Change i understand more than u think, and i understand that cyrcadia have only 2% percent of cyrcadia asia now tell me i am wrong...
I didnt talk about any other market, but regarding asia we are out of the game no matter what you are saying!
But the market is cyrcadia asia not ours ..
So what?
Pure speculation that something will happen than..
Voo, what did you mean 250m for 4 years???
I didnt see somethong like that
Very nice change,
But still we dont know the terms of agreement between cyrcadia inc and asia,
I still have a hope that we do have portion in sales or profit..
I like page 19 about the revenue forecast, although i think that its very conservative not regarding the amount but the years, i think that it will be 2 years advanced for every coloumn
But anyway nice nunbers there..
Change,
its written clearly that they can sell in 2h 2017..if they didnt get the clearence how can they be so sure??
Btw thanks for the awsome info..

Does someone know if its helping us somehow, i guess yes,
It seems that everything goes on the right direction
Gltua
Rob is in facebook and tweeter , about the awards...
Look at a company that sold to mitsubishi to more than 1B
The company is still in phase 3 and suppose to reach the market 2 more years...
http://m.nasdaq.com/article/mitsubishi-tanabe-pharma-to-buy-israels-neuroderm-for-11-bln-20170724-00166
I dont see a reason why cyrcadia cant too...
Every biotech with happy ending begins with situation like ours, its not new..
And we all know what you are saying....but i dond get the point of returing it 100 times??
When i think about it holmes has only 2.5% in cyrcadia through llbo, quite small position, so he is kind of regular investor that is waiting for the breakthru like us the small investors..
Does someone know cellestia health? Where did they come from? How do they diagnose breast cancer? Are they threatning on us somehow?
A tweet about itbra on iotslam panel
One #IoTSlam healthcare panel expert mentioned the #ITbra - being piloted soon for early breast cancer detection https://t.co/zTNbHCX0Y1

No, its not new, maybe 1 year or even more since i first saw it..
Change, you raised a very good point i didnt think till now, regrading the tax issue..
Thanks
I dont understand why you are ignoring the 40%? This is the key..
The patents against shares.
So unless cyrcadia will diluate our ass its all depends in itbra success..
I dont know and i dont think you really know who will earn from sales in asia, what i do know is that if sales will occur in asia we will probably sale all over the world..
But in asia as i wrote , we dont know actually if we will benefit from sales , maybe just from the hype ..
0.4 would mean cyrcadias market capital is 3 billion and that will happen if around 3m bras will be bought, i think 3m isnt that much as there are 40m mamos per year in us alone , which is barely 10 percent of the us market, not to mention europe, south america, australia, and maybe asia why maybe because i dont know what are the terms of agreement and if cyrcadia us will benefit from asia sales..
I expect more than that.. but who knows
Gltua
I must admit that i am suprised by how llbo holds strong, usually in times like that with no news we went down all the way ..
But as we see lately , nobody is selling
Hope we will here something soon
.
Thanks for the answear, do you know the statistics published by the fda the average time to approval 510k class1?
Thanks for the answear but Read the next paragraph...

What does it mean for FDA to "classify" a medical device?
FDA classifies medical devices based on the risks associated with the device. Devices are classified into one of three categories—Class I, Class II, and Class III.
Class I devices are deemed to be low risk and are therefore subject to the
least regulatory controls. For example, dental floss is classified as Class I device.
Class II devices are higher risk devices than Class I and require greater regulatory controls to provide reasonable assurance of the device’s safety and effectiveness. For example, condoms are classified as Class II devices.
Its suppose to be mich more easy to get class1 so why didnt we get already if class 2 already recived?
One thing i dont understand,
http://cc.smartcitiescouncil.com/article/detected-story-intelligent-bra
In the article its written that we have got class2 clearenace already, as far as i know class 1 is easiet than 2 so are we just waiting for class1 official certification?
Let me guess.....$$$$$$$$$$$$
One more thing, you know why i think 1m is very small amount because of the insurance companies , they wont spend money when they can save it, and we all know itbra is cheaper option, now tell me how many mammograms being made annually and who wouldnt prefer the itbra.. also women and insurance companies
Because i know how people think after few checks people will say ok lets drop one check (and save 20 bucks) whats can possibly change in one month etc.
few things regarding your calculatio
1. the sales multiple should be max 4-5 and not 10
http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/New_Home_Page/datafile/psdata.html
2. If only in the 7th year we will sell 10m units i see it as a failure, such a product should replace almost instant mamography..
3. I dont think women will perform the monthly check every month as said in here probably few times a year..
My calculation are more conservative in the market capital terms but much more agressive in the amount of units being sales in the very first years..
By the way there is another option IPO of cyrcadia shares, which is very good to us because we will know llbo value exatcly..
Look at mobileye, went to IPO at 2014, with sales of only 120m anually, i know its not the same thing this is biotech and the other is vehicle but there is a resemblance
If so it means we will need to sale 100,000 bras in order to get the same revenues and maybe the same market capital which was 5B during the IPO!!!
Looks like nobody is selling right now.. must be heading north..
Another nice thing is that insurance company is involved, which means millions of bras funded by the insurance companies and which women will say no to a new technology thats funded by the insurance??
And for us it says milions of bras
I remind in us alone 39 mil mamograms are being made anually ..
You say that the clinical studies are actually part of the fda and if they have finished the next part is a desicion?
By the way you know what was the price back then 0.0186, just going back to this price will make me a new house
Thats why i wrote hope,
My first buy of llbo was 24th of july 2009 almost 8 years , i really really hope we will get answear soon...
I really hope it will help to approve soon and not cause a new delay...
