Looks like payment for order flow is staying with us.
In some ways it has been good with cheaper commissions, but If I had an order on the bid I use to get filled sometimes first, sometimes middle, and sometimes last. It use to be the bigger orders got shares first. Now I am always the last to fill no matter what. Sometimes with etrade they will fill every bid expect mine, then I will cancel thinking the price is dropping, then they fill my order a few seconds after I cancel.... dirty games the MMs play now basically using my orders as leverage.

$VIRI, grabbed some 48c. I don't think they will sell much below the offering. I didn't see warrants (usually pre-funded, i.e. free extra shares) that would lower the actual price paid per unit, but I haven't had time to look.
$VIRI, 50c, offering play (dilution play)
$2 yesterday, $8 the day before, OS 8 Million, offering 10M at 50c closes Thursday with 45 day option for 1.5 million additional shares for the underwriters.
5M volume this morning, I would expect those 10M shares being sold to go quickly and a good bounce (unless they hit with a second offering after the first is over)
Yeah, ILUS is churning in a nice uptrend. The other gainers with volume today I see over 2c besides is NUMD and XDSL.
Thanks GC. Its been a bit slowly lately with not as many OTC runners. Hopefully this fall OTC will pick back up.
$NUMD 4c, new high
$NUMD change of control, 12M float, good volume today 3c
ADTX is a nice one, I have traded it a while. Those nasdaq stocks under $1 seem to pop better than OTC lately. Trading ILUS today.
$DTGI, I got some at 13.5c, will see if it bounces.
$DTGI 17.4c on news of uplisted to Nasdaq. Weird news at that price, but moving this morning.
It is from the convertible debt from last August I suspect which came due last month.
Agreed
Management seems to understand that an r/s isn't the way here thankfully.
I agree with you. Most OTC I've been in that uplisted ran before the uplist (buy on rumor, sell on news situation). Using a R/S is normally a bad idea, most drop and a r/s--uplist combo can make a double bad whammy. I went a few months once just just trading day 1 r/s stocks, catching the bounce on the big drop day 1. If the sp can't get there on its own two feet, it is better to wait.. Also moving the sp to a big exchange, there are actual shorts. Right now the short interest is 20k probably some of that is MMs that hadn't covered the day of reporting, moving to nasdaq it will go higher/harder fight. You need to reserve $2.50 to short one share of a 36c stock, plus fees right now plus a 16% fee on IB. It isn't worth while for most traders. Raise the price to $5 and it is more enticing, which the stock could go from 20k to say 5M short interest at that price. Get there by deserving to be there the hard way without a r/s IMO. Because the last thing you need is the sp to fall below $1 after the uplist and then you have to r/s again to maintain the $1 minimum. All, imo.

I didn't understand ?
Some nice nuggets in there
I believe the talk on Thursday is about EVOSS. Their was little reaction to the EV news, any other OTC stock would be going through the roof on that news. You get that sometimes with a bear market, with delayed reaction once it goes bullish. I would like to see a prototype, drawing, whatever myself. This market it saying prove it, so I think the it would react favorable to some evidence. I found the discord link and will be listening on Thursday.
My chart has been bearish almost all year expect for a month or so at the end of March/ early April. The first sign it might turn up, the most bullish it has been other than that month at least staying at the 8 day, if we get a little unexpected positive news to push a cross to bull mode--on the one I use 8x34.
$WTRH, 41c, nice 20% bounce, scaling out some profit.
$WTRH I've traded for a while now, I got some 32c on that huge dip af.
Understood. I have no idea what is behind this strong upward trend--unlike last time in 2019-- or when it will end, though I suspect from the trend it continues upward because of the strength... how high I don't know. But I wish shareholders with high dollar average like yourself (and all shareholders for that matter) find your reward in the end, for nothing else that having to put up with the sewer that is the OTC, against strong negative push-back lately-- while supporting a drug that one day I believe will save lives really against all odds if it gets approval finally one day-- and what a story it will be if it does. All, imo.
Agreed. If you are going to invest in OTC highly volatile stock, I recommend dollar cost averaging over time slowly. I know when you first see a stock you like, it is hard no to, but it can have devastating consequences. Never go all in at a price unless you are an expert at TA & charting knowing what you are doing. I sold a house a few months ago and I’ve been wanting to rotate that into SPY for long term. Even though I think the bear could be over and it might have bottomed, I have slowly been adding patiently weekly with a two year plan to cycle it in, while the cash to cycle in waits in short term bonds, which has been hard to watch honestly.
$4 wow, I would have averaged down when it was 30c. Good luck to you.
Just broke $1, wow. We will see if it stays above. It might move faster now that flippers can’t put .0001 orders in above/below bid ask, they have to use a full penny now. So no jumping the line.
Yeah, surprising. Funny quote, I had to look it up before I recognized where it was from.
$MDWK hit 20c
Very nice 6M float, lets see if it runs like the others recently
$ASCM keeps shorting trying to drop it back down, lol.
Nice, 24M float, traded 2M today. Hopefully some of those notes had shorted ahead of their conversion expectation and will now have to cover.
Those charts all look great. I am only familiar with WRTH, I'll look at the others. WRTH has been a good one, up 50% this week. That time I put in this weekend looking at charts has really paid off, really the first time in a long time I put the work in over the weekend.
53c, very nice. Lets see if it can break that 54c
