I wonder if the FDA told them to apply for the innovation challenge instead of filing for the 510k for recovery rx to stall BIEL once again? I have a feeling some BIG Pharma company will be apply for a medical device just like BIEL. And it will get FDA approved.

FDA didn’t tell them because FDA didn’t have an excuse yet. They needed 6 months to come up with some reason to decline them. So everyday they sat at a round or square but maybe a triangle table. Who knows those FDA make no sense. Anyway back to what I was saying. 6 months the best thing FDA could come up with was it works better on women than men. Not that it doesn’t work or it’s not safe. But that it just works better on a certain gender. Smh. I’m almost more disappointed in the FDA with that’s the best they could come up with in 6 months.

FDA is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. BIEL has been dealing with them since May!!! FDA tells them your good to go submit the 510k then 6 months later. FDA comes up with one of the most insane reasons to decline BIEL’s 510k. The Actipatch works better on women than men!!! Are you F**king kidding me!! “FDA to big Pharma we got nothing this product is drug free and side effect free and it works. Big Pharma you better come up with something and here is enough money to pain for your kids college tuition. Smh. Just another sad day in America. The biggest drug lords won again! Drain the swamp!! While reading this, I was waiting for the FDA to mention BIEL. They basically described the actipatch. Seems to me as a positive for BIEL

Same thing happened last year. Stock price went down. Then in December the stock price started to rise all the way to May at .005

Alot of positive could happen with this company. Sales are underwhelming to this point. We all know that. Money will come in for BIEL though. A few things need to happen first.

When you have BIG Pharma and the government interested in making deals with your company I’d say that’s pretty HHUGGGEE. Definitely gives me hope for the future. BIEL is a hold for me. I don’t see Andy selling unless it’s for Billions. He knows what he’s got.

Idk if you’ve tried the product or not but that alone has me sold on this stock. The pain relief is amazing! I’m a guy who hates taking pills, so this is perfect for me. I’m in this for the long haul. I invested knowing I could lose all the money. (Only lose money when you sell) That’s the risk I’m willing to take. I have that much faith in this product and it’s future.

So the FDA is asking more questions and the FDA clock has paused again. FDA still stalling. Hopefully the questions stop soon and we get full clearance.

I’d say most long’s are confident. As I am as well. We just rarely here from them.
