Thank you Karen for all you do...we all appreciate your efforts and writings...
New eyes are on this company and Ihub..
Mark
Wrong...as frivolous as the lawsuit is (was) it still is responsible for the drop in SP and the low volume the last few months...so the dismissal will indeed be good news and lead to buyers and better volume...
More important is the advance of the trials since last August and how much further along the company is..
When in doubt let logic be your guide...
IMO

Pretty nice going from Dana Faber to the Mayo Clinic...like to see any other small cap Bio's with our pipeline..
Next week should be fun..
BTW Matagor I am down in the Tampa area..
LOL...was also nice not seeing the "sun" today..
Nice day all true longs...only the beginning..
Thanks Hound...very nice...was this a PR today?...I was on the water fishing most of the day but don't see it in my inbox...I did see the SA notice but they have lost all credibility with me...I saw it on the company site which is fine, just was wondering...
Next few weeks and months should be exciting...
Mark S
Karin, there is no doubt, in my mind anyway, that it was indeed the Rosen filing that did the most damage. The article was written by an acknowledged shorter of CTIX and any investor that has done his or her DD wouldn't have been fazed. The share price would've recovered in a couple of weeks, especially after the subsequent trial/company news that has come out.
We have had some really positive news in the last few weeks/months and not much to show for it and very little volume...just seems reasonable to infer that investors are waiting...better to be safe in other words.
Hopefully the Judge will make the correct decision, as she seems to be leaning and soon. I also hope the dismissal will get national attention as what the company/patients (and investors) experienced was morally and ethically misguided, to say the least.
IMO

Thanks Wild4...much appreciated.
Mark S
Seems bit out of sequence (partnership first) but all could certainly be in the works...
Good news for sure and a nice addition to the scientific board...almost seems like a conflict of interest (to me anyway) with the other company working on OM as well? He will certainly have unique access to both compounds and trials.
As has been stated, Dr. Sonis wouldn't be on board if he did not see the potential of Brilacidin for this dreadful side effect from cancer treatments..
I see an interview upcoming like the Dr. did with Zacks.
Move up tomorrow..
Mark S
I resemble that remark...except I went fishing in Fla.
Nice post Daubers...it's like all the chatter regarding a partnership for Brilacidin...if 2 or 3 Pharmas want to partner up before phase 3 is completed and the offer is right we would all (most all) welcome it...regardless what some heard that Leo may have said at the SH meeting...all of this is fluid and surprises are ahead and mostly positive...like D UP said...sit back and have an adult beverage and enjoy...patience is required is an understatement...
Personally I liked the PR today...shows the diversity of our pipeline and how safe our compounds are as well as mirroring (so far) the pre-clinical trials...
The dismissal of the frivolous lawsuit will be over soon and fence sitters will finally chime in (an invest).
Good job Leo and CTIX team.
All IMO

