The board to raise money for a new listing? Sorry I almost fell out of my chair in laughter.
I agree with you though that it is a huge issue..."overlooked by the company" is an understatement.
100 shares? LOL get the hell out of here.
reverse: this is what i'm missing...you believe the bid will be a dime, and that the company is a POS, and on and on and on...YET YOU ARE LONG THE STOCK.
either you are a masochist, a mental retard, or you are just spewing negativity here in hopes that others will assuage your fears. pretty damn annoying...sell your 1,000 shares and be gone.
reversetaxman...you sound like my wife. nobody wants to hear your sob stories about BOCX.
ok who bought the 5k at .95
holy cow 100 shares...call Brinks.
worry not grasshopper
we're yo-yo'ing around, which feels a lot better than the sustained downtrends we're used to during quiet periods. but, i really don't like how all the volume has been at the bid the last few sessions...almost feels like the market maker is doing his typical short cover routine at successively lower prices and then once in a while a sucker comes a long with a lot of a few hundred shares and pays way over market:
Rec. Time Action Price Volume
11:13:52 AM Trade 0.9 1000
11:13:52 AM Trade 0.87 3000
11:13:48 AM Trade 0.86 4000
10:42:14 AM Trade 1 200
10:42:10 AM Trade 0.99 200
10:35:20 AM Trade 0.86 560
10:35:18 AM Trade 0.86 440
10:23:36 AM Trade 0.86 500
10:07:50 AM Trade 1 200
10:07:46 AM Trade 0.99 200
10:06:12 AM Trade 0.86 2500
10:05:40 AM Trade 0.99 200
10:05:38 AM Trade 1 200
9:59:44 AM Trade 1 800
9:30:10 AM Trade 0.86 1000
half_full: you got that right...we have no correlations to anything, which is very good news at the moment.
half full: luckily, our correlation coefficient (ie R squared) to the big indices is just about ZERO.
i'm still waiting for the grand collapse of this flag breakout in typical BOCX style. somehow it's holding together though... ?
wow...amazing volume today something big must be coming.
or not.
we're at 1.02 and one trade away from .86....those of you who momentum trade this stock have got to be kidding.
+.15 on 1k shares? And the bid/ask spread is now .19 wide....86 x 1.05. What a joke...whoever is buying so wrecklessly needs to calm down ;)
are people actually trading vix options now? back in the old days vix was the laughing stock of the trading floor. i guess i could see how you a local could lay off his book's vega that way...
dkeller...interesting analysis, i have also been watching the hectic activity on index futs...i'm curious to see how traders will roll that big put position next week. i'm guessing long put vertical...ie roll out and up.
headache: try araujo from the golden state...truly unbelievable.
also, if you like wine one of my daughters sent me this article the other day which put a smile to face:
http://www.california-wine.org/webfront/news.asp?newsid=41
yes, yes, yes i was just being difficult as usual. like i said, every single flag breakout i've ever seen in BOCX has had a head-fake.
echo, echo, echo.....
dkeller: that's a pretty bold prediction given the action...someone is just nailing the bid. hope you're right.
lol i'll be lucky to have 7 more.
i don't speak dakotan...english please.
dkeller: great analysis, much appreciated...hopefully it will pan out to be correct.
dakota: don't be so sensitive you remind me of my wife. keep trading in and out with those small lots, I seriously hope you make good money.
aha...LOL!!! That is a construction firm in Pennsylvania owned by one David Menard (http://www.morocorp.com/). Looks like an error by Yahoo's news bot. Scared living crap out of me for a second.
foam: wow...let me take a look.
reverse: if you are relying on a "faint hope" that this stock is for real then why not sell your stock and head to vegas. i hear you can get much better odds on a "faint hope" there then you can sitting around here.
Dakota, if you had anywhere close to the size of my position you would not be talking about hopping in and out of this illiquid stock. I am very old and very wealthy from many years in derivatives marketing making and trading, and I do not trade small lots. I do trade based on industry contacts who provide reliable information within the framework of the law. If you are trading small enough to hop in and out of this thin as air penny stock I wish you the very best, seriously.
And, I am legitimately very impressed that you've been trading since '77 so I take back the amateur comment...the "whiney" comment must remain though.
If a shake out is coming, at least I will get some laughs reading the nervous posts of dakota and his band of whiney amateurs. There is a bright side to everything...
dkeller -- what's your take on the action? I have to say I am very doubtful now that we will hold this flag...it's looking like a complete retracement of the b/o is in store for us. The only evidence against this is that historically, our flag patterns have a spike down toward the end of the consolidation period right before the breakout (what bollinger calls the "head fake").
well...the bright side is that BOCX has a very long history of shake-outs before break-outs. look at all the prior bull-flags.
today's trading action:
so far 36.8k traded
66% at the bid
33% at the offer
--
sellers coming out of the woodwork and nailing the bid.
if I see a form 4 come across the wire I will personally go to Vancouver and wrap toilet paper around the d/o's for having no class.
okay gyro...so i guess yesterday's action was completely meaningless since you were the primary buyer.
LOL!
ugly, ugly action...our breakout might be faltering here. those of you who are faint of heart might want to sell your shares to me at this point.
gyro: how much did you buy
Interesting stats on today's trading:
36.6k traded
30.6k traded at the offer (84%)
6k traded at the bid (16%)
That is unusually lopsided.
Kag, what you are saying is an interesting "guess" but inconsistent with the data. 4700 units has been used as the cutoff value for a variety of different cancers -- both "agressive" and not as agressive...did you ever read the multiple ISOBM data sets I posted? PS what made you get over yourself and return here? Welcome back LOL.
kag: that is not to say i don't agree with your theory regarding different speeds of rapid cell division for different cancers resulting in different sensitivity readings. very interesting comment.
"only 68%" -- what a joker. At the high specificities used, that is an extremely impressive number.
