Got my proxy statement from my broker and submitted my vote this morning.
Someone said they didn’t think their small shares mattered. Not true! All votes large and small counts.
Looking forward to the merger and all the good news to come.
This is going to be a great little company that will do good for a lot of people that needs their expertise in this field.
Thanks Phantom!
Always appreciated!
Here is a post that Phantom posted back on 6/8/2018. I think it was a very conservative and reasonable estimation. I refer back to it regularly and wanted to make reference to it in case some have not seen it. I hope you don’t mind me referencing it Phantom. If you do then I’m sorry-lol

lol....Thanks!
Could someone tell me what the new company name and symbol will be once the merger takes place? I remember seeing it but can't locate it for some reason. Thanks!
Hi Phantom,
If I recall correctly it seems like I read a article comparing TPIV/Marker to Kite calling it kite 2.0.
It seemed like it said Kite had a 3 billion evaluation and not as far along as Tpiv/Marker will be when it merges.
In your opinion, what prevents the new merged company from gaining that kind of evaluation?
Kite was bought out fairly early on for several billion dollars 9-13? I can’t remember. Correct me if I’m wrong, I don’t think Kite had any products on the market at the time when it was purchased.
Same question, what prevents a larger company from purchasing the newly formed Tpiv/Marker company that has so much promise?
I think many of us if not all of us were caught by surprise of the Tpiv/Marker merger announcement.
Your thoughts.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks Microcapbiotech for the insight on the short sellers. Been here to many years to sell now.
I appreciate you and Phantoms comments, gives guys like me a lot of insight about how things work.
Hi Microbiotech,
I have been doing research on stop loss trading to the point of scratching my head until there’s no more hair-lol
This is by far the best explanation I have come across, Simple & clear.
Thank you for taking the time to explain!
I appreciate the advise. I really don’t have the time either to mess with the stop loss trading. I think I will just sit and wait some more on this good stock to appreciate in value.
It will take a buy out to get all my money back that I have invested in this stock over the past 10 years-lol
Take care!
Thanks Hanscott,
I figured someone just dumped a lot of shares. I’m not a trader but a long time investor here. I’m not sure how to use stop losses. I just lose a ton when the stock goes down and I make a lot when it goes up. I think I need to start looking into how to use the stop losses and make some money along the journey.
What happened to our stock today?
Or like Pink Floyd “Another Brick in the Wall” oops!
Any thoughts to the reason for the sell off.
The value is under 100 million.
Thanks!
Hi Phantom,
I hope your doing well!
I was just reading your post on the post merger and you made some really reasonable assumptions. You also mentioned a 7 million share float.
Were you referring to the post merger 7 million share float, and if so, do you think it will remain at 7 million float?
I noticed that iHub shows TPIV with a 7.9 million float now.
I appreciate all your posts and I realize that this post is just your personal evaluation.
Thanks!
Ray
Thanks!
Where do you look to get the total number of short sales?
Thanks!
Thanks phantom!
I’m glad phantom doesn’t stay mad-lol
Thanks for the response!
What happens if TPIV’s value rises to 300 million at approx 23.50 per share before merger and then after merger the shares are 35 million. Does the price per share go to 8.35 for 300 million evaluation or does the evaluation go to 822,500.00?
If this is a stupid question, I’m sorry in advance.
Very ambiguous answer.
Thank you very much!
I understand!
Thanks for the reply!
I’ll keep searching.
Can someone please provide a way to find out more about Marker, I googled but can’t come up with anything. I guess I’m not that savvy with technology-lol
If you have any good links to info please share.
Thanks in advance!

Ps: Sorry for any negative comments I made out of frustration in the past. I am true long and have always been.
Thanks!
Hi Phantom,
Is that a bad thing for us longs if the float stays low but the company does really well?
Thanks!
I don’t think they go after the breast cancer with the HER2 protein and that’s what TPIV and Mayo is focusing on. At least that’s the way I understand it.
You said it Phantom!
I’m glad I hung around, it looks like Peter has a pan, I mean plan-lol
Taking profit
Thanks!
Where did you get the evaluation for Marker?
Beautiful move with Great News!
The market is showing its approval of it-lol
Back to .28 pre-split.
It’s tanking! Someone knows something. .23 cent pre-split wow!!!
Never would have dreamed we would ever see .23 cents again! I’m dumbfounded.
Peter may have convinced you but it makes no sense why the price continues to fall.
I bet their going to take it private for a bargain after we have spent years following and losing money.
Pennies on the dollar for them.
What else could it be? With the team they have and the phase ll trials going on. Did you ask him why the value of the company with all the “good things happening” why the value is so low or what’s the plan to give shareholders value?
Whatever his experience is, his connections must not be that great by the look of the share price-lol
Why are we now just hearing about this? It was out on February 3, 2016.
TPIV not know this? How come nothing was ever mentioned? Is this the same DOD funding that TPIV was touting to us?
Maybe Mayo did a quick switch-a-Roo
and TPIV didn’t tell us-lol Who knows!
Hey Phantom,
You know I’m just letting off steam from frustration. I’ve been in this stock for close to 9 years. Been through a couple of reverse splits. I think their on the right path just taking to long. I’m getting frustrated when the new president with his experience and connections in the business can’t make the slightest difference in the SP. if you remember the reason for up listing to the NASDAQ was to get exposure to the big boys with the deep pockets and here we are well over a year or more on the Nasdaq trading at the same price we did when we were on the otc. Actually, we traded higher on the otc for several years than we are now with all the good things going on, Mayo, Sloan, Astra, DoD grants, all the phase ll trials underway etc...like I said, we are still trading at .27cent since the last pre-split.
We are further along than we ever however we have been but trading lower. That’s what’s frustrating. I remember trading close to .50 or better at times years ago with only the Mayo as a partner. We should be sitting at 100 million evaluation with just the potential TPIV has, that’s what’s crazy. That’s why I say something not adding up besides the share price at .27-lol
Well Friends,
We are trading like a first class leader in immunotherapy-lol
I guess all the press and partnerships and a new President etc...,.doesn’t really matter-lol
We are still trading last pre-split .27-lol
Hold the phones, I just know we are going to get a deal from someone-lol TPIV are doing great things, I guess the ones who matter just don’t know it and our President can’t seem to convince the people he knows-lol
I’m beginning to think that those who matter knows more than we are being told. Why else would the stock still be trading as low as it is.
Getting frustrated with the same old hype and no movement.
Anyone have a logical explanation as to why we are still setting at the pre-split price of .27?
Thought the fourth quarter was all-in-all good. Spent quite a bit of money considering all the hype about having the DOD funding.
I didn’t much like the comment about not being a good target for interest from larger players quite yet. (my words)
I don’t see why, with all the good potential TPIV has, a larger company wouldn’t gamble and make a decent offer for the company. Just me thinking out loud.
It will just take a little time to sink in and get the news out.
