learning and teaching on this board.
How many stop losses do you think were triggered today? Quite the domino effect. Volume shows lots of buys scooping up. Glad I haven't set one. You never know what can happen!
Board is still bullish, even with everything that has happened. AMFE STRONG. Okay, I really need to get back to my family. This has been a very exciting day! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Pretty sure that any current investments are made based on future growth and future prospects, not current ones. If you do not feel as though the promises this company has made are going to be kept, then you should definitely sell.
Pretty exciting day. The delays are frustrating and the market has actually reacted appropriately, which is the first sign of appropriate movement I've seen in weeks/months. I'm not shaken. For those who are, that seems normal so I won't troll anyone today. These stumbles are a great time to accumulate and hopefully the company will learn and be better prepared before setting dates in the future. These are the risks of investing in a new company. I'm willing to take them! High risk/high returns/high losses. WE are all in this together GO AMFE!
Wow I wish I had some extra cash.
You don't lose money until you sell at a loss. For now, my money is invested in this company to help it grow. Whatever the price action is in the short term is of no consequence to me. I'll be singing a different tune in 2019. It will sound like this: cha-ching-cha-ching-cha-ching.....repeat.
Like I've said, I finished accumulating as of last week. It's time for me to catch up financially in other areas of my life, including having a social life.
I will not be analyzing price action and do not plan on selling a single share in the short term. I refuse to pay short term capital gain tax especially on an investment that I strongly believe will only grow and grow in the long term. I just turned 29 and do not plan on selling a single share until I see 30.
For those of you looking to make a quick buck, I wish you nothing but luck. We forge our own trails!
TWEETS
Vroom vroom.
I'm sensing the desperation. The shorters are losing control. The more reinforcements they send in, the more confidence I have that we are on the absolute brink. Anyone here game? We've reached the end of level boss. Band together. Let's go!
Great job coy! Very useful and relevant information.
GLTY! Whatever you own now or plan to accumulate I hope brings you nothing but success!
Well, to put it into scale, I've been accumulating at a rate that leaves me enough to eat, pay my bills, and drink cheap wine with little to no money for a social life or any good wine. I'm a poor grad student so whatever that equates to for another person regardless of their financial situation.
Grabbed 4K more today. I think I officially done accumulating. Reached my goal. Just here to enjoy the ride.
Snakes = barriers to entry.
I've been following Blue Apron since their IPO. Completely catastrophic. No barriers to entry for a food and recipe delivery service.
We are grabbing that market share by franchising early and taking control of the retail and distribution side. Household name by 2020!
Thanks so much Tuna!
Coy, I will put on on my detective hat and pop into a few local gas stations. I'll report if I find it. Thanks so much!
