My guess is that it will take place at the NASDAQ Marketsite for the investing public. They did this once before with the unveiling of the $6 Million Indian order from a few years ago.

Nice press in India about the Quantum Sniffers:
Inside India’s most majestic building
XPRESS, a sister publication of Gulf News
Published: 19:56 October 10, 2014
Dismissing printouts of emails, he stood silently, looking suspiciously at the large cameras on the back seat. After requests to speak to his superiors, the guard reluctantly radioed to the control room: “There are two men from ‘Gulf News’ in Dubai.”
Several anxious minutes later, the radio crackled again and the man signaled the car in through massive black cast iron gates.
Welcome to Rashtrapati Bhavan or presidential palace, India’s most majestic building – one of the best protected structures – and the largest presidential home in the world. In a rare access to a foreign publication from the Middle East, Gulf News was invited recently to visit and cover the palace where journalists and photographers require high levels of security clearance.
India's seat of power
Inside, mounted cavalry men in knee-high black boots, crisp white uniforms and blue turbans stood in front of a tall sandstone pillar known as ‘Jaipur Column’.
An unusually harsh July sun shone brightly on the forecourt overlooking North Block and South Block -- India’s seat of power and office of the prime minister. The men held sharp, long spears and kept the horses on leather leads as a military band played nearby.
The President’s Body Guard or PBG, India’s oldest army regiment founded in 1773, were ready for a change of guard ceremony. An army battalion marched by them, each one of whom are tank men and paratroopers. Every Saturday morning, this ceremony at gate number two -- one of the 37 entry points on this 330 acre property -- is witnessed by a small group of visitors.
After the change of guard ceremony, the Gulf News team was told to report at the reception, a large waiting room located three checkpoints away. At each barrier, security personnel radioed back and forth, seeking clarifications about the ‘media wale’.
When we thought our troubles were over, the duty officer at the reception bluntly said he had “no information” about Gulf News. He relented when an assistant from the presidential secretariat’s media wing showed up waving a paper. Soon after, the team was subjected to a “final” security check – a close examination of bags, belongings and bodies. Sleuths from Delhi Police swiped the bags and photo equipment with a ‘quantum sniffer’, a hand held device to detect plastic explosives.
“Sorry for all this confusion and checks, multiple security agencies are involved here,” another officer said with a warm smile, signalling towards a large glass-panel wooden door.
Finally, we were given ‘duty passes’ and ‘all clear’ stickers for the bags and our phones were kept in a locker.
What followed was a four-hour tour of the H-shaped building -- bigger than both Versailles in Paris and Buckingham in London -- once home to British viceroys and the witness to several history defining moments of pre and post independent India since 1931 when the palace was inaugurated. Our escorts from Delhi Police made it clear that presidential quarters, his study, kitchen and the guest wings are out of bounds for media.

Anyone notice how DGLY is doing today on receiving a $200,000 order from a US military base for security body cameras?
DGLY jumped 27% to $20 today on a $200,000 body-cam order from a US Military Base. Think of LLLI's potential!!
Do you know how to read an SEC Form 10-K or 10-Q?
The non-invasive, American made Quantum Sniffers detect traces of non-metallic explosives like PETN which is the preferred explosive of radical Muslim terrorists.

Mass. Man Detained After Cologne Sets Off Airport Explosive Detector
By Katie Brace, WBZ-TVSeptember 16, 2014 11:13 PM
BOSTON (CBS) – A Massachusetts man says the end to his vacation was anything but pleasant when TSA agents targeted him because of his cologne.
Jean Marie Occean, his wife, and young daughter were in the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport ready to fly back to Boston. Occean said the TSA pulled him into a separate room for additional screening when he tested positive for explosive chemicals.
He said agents eventually told him it was likely something very common that set off the sensors.
“It could be cologne. I had never heard that,” said Occean.
His cologne that was bought at a local department store could have set off the TSA’s bomb detection system.
“My wife wore cologne from France, and she didn’t get tested,” said Occean.
In a statement the TSA said in part:
“TSA’s Explosives Trace Detection (ETD) technology must be sensitive enough to detect even the slightest presence of explosives on a passenger or piece of luggage. Due to this sensitivity, on occasion, commonly used items can render a false positive alarm during screening. All ETD alarms generated from a passenger’s hands are resolved by conducting additional screening of the passenger and their accessible property.
ETD technology as part of its layered approach to security to protect the nation’s transportation networks. TSA has used ETD technology at security checkpoints around the country to screen carry-on and checked baggage as well as passengers for explosives. Since ETD is used on a random basis, passengers should not expect to see the same thing at every airport or each time they travel.”
Occean grew-up in Haiti and became a U.S. citizen last month. He rarely flies and doesn’t know when or if he’ll do it again.

Digital Ally perky as DOJ issues body-worn camera report • 12:53 PM
Stephen Alpher, SA News Editor
It doesn't take much to move Digital Ally (DGLY +8%), and the release of a Justice Department report titled, "Implementing a Body-Worn Camera Program" appears to be doing the job today.
"Body-worn cameras can help improve the high-quality public service expected of police officers and promote the perceived legitimacy and sense of procedural justice that communities have about their police departments."
Also higher, but somewhat calmer is Taser International (TASR +0.8%).
It's a beautiful day. Thank you, TSA.

Breaking Reports: Feds to investigate Ferguson, Mo., police
William M. Welch, USA TODAY 8:55 p.m. EDT September 3, 2014
The U.S. Justice Department will launch a broad civil rights investigation into the Ferguson, Mo., Police Department, media reports say.
The move goes beyond the previously announced federal investigation into the killing of an 18-year-old unarmed black man, Michael Brown, by a white Ferguson police officer, the Washington Post, CNN and NBC News reported, based on unnamed sources.
The investigation, which may be announced as early as Thursday, will examine training and practices of the Ferguson police, CNN reported, citing an unnamed Missouri official and a federal law enforcement official.
The investigation will be led by the department's Civil Rights Division following a process like that used in previous investigations of police departments, the Post reported.
Brown, who was unarmed, was shot at least six times on the afternoon of Aug. 9, and his death touched off two weeks of clashes between police and demonstrators in the small city near St. Louis. The majority of residences of Ferguson are black, and the city's police department is overwhelmingly white.
Federal investigators will look at other police departments in St. Louis County, the Post reports.
The Justice Department will also look at the practices of the county police department but in a more cooperative investigation, NBC News reported, citing an administration official.
I read where DGLY and another private firm donated wearable video cameras to the Ferguson Missouri Police Dept. I would like to see LLLI do the same thing to increase global awareness of their product.
Final Score for 9/2/14: $DGLY +80% & LLLI +110%. Do your own due diligence.
Looks like LLLI might be the next DGLY.
Sure looking like $LLLI is the next $DGLY.