Somewhat OT, many of our brethren in the Biotech investing world took a blow today...PP*M had their late stage(combo) Sunrise trial halted...cancer drug in the Immunotherapy space... I invested in them for 2 years but decided to move that money over to CTIX...mostly because of our diversified pipeline and the progress/potential of Brilacidin.
All the best to the Longs over there.
Let's go Leo.
Mark
You're right...they are probably waiting for .70 cents even with all the great progress(remember, they know much more than we do) the pipeline is showing...
I agree TD, look at the confidence Jamie Dimon has in JPMORGAN with the 26 mil he spent...boosted the PPS nicely...
CTIX executives and insider buying along with that new BOD announcement would get us out of this range we're in of late.
IMO
Mark
I was glad the company emailed the positive SA article after hours yesterday... more eye balls...
I've got $1.28 close today.
Yes market is closed for Presidents Day but I had forgot until you mentioned it...thanks Matagor
Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day all around..
I agree Zport...the FDA has approved 3 times a week dosing to combat Ovarian Cancer and most likely any other Phase II trials coming soon...like Pancreatic Cancer...both receiving Orphan Drug Status...
Mark
Personally I thought the PR was great news in that the comparator is Vancomycin and Zyvox which is considered the Standard of Care for treating ABSSI and MRSA (which can lead to sepsis)...Brilacidin has already gone up against Dapto and proved superior with it's single dose application...
The company is following the FDA's guide lines to a T for the protocol for this phase III trial. This will lead to fastest possible approval as well as attract multiple potential partners sooner rather than later.
Some may have to put on their "half empty" glasses and reread the notice.
I am a buyer today.
All IMO.
Mark
Hard to figure some days(weeks)...after a couple of positive news events last Friday and decent volume leading up to the close I thought it would continue on Monday at least...alas, it did not and here we've sat for 4 days.
I know it's been stated many times here that we must wait out the trial hearings into March but I am not sure why Rosen wouldn't wise up and cut losses ( as well avoiding action taking against them)and just dismiss? Surely the Judge would be fine with that decision?
GLTA
No one can intelligently argue that the company hasn't made huge strides in one year and exciting times ahead...
The share price will take care of itself...I have been red for almost a year now and am not concerned...follow the science...that is what investing in Biotechs are all about...we have one of the best...
GLTA
Great minds think alike TD...
First of all ET we are not officially in a Bear Market..jobs are up...housing sales are up...car buying is up...and the BOJ (bank of Japan) has lowered interest rates...oil prices will start to stabilize and rise soon as supplies are cut back...
Enjoy your "doom and gloom" scenario and good luck with that other stock where there are many companies in phase 3 for AlZ...
IMO
His opinion??...really?...I hope you do more DD than that...
Might want to study more on the trials of these 2 companies and pipeline...
Good Luck...
I saw a Rubik's Cube solved in 5 seconds by a robot yesterday...
I see 2.00 bucks by end of week!
:0)
I agree TD (and I Need Help) 1.30's today and 1.50's next week...fence sitters will flow in then...
IMO
Mark
Very nice and good timing I'd say...(or is it about time?)..
With Alkermes having a failed trial announced today and down 25 bucks we should see some of that money come our way "soon"..
Congrats to us Longs...more to come in next few weeks..
IMO
Mark
really AM?...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Thank you BK and Flash...I agree, as Karen likes to say, that Brilacidan has de-risked this company for us all as we wait for all the other trials and progressions...
Should be a great week in San Fran...maybe a few timed PR's as well...
Enjoy
You're not alone Wild with those thoughts but it's not easy to time these stocks....it's all hindsight IMO
Our time will come (soon) as the company is light years ahead of a year ago (yes I know, except for SP)...
Happy Everything to all!
Happy Everything Dawg...
LE admitted himself that he mishandled the pr's regarding uplisting this year...as others have pointed out I too appreciate the transparency and keeping us all up to date...
I have chosen to invest the majority of my portfolio with Biotech and Pharma because it's all about the science/pipeline and trial progression and not all of the politics and BS...if the compounds work and are successful then we all win...especially the patients..
Rehashing the past does nothing to advancing the future...
GLTA and Happy Holidays..
It's reassuring to know that so many "investors" are trying to protect the rest of us...where is the "Sun" when we need him...
I don't believe Leo is obsessed with those shorting Ctix..which is legal (albeit risky here) but with those party's that manipulate by writing articles full of mistruths and outright lies...
Go Leo and the Ashcroft law firm...Karma is a B***h...
Thank you Matagor...great job...I'd buy you a glass (or 2)of wine if I were there!...enjoy your evening...
Understood, thanks Karen...
Hiya Karen, didn't think you were going...other than 2nd hand info not much has been reported...I believe yourself and Matagordaville are the only ones we've heard from...
Matagor is posting later...any insights/observations are appreciated...
Ha TD...I knew that didn't look right...I guess I should've kept mute :0)
Maybe that's because PM's are free for rest of the month...
:0)
I would imagine if a significant offer was made this could be a mute point...
Very true Scott and I particularly liked the early look in for B OM...seems very reasonable...
Personally I've always believed that the Ashcroft Law Group and Mike Sullivan took on this case not just for Cellceutix but the overall practice of stock manipulating of small companies that are trying to develop meds and products for world health..
IMO
