Mr. Huang, Mr. Lee, and whomever else is involved hired Mr. Frack to facilitate the deal on their terms. He does what they say when they say.

I'd like to preface that no one on this board is even supposed to know about this merger. They have been trying to be as quiet as possible. Hence the lack of PR's. And the sense that there's no rush. Because there isn't one, and there won't be. They will finish this when they are ready and not a minute sooner.
