Fair Value is what is interesting to me right now. IYHO, where do you see fair market value as it sits right now for ECIG?

Actually, on second thought. IMO people. This thing is on a confirmed uptrend. You can say what you want about charts and technicals - at the end of the day numbers do not lie. And, an uptrend or a downtrend will be prevail.

In this case an uptrend and we are at the start of it IMO. Take a look at a few key things that are going on. 1) Note the area of the MFI (top graph). 2) Note the insane reversal going on with the CCI and how it looks to be balancing out - also note what the share price was the last time the CCI was in this area. 3) Look at the crossover's with the Moving Averages. (I Use 5MA, 10EMA, 15EMA - IMO with heavily traded tickers you can see the trend begin quicker) Blue, Red, White is what you want to see for a confirmed uptrend! 4) Look at the KST (bottom graph) for this first time since the summer now only are we above the baseline, the separation/divergence from the (red) line is growing each day.

These are all very positive signs!

Funny, I was just going to write a new note to Carni about this. Well, I guess 90 days starts today? What is the Avg. processing time right now? Let's assume the paperwork went in this AM.

Just looking at the chart(s). It looks like it could fall off of a cliff at any moment right now.

While I understand that - Surely, you could agree the time-table on this is a little extended. Even with a potential mis-print or mis-spelling. I don't have the exact numbers but i know they have been posted on here. Within the 90 day processing time the avg. time is somewhere around 30-40 days? So if that is avg. and, assuming there was a problem with our's. Such a mis-spelling or something nominal like this. Couldn't we assume that within another 30-40 days after that it would have been completed? Which btw would have been 60-80 days...

I think we are at Day 89 - If in fact the paperwork was submitted when we assume it was. In which, we have to elude to probable date of paper work submission thru deductive reasoning. Because, we receive little to any clarity to what is going on within the company. Which, again I understand they do not have to say anything. But then again - they do choose to say some things, such as: Partnering with industry specialist, BIG TENT & brining on music industry moguls, etc.

So here we are using deductive reasoning and logic to think if the company has the time and ability to put such PRs on what they are going to do to advertise said product. One, would think they would put out just as much if not more PRs on where they are with said product. Right?

The chart for NHMD looks not inviting for longs or any change in direction for that matter. IMO, it will go lower before going on another run.

Everyone on this board (Excluding the regular's) should take the time to read all the posts on the TEXX board from 2014 to present (and, earlier if you really have the time).

You begin to see the whole picture of this seemingly never ending saga of fraud and deception.

Well after reading all posts since late 2013 on this board - I have a new view on everything that has been discussed over on DKTS and have a more complete picture. And, of course i have more questions too... And, I ask & hope you could take the time to answer for me SCM...

1) I should have read all of this before getting involved. Lesson learned - to be fair I was researching Besado Tequilla/ Top Shelf Brands not it's past...

2) Who currently owns and/or produces Tequila Distinguido?

3) Does DKTS technically own TEXX? Via, name changes and mergers? Or, did that never happen?

4) Who is Lou? And, what is/was his role within Top Shelf Brands and with Alonzo Pierce?

5) I have several e-mail inquiries with reply's from Lou in regards to TEMN/DKTS - would it be worth it for me to post on here?

6) What is the future of DKTS right now? It is obviously a complete mess after reading everything here. Is it a complete scam? Or, is it a real company attempting to make business - just with a lot of attached drama right now?

7) IYHO, do common shareholders of TEMN/DKTS over the past year have any legal options of this complete mess - that they did not know they were getting involved with?
