If logic works the market should be scientific. However, market always is beyond retail prediction. Especially timing.
So, if you think BAA should increase finally you don't need to time your buying time.
I saw institute investor buying BAA Friday.
Although trades both at Canada and USA were thin on the past Friday the heavy buying at both Canada and USA occurred at 11:28. So, I believe those buying were not from retail because they occurred exactly the same time.
If my trades work out I'm looking at 10X returns across the board (BAA inclusive)
If BAA thinks it can survive through this downturn, why does it want to sell for cheap? Now BAA has a $1.7 book value and I don't think it wants to sell lower than $10. But $10 is priced excessively high given the current gold price
Did you buy BAA and sell other gold companies such as MD* recently?
Gold price low is not good for BAA price in short term but good for BAA competition in long term. That is why BAA price keeps stable while gold price and other gold companies go down.
As a long term big BAA investor I am happy with the gold price continuously decreased because it will make high cash cost companies disappear, no matter big or small, no matter ABX or your loved MD*
After a major portion of high cash cost gold companies disappear gold production and supply will significantly decrease, then gold price will surge and the survived low cash cost companies such as our BAA will be big. Finally we will be rich!
I forget to mention. Yesterday Canada market BAA volume suddenly increased. And today, Canada market volume is huge, the volume far more than average daily volume in less than one hour trading and the price surged 8%.
We will have a good holiday and US market tomorrow will make BAA above $0.2
I believe management and BAA institute investors will make BAA price above $0.2 before de-list dead line.
Yesterday, I noticed that big buying occurred at the same time in the US market and the Canada market, that means the buying not from the retails.
shares are dried for a long time now, and the price is stable between $0.17 and $0.18 for 20 days from November 6 to now, no matter what is gold price. The management said their focus is increasing share price from now on. So, I believe they will make BAA above $0.2 next week by their buying and the Europe conference event.
To make BAA price aboe $0.2 is not a difficult job. 1M shares buying can do so because BAA shares are in strong hands already for a while.
I bought 100K shares Tuesday, but paid higher price ($0.18) than yesterday because it is difficult to fill big orders.
For BAA friend again
Be careful!
As I said yesterday. "If the company will offer new shares the company and its proxy bank will manipulate AEZS price higher and higher and the price will reach $10 in short time." My target is surpassed now.
Today's AEZS volume and price action may indicate that AEZS and its proxy bank are selling new offers while they are manipulating price. Today total volume exceeds 8M, more than the 6.5M total share outstanding and it looks not normal traders action. So we may get company announcement about share offering amount and price recently after the company and its proxy bank finish selling the offers. I personally already transferred my profit into BAA for another 100K BAA shares today.
If the company announces a new offering price will be lower than $4 in short time. So keeping watch closely.
As a BAA friend, I would like to warn you that selling or shorting AEZS after the RS is dangerous. Thinking AEZS decreasing after RS is against the real AEZS market and only coming from the scared retails. I have many reasons to say so.
1, if institutions or big AEZS investors want to sell their position or shorting they should do so long time before the RS because the RS decision was announced long time ago. It means no much big selling off or shorting will come from these investors.
2, Due to the scary RS decision, many AEZS lovers decided selling or shorting AEZS before the RS and then buying back after the smoke settled. It means Buying pressure was building up for a long time.
3, B warrant is close to complete, investors who are concerned of B warrant will rejoin AEZS market. It means more AEZS investors who were side-watchers will put more buying pressure on AEZS.
4, After the RS, the higher AEZS price will allow institutions to buy while before the RS, the low AEZS forced some institutions must sell. It means institutions may also put some buying pressure on AEZS.
5, As many investors noticed, AEZS cash in hand is more than its market capital. So the 2 phase 3 trials got minus valuation. It is unbelievably undervalued. So, some new investors will try to take the risk/award. It means even more buying pressure.
6, Some people here mentioned AEZS will offer new shares after the RS. If so, the AEZS price will manipulate higher and higher by the company and the proxy banks before they do so because the company and the proxy banks want to get as many as profits with as little as shares offered. If you check all of offering from all of companies, the price always are manipulated very high before an offering.
So, it is very possible AEZS will be over $10 in short time
I don't think he will be back because BAA is stable for a long time now. He is just interested in stocks with continuously decreasing price such as AEZS, RCAP and GBSN, not interested in fundamental such as our BAA.
I never think that high, but it became true.
How profitable miners mine at DRC!
The net income from one mine of Tangaza will be $0.16 per share yearly ($0.04x4) at a such low gold price condition, almost equal to BAA stock price $0.18.
Now we can imagine the net income when Namoya going to commercial.
The Namoya impairment is just a clean-up of the build-up of costs from balance sheet such as financing cost, dividend/interest, and pre-commercial operational lost.
