Actually, I'm talking about the inspection and DD...
that Sinopec is currently performing.
I wouldn't doubt people may be talking but a deal currently struck......only in investors' minds.
How many have you done on a public company?...
And, what do you think is going on at Addax currently?
Lather, rinse, repeat...
We knew it was soon....nothing new here!
LOL, what "great" news?**
I believe that is correct...
but I have also seen mid-Sept.
All kinds of room in that contract for amendments...
including the price of the buy out.
Probably couldn't hurt to tell you...
My bestest friend is currently on a Transocean rig in the GOM re-tooling the rig for its next assignment. He called me last week from the rig just to BS and that's when I put the bug in his ear about the info we're seeking.
I'd have called him already but his cell doesn't work offshore. He is supposed to come in this week sometime.
I think we are going to hear about quarterly results...
and if we're lucky we'll hear at least one rig is in possession of the operator.
If we are extremely lucky and hear both rigs are in possession of the operators.........we breach $1.
I doubled up between $.11 and $.12.**
No, Sir...
Trout lines.....run from one end of a rig to the other.
I used an assortment on alternating hooks including:...
Knob Creek
Toschi Nocello (very good to sip with beer)
Ice Chests of assorted beers
and of course ole faithful....
Some shrimps, LOL
I like fishing in the transocean waters.**
Wanna bet?...
I have a few trout lines set in the Gulf. I plan on running 'em next week some time.
You forgot the 6/14/2006 date on that article...
BTW, is that a picture of yourself that you linked?
ERHC has already twice PR'ed the coming of drilling...
in the near future. Even if it were required by SEC Regs., ERHC has fulfilled their responsibility.
They do not want the "wolf" syndrome applied to the company.
The next time you hear something from management regarding drilling, it will be a definite timeline.
Management would be stupid not to PR the event...
but not because it is required by the regs. Afterall, the company may still have no income producing assets after the well is completed. (No matter how minute I believe that possiblity is.)
All E&P companies drill wells. That is nothing new.
Spudding a well.......no!...
Results from its first well, especially a successful well....definitely!
Speculation.**
The "free soup" line is very long!...
I wouldn't shed a tear if the Capitol building would crumble with all of the representatives and senators inside.
The only way to stop this errosion is most likely for citizens to take back D.C. on their own.
Phil...
Also, note Block 5 on the page I linked.
This is what PN has been doing in Nigeria...
http://philnugentnigeria.com/
PN is in Nigeria...
and has been for a long time.
Midtier knew going into the question that...
Dan was not supposed to answer the question.
If you didn't like the answer to the question you probably shouldn't have asked it.
We all know this board is being monitored by the company and Dan probably knew any answer he would give would be posted on this board.
Voila, his answers are on the board now.
With Dan being an insider...
He did exactly what he was supposed to do.
Speaking of pipe dreams...
"...3 weeks max remaining for ERHE !!!!!!"
We'll be lucky to get 2 cents...
20 cents is a pipe dream for tomorrow but I think you would be wise to hold even if we did get it.
Drilling is closer now than it has ever been. I didn't expect drilling until the late 3rd quarter at the earliest so things are "right on time" for me.
Here's another one I use...

Sorry about the tone of the post...
I have a bad habit of going through the bush instead of beating around the bush. Or, a lack of tack, if you will.
You are wrong on that...
Sinopec is listed on a U.S. exchange and therefore subject to SEC rules.
"If no request, they go public as soon as recorded."...
That was my understanding as well.
Learned that from my cousin...
who is a small owner of a drilling company HQ'ed in Houston. I was "drilling" him on how I could get info on wells in the JDZ.
I don't know exactly where the company is located but yes, it is a well data service company.
If you know someone who belongs to the right service...
you can get the well logs for any well ever drilled on Earth.
I don't really care whether you believe it or not. It is very true!
LOL @ the Phantster...
A drilling rig goes through the first 450 feet and further of a well like a hot knife through butter.
The Phantster don't know nuttin.
Ain't a gas grill around that can touch coals!**
You may want to look up the definition of...
"public shares" in the Sinopec/Addax agreement. If I remember what other posters have posted about the agreement, Sinopec is purchasing all of the "public shares" provided a 66.67% vote/approval is achieved.
When Addax "went" public Addax & Oryx kept 51% of Addax Petroleum and only 49% of the shares were sold to the public.
ERHC will receive revenue from day one...
A discovery that flows as well as Akpo will payoff development expenses in a little under 1.5 years at $50/bbl.
Development costs are paid from cost oil ONLY which is capped at 80%....and cost oil will NEVER reach 80%.
What you need is to quit relying on other posters...
and do it yourself.
Read what's next to the asterik at the bottom.**
Google is your friend...
I'm sure you could find what you're looking for if you put a little time and effort into it.
