In the OJ theme, if the model don't fit
you must acquit! This 3 level liquor model as applied to MJ already has 4 licenses now. Cultivator, producer, distributor, dispensary.
JMO, these alcohol idiots are the
same ones that couldn't pass the scrutiny required for a casino license, and hoping they can bully a marijuana middle-man license under less scrutiny. Why did it take 15 years to implement medical marijuana? Same idiots?
They are guaranteed 18 months, after that
they will be ousted like vermin.
If I remember correctly,
Distributors move the Green from your cultivating area to your production area within your own building.
I hate metaphors!
So distributor is the only retailer?
The state is only barred from issuing
rec distribution licenses. Rec cultivation and production are not addressed. Too many terms, is distribution the same as a dispensary?
Thanks Dj
Sean's tweet answers no questions and raised many. Dummy!
And this tweet is from a reporter

July 1 or not[/tag]
We could use some positive news, follow
along with Nevada's Rec TRO via Twitter
Reporter on-scene
You are welcome! Should hear something
within the next 3 hours. I am optimistic that July 1st is still a go!
Live Tweets from today's hearing.

They don't want a delay, so July 1st!
"We don't want this delayed. We just want it to be fair. Our feeling is we'd like to see this get started as soon as possible."
No delay sought by Liquor Lobby!
The five (alcohol distributors) who applied could probably serve the whole state
Confirm. This article clarifies the issue
raised by Liquor Lobby.

My take on the stock price, etc.
Keep in mind, if a stock doesn't pay dividends the only way you can make money is by selling at a higher price from where you bought-in.
Our stock got noticed for highest daily trading volume and 52-wk highs. Then FUD was introduced with Liquor Lobby motion for TRO on July 1 opening day. We have been getting pounded like a baby seal ever since.
He starts on July 1st.
I don't forsee a TRO on REC licenses
The Liquor Lobby represents business's that wouldn't participate in the early start program for some reason; but, they want to halt the program. If those businesses won't participate now, why would they participate January 2018? Will they file a TRO to stop that, too?
My bad! Letting off some steam.
Welcome Pete, I share your
opinion on mCig and PNTV. Good luck!
MJ Assets in Canada and 3 US States
Washington, California, and Las Vegas baby! July 1st and Las Vegas becomes the catalyst for the Green Rush for MJ stocks.
mCig is profitable and has major assets!
You asked: "How will they afford to own their own grow?"
I ask: How can they afford to give us investors dividends?
Grow Contractors is creating revenue at 3 times the rate of last quarter, and you know how great they did last quarter.
mCig has the in-house expertise and proven ability to take a project from concept through successful implementation of state licensed grow and production. Look at Green Leaf Farms in Las Vegas as an example of their handiwork! So, when you can DIY grow operation the costs are minimal.
The Rollies brand and machinery could be a franchise model outside of NV. Since MJ cannot be transported across state lines, Rollies need to be manufactured in each state in which they intend to be sold.
Franchise licensing example:
mCig would provide Forest Grove with a Rollie machine and a 10-yr license to produce Rollies under the Forest Grove label with its strains for an initial franchise fee of $250K and 4 percent monthly royalties with a minimum monthly royalty TBD. Forest Grove would then buy their Rollie supplies from mCig. If needed, mCig would finance the initial franchise fee at a rate TBD.
Enough Said!
Ain't that the truth!
Jerry, Who dat?
Lordy, MCIG is a penny stock that pays dividends!
Enough said!

from .14 to $200, lol
The number for today is .1316
I bought in for their Canada exposure
then they sold their Canada licenses. Well, they still have Canadian banks backing them. US companies can't say the same! So they can finance their projects in the US without having to obtain toxic financing from crime syndicates.

A PR each day for the past six days!
Read them June 1st to today, in that order. You can sense the building of momentum! I sure hope we get another PR tomorrow!
PNTV
Five year high!
And, we are just getting started.

Wrong, check out drys, sune, gpro, etc
Drys - 6 reverse splits in less than a yr and they still buy
Sune - They fell for it all the way through delisting
Gpro - They followed all the way down from $98 to $8
Up 20% today! Woot!
Trend bender! Have a nice weekend folks!
