No idea. Frack won't let anything close to that slip our way. All I know is that Highin is presumably pretty wealthy from what Frack tells. Every time I call him he lets me know how "They have money. They aren't interested in getting outside money to get the job done."
I've spoken to that Alex Lee before. He's not our guy.
Tdgnts has a much better picture he can paint you of who our Mr. Lee is and what he's affiliated with.
Pretty sure they're some sort of holding company used for introducing foreign companies to the US market? We know they have 2-3 companies under their belt. Confirmed revs for one of them.
Very big shot from what we can gather.
No doubt. Look at how thin it is to $0.10. The more people buy, the thinner this gets. There will be almost nothing in the way from $0.50 to $1.00 at this rate. It'll all be in strong hands by then.
I asked Frack at one point weeks ago if he was going to be staying with the company. His response was, "I can't answer that. I mean, if you think about it that question really seems to answer itself. I've been around this long, after all. I've never stuck with a company this long before, so I think that speaks for itself."
They have a physical office at the address.
Frack was super tight-lipped yesterday. Way more so than normal. That could be a very good sign for us.
The SoS confirms things are moving forward here. They're hard at work behind the scenes, and the day is coming when it will pay off several fold.
The Chinese officers will be down in about a week I believe.
Look at what we're operating with, here. A company and CEO that actually give us things when they say they will. Yeah, the price isn't immediately responding, but give it time. The company isn't all that well-known, and I'm sure the selling took a lot of eyes off of it, but they will return. I promise.
I'm right here bud. I sold out a few months ago during the volume bumps.
Because it isn't his company. Do you expect the cashier at Cracker Barrel to correct your mishaps when your food is messed up? No, you expect a manager to help you out. No different here. Mr. Huang, Mr. Lee, and whomever else is involved hired Mr. Frack to facilitate the deal on their terms. He does what they say when they say.
I'd like to preface that no one on this board is even supposed to know about this merger. They have been trying to be as quiet as possible. Hence the lack of PR's. And the sense that there's no rush. Because there isn't one, and there won't be. They will finish this when they are ready and not a minute sooner.
I know the main hold up has been the paperwork on the acquisitions. It's been the culprit of a lot of our delays.
Here's the deal. If they wanted to pump this and cash in shares, Frack would be picking up the phone. He told me early last week he'd be difficult to get ahold of this week due to work.
Yeah, the wait is horrid. I thought we'd be done by July of last year, but informations comes from the Chinese officers to Frack, and then from Frack to us, and he's been telling us the latest news whenever we call. He's stopped doing that because he's misled us so much that he feels bad. Call him yourself, and he will verify.
The SoS has to be updated before they can post filings. It will signify they are close because it unveils their officer list.
If I ever call Frack and he lies to me about where the company is or what the the next step is, that'll be my red flag.
I have more than 600k shares by myself, and there were people that got in much earlier than I did. This could very well be someone cashing in for another company they think will pop sooner.
We know there's no dilution and that our share structure is accurate.
Frack has done something. What we need is the RA to get through everything. Registered agent has to submit, the SoS has to take 4-5 days to process before it shows up, and then we'll have something tangible. Not sure where we are in that process. The SoS may have paperwork for all I know.
You're right. We haven't. I don't have an explanation for that, either. I do know that Frack has been a truthful man to us, and until I have reason to not believe that I'm steadfast.
I will say that we on this forum account for about half of the float. The other half is somewhere out there. We may be seeing it currently.
There was no price build on any of the stages we've had so far. The filings in June 2016, the filings in July 2016, the OTC update January -- they've all had unresponsive markets prior, and Frack has mentioned all of these ahead of time, so I think it follows pattern.
I agree. We've never seen this stock behave like this before, and now that we're actually expecting some forward progress the stock gets erratic. Typical by-the-book MM suspicion.
This will blow with an SoS update. It will be confirmation to all those looking from the sidelines that this is actually legitimate.
We have to keep in mind that from a buyer's perspective nothing has been done since like January when the OTC Markets update occurred.
He tries to calm back most of the time if he's slammed, but he sometimes forgets. He's a very good man from my judgement. Knows my name and is very personable.
We've confirmed it with the CEO.
It's a company merger with three acquisitions (one with confirmed revs), millions in the bank, and a top notch team. Not to mention an extremely small float to pack all that in. It will go up. You've seen the evidence of that yourself on the anticipation runs.
The merger is complete. The deal is done. They simply haven't announced it.
I mean, yeah. I wish I was in the best stock of the day every single day, but I'm not. Neither are you or is anyone else on here. We're trading what we know. That's all we can do. I know that this company will eventually drop a big merger. We call the CEO weekly for information, and he knows we're impatient, but that doesn't change the fact that it won't come our way until they deem it done. They're currently actively working on the SoS. It's a step in the right direction.
I agree, we most certainly don't have any dilution. Frack has mentioned several times that they are very well funded and have no interest in seeking outside money.
Same. I have a pretty good pile of them available to any takers $0.80+.
Awesome. Let us know when you get ahold of him.
As far as I'm aware they have and have had no dilutive plans.
News will be here soon enough, and we'll all benefit from it.
How many wealthy holding companies with revs do you know setting at pennies? Especially ones with ~20m float.
I honestly think it was a seller, IMO. Not everyone has that Ladybug faith or this would be much higher.
Happily looking forward to any extra shares I can snag at a lower price.
What was found at the address? What is their suite number?
I agree, which is why it's concluded.
The float, company structure, and L2 developments suggest we can breach the $0.50 mark, IMO.
We've pretty much concluded that $0.50 is a guarantee. The real question will be if we can get near/over a dollar.
Awesome news!
I'm as patient as I need to be for this one.
Paperwork on the acquisitions mainly.
