Really? Yes, you've been one of the guys, so I didn't think you had a problem with it. If you were offended, then I offer a sincere apology.
Anyway, you've been warming up to my heart and a lady always deserves better. I'll work on it, if you work on being a little more positive. ;)
OT. Coming from a dog that spews vomit 99.9% of the time deserves no apology from anyone here. Not even Captn…
OT. Love ya MA'. ;)
Really... You know I'm just joshin ya.
OT. I'm working on it. I'll try to use a little more restraint next time.
By the way… You're doing a great job.
Hey mide,
What's more expensive? Communicating with your shareholders, or having your shareholders investing their hard earned money in something else? In other words... I have more money to invest, but why should I give them anymore of it?
If OC is a circle jerker, then you must be the sauce.
Oh by the way... LMAO!
OT... Sorry to hear about the shin problems, but it's good to hear all is well. Here is a little research on shin splints, their cause and some helpful tips. Hope she does great next year.

How was the run? Hope all is well.
Hopefully, they'll put her away for good.

Wishing all the luck in the world to you and your daughter.
LOL! As long as I'm putting money in the bank, I'm OK with either one.
PTSC and GTE trading neck and neck. LOL! This is great!
Playing XKEM too. MACD says it's time.

It depends on who it was routed through and whether they want to give you your price.
Hey Lap, It's OK. You still got GTE. ;)
The TPL Group Licenses Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) Portfolio to Sony; Sony Joins Fujitsu, HP and Casio to Secure Licensing Rights to Widely Used MMP Technologies
CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2006--Alliacense today announced that Sony Corporation has purchased a license to the Moore Microprocessor Patent(TM) (MMP) Portfolio. Sony joins an expanding roster of global system manufacturers including Fujitsu, Hewlett-Packard and Casio Computer, all of whom have become MMP Portfolio licensees since the first of the year. Specific terms of the license were not disclosed.
''This is a very important announcement for the MMP Licensing Program,'' said Mac Leckrone, Alliacense president. ''Sony is one of the most well known and widely respected companies in the world and we welcome them to our growing roster of MMP licensees. Our announcement today highlights the remarkably broad range of everyday products that utilize microprocessor technology.''
Leckrone confirmed that Alliacense is currently in discussions with dozens of companies, and that competition for early-round licensing berths in key market sectors has become intense. ''The MMP Portfolio Licensing Program rewards first movers in their industry sectors with substantial discounts.''
About the MMP Portfolio
Named after legendary inventor Charles ''Chuck'' Moore, the Moore Microprocessor Patent Portfolio includes seven US patents as well as their European and Japanese counterparts fundamental to the design of modern microcontrollers, microprocessors and system-on-chip devices. Hey Lacy,
I didn’t mean to imply anything negative with that response. Speaking of negative… How ya been? ;)
I'm usually able to get information just by asking. However, I'm sure the way you present yourself could impact whether anyone wants to spend any of their time with you.
There was discussion of adding the Air Force logo at the San Bernardino event. FWIW.
Correct.
Hey guys... Things are great. Did a little more research today and am happy to inform that the button to transmit your voice for outgoing communications can be bypassed and customized to fit the growing needs of the customer. There is already a customer that has requested and is having this option put in place.
No need to push the button on the device itself in order to transmit. They are using another 3rd party device within reach of the person operating the vehicle. Good question dale.
Also, to charge and power the CT any 3rd party device can be used as long as it provides the required energy needed to support the CT. What this means is that it is not necessary to depend solely on the battery options built into the CT.
I'm there with you. Holding free ones from the last run, but will wait for the MACD cross to get in with more money. Either MACD cross
on 5,15,5 or bump up from 12,26,9
I had an issue with access to the HISS website a couple of months ago, but I haven't had any problems with it ever since. Next time I give them a call, I'll be sure to mention it.
IMO, it’s a very good article on the marketing potential of GPS and the willingness of regular consumers to use it. Unfortunately, your lack of basic comprehension between a gps enabled cell phone and the product we support only proves to everyone here just how stupid you really are. ;)
The CT is a breakthrough in throughput technology. It is a tool to be used in-between any device that it can be connected to. Think of anything. From an automobile, boat, to other computers, it can send/receive information about it and ultimately give you control over that device.
What I mean by wireless cameras, can be said for anything wireless as long as the wireless receiver can be connected to the CT. Make sense?
Push to talk, yes, if you want to send audio via the CT you would have to physically push the button, but you would receive audio without having to do a thing. I'll ask product development if there are options to send audio without pushing the button. I'll get back to you on that.
The CT has its own battery and is charged by any means that provide an energy source. Continuous power can be achieved if the source of that power can continue. No, you don't have to take the CT with you if it’s hard wired to a power source.
If mobility is what you want, then it would be like having any other wireless device, such as a cell phone, laptop, or anything else that needs to be charged. Last I heard solar batteries were among the many options being considered.
Anyway, I hope some of this helps. I'll be getting in touch with the guys in product development and look forward to getting more detail about the CTs capabilities. In the mean time, I appreciate good honest debate.
You're taliking about the chart board correct? Yes! Thank you.
Whoops. I meant talking, of course... heh.
YES! I see those!
Thank you for sharing.
IMO, it is difficult for us to realize legitimate growing concerns only because we lack any detailed information being provided by the company. I have no problem with increasing the a/s, but I would sure like to know how things are going.
Management needs to remember… We don't have the convenience of seeing the business growing day to day. The only thing we see and know for certain, are all the organized public attacks and the great ability of the company to work in secrecy. It's that simple.
Yeah... saw that too. Awesome!
Hey Dale,
What do you mean by open? The CT can send and receive information no matter where it’s at. Whether it’s in a vehicle, inside of a brief case, or a boat out on the open seas. At CES it was located deep inside the convention center, through metal construction with various wiring throughout the building. You saw its location and pictures from the event as they happened. So, I’m not sure what you mean. If you can explain your concern I will be sure to get your question answered. If I can’t answer it, I’ll try to get it answered through Actsoft.
Moving a camera depends on the camera. There are a wide variety of surveillance products available; you don’t have to use just one. Anything that has ability to connect can be used. Also, the CT has a built in speaker with push to talk. Whether the speaker can be bypassed to receive audio through another means, possibly through the vehicles audio system? I’m not sure, but will ask when I get the chance.
Defending the CT is not my intention, but mostly just trying to generate awareness to the potential of the device. When I have time to post, I’m more than happy to debate legitimate questions and concerns, sometimes it’s answering the stupid ones that are just plain fun, so that might be my weakness. I’ll try not to do it, if that’s what everyone here wants.
It also seems that Actsoft knows more about the CTs capabilities than anyone at HISS. So for anyone to think that Actsoft doesn’t want this merger, are about as clueless as comparing our device solely to a theft recovery unit. Hehehe.
I would also like to share that Actsoft has an open door and appreciate new ideas and challenges. If anyone here has an idea, feel free to post it and we'll be sure that the people running the company are current to the latest potential demands. From home security, monitoring individuals on parole, the Cybertracker is just beginning to make its full potential known to the market and its buyers.
Thanks for the kiss, one coming right back at ya.
I guess we can go for another repetitious debate on the how the CT isn't just for recovering automobiles. So you're right, the CT blows away any vehicle recovery system currently out on the market.
But, what makes you think that recovering vehicles is the only avenue being marketed? Have you seen the Power Point presentations? School busses, trucking companies, public safety, delivery trucks, trains, military bases, ports, businesses, and personal security. Theft recovery isn't even mentioned.
It's what the CT can do for you in real time, including relaying information just before an attempt to disconnect the unit occurred. Of course trying to disable the unit itself might turn out to be a little difficult if it’s locked up and not even wired to the car. Hmmm, and where is that pesky little camera? The camera is wireless? Is that possible? With a port and an open linux based system?
Anyway, it’s good to hear you’re confident in your investment, as I’m sure many here will agree. Sorry to take any one on this board hostage so, I’ll apologize to them.
Sorry.
By the way, Lexus is the best luxury automobile in the world, but not everybody has one.
It's pretty amazing how many people were willing to pay $1.70 for it when it was going up last week. Are we talking about the pps with or without these corrupted attacks?
Actually, I think the ppt. could present itself a little better and a statement such as the one you just pointed out would heighten the overall effect. Yes, I agree.
This might help explain.

1) "If it doesn't have a copyright notice, it's not copyrighted."
This was true in the past, but today almost all major nations follow the Berne copyright convention. For example, in the USA, almost everything created privately and originally after April 1, 1989 is copyrighted and protected whether it has a notice or not. The default you should assume for other people's works is that they are copyrighted and may not be copied unless you know otherwise. There are some old works that lost protection without notice, but frankly you should not risk it unless you know for sure.
It is true that a notice strengthens the protection, by warning people, and by allowing one to get more and different damages, but it is not necessary. If it looks copyrighted, you should assume it is. This applies to pictures, too. You may not scan pictures from magazines and post them to the net, and if you come upon something unknown, you shouldn't post that either.
The correct form for a notice is:
"Copyright [dates] by [author/owner]"
You can use C in a circle © instead of "Copyright" but "(C)" has never been given legal force. The phrase "All Rights Reserved" used to be required in some nations but is now not legally needed most places. In some countries it may help preserve some of the "moral rights."
Wow, so you’re spending all of that money for a vehicle locator? That's too bad...
Last time I checked the Lo jack system doesn't provide GPS/Data/voice with the ability to run data and voice at the same time. Can your lo jack provide video and pictures of the thieves that just took the car in real time? Can you shut the vehicle down while telling the thieves over the phone that the vehicle has just locked itself, turned off the engine and is about to enable the ink discharge unit that will identify you once the police arrive?
Can your lo jack tell you that your vehicle is running a little rich and is need of an oil change? Tires need air? Your headlights are on? How many occupants are in the car? What's your average MPG and what is the best route for time, fuel efficiency and the best alternate route for your fleet deliveries?
Lo jack is limited to gps and specifically aimed at automobiles and locating them after they have been vandalized and left for recovery. Maybe next time you can buy the CT and catch the bad guys ‘while’ your goods are being taken away. There is no way I’m going to wait for the police to respond only after I have submitted my missing vehicle report. By then the thieves are long gone with the merchandise I had in the car. I bought insurance for my car, not the $150,000 worth of goods in the trunk.
You're wasting our time.
BKMP... You guys watching this? I had an extra $100 bucks and decided to give it a shot. I bought in at .0003 a couple of weeks ago. Figured it would probably just end up as another r/s, but the company is playing it up and buying back shares. Thought it would be worth a mention.