You will make a different mistake as you did on MD*. On MD* situation, you overestimated its value which led you lost all of your investment in it. while on BAA situation you underestimate its value which will lead you lose all of your BAA shares if you have any, or lose your money if you are shorting.
I am not sure pog will go how low because we cannot predict the powerful pog manipulation. However, BAA situation is clear and nobody can stop its price rising in the near future.
Let me analyze for you where BAA is now and where it will go .
1, Did you realize the Wall Street Journal article "How a BlackRock Bet on African Gold Lost Its Lusterat"? When it was just out many people thought BAA would crush, but it did not. When POG decreased $100 in the past weeks and almost all of miners crushed, but BAA just did a slightly consolidation. You may wonder Why? The answer is: real investors know what value BAA has. So, you just waste your time here for scaring people away from BAA because real BAA investors are not traders and they don't care "trade well". My experience for buying BAA recently is that if you want buy big amount of BAA you cannot get fully filled even you slap the ask.
2, Did you find any insiders of other junior miners buy company stocks at the current bad POG market? The answer is No! however, BAA insiders do continuously. If you look at 'BAA.to' you will find there is no shares there for insiders to pick up. Now, price at 'BAA.to' has a premium over 'BAA'. So we are lucky that we can buy BAA here with lower price than insiders pay.
3, Investors loving junior miners is a group of people, like you and me. Did you find many junior miners have troubles recently?, For example, RBY and your MD*. When these junior miner investors experienced crush like RBY and MD* they will find a new junior to invest. Can you find a better junior miner than BAA for them? Your answer must be NO!
My time is limited, but if you need more I will write later.
I am excited!
The Wall Street Journal article "How a BlackRock Bet on African Gold Lost Its Luster" made me added another 85K shares of BAA.
Although the attitude of the article is negative the facts mentioned are greatly positive.
1, "In Cinjira, a mountaintop village built for people displaced by Banro Corp.’s industrial gold-mining operation in eastern Congo, residents dig gold ore from the hillside and use a series of small ponds to separate out the gold, in contrast to industrial methods Banro uses in its mine nearby"
This indicates how rich in gold BAA mines are.
2, "A man digs ore from the mountainside beneath his village. While Banro uses industrial methods in its mine in the background, these ‘artisanal’ miners carry buckets of ore uphill on their heads to bring it to their processing area and work it by hand"
This indicates how effective BAA gold processing is, so the profit must be great.
3, "In Cinjira, ‘artisanal’ miners use water to separate gold from dirt. They say they hand-mix mercury into the concentrated ore—it binds to the gold, making it easier to extract"
This indicates how easy extraction of gold around BAA mines is
4, "a bulldozer working on a Banro waste pile dislodged a rock that struck 16-year-old Bukuze Kabalabala, who died hours later, say locals. Villagers stormed Banro’s gate. “It created an enormous animosity,” says Crispin Mutwedu, a Banro employee in Congo who handles community relations. He says he offered Ms. Kabalabala’s father two cows’ value and that they settled on $16,000, about eight cows’ value"
No matter it is true or not, accidents are normal for mining. but it indicates how economic and easy to deal with accident in Congo.
5, "A new Banro mine, in Namoya, was on a jungle road that militia leader William Yakutumba says he controlled. Last year, a United Nations committee reported, his militia attacked villages and boats, stealing money and raping women. A Banro contractor agreed to pay Mr. Yakutumba’s men to let their drivers pass, say people involved in the convoys.
Mr. Clarke wrote: “At no time did Banro ever pay money, or pay tolls, or provide any favour to ANY armed rebel, to gain some sort of road access.”
Mr. Yakutumba says his group helped Banro workers travel the route but “never taxed Banro"
It indicates BAA gets reputation even from militia or armed rebel, so unrest in Congo does not affect BAA.
6, "In Twangiza, tensions continued. On May 29, Ishara Chasinga, then 18, left home and saw protesters blocking Banro’s gate. Villagers say a Banro truck and mine police pulled up.
“They just got off the car and started shooting,” said Mr. Chasinga five days later at the hospital.
A bullet pierced his leg, he said, showing his bandaged thigh. Protests continued for two days. Mr. Clarke in July said the shot was a warning and hit Mr. Chasinga accidentally, but was “inexcusable.”"
It indicates how powerful BAA is.
7, "Starting in 2010, after the government approved Banro’s plan to mine near Katombwe, about 1,000 people were relocated from a fertile hillside where Banro would build its mine to Cinjira, a barren mountaintop. Cinjira residents say crops won’t grow well there.
Banro built homes, a market and a water system for the displaced. It provided some with cash compensation. Banro’s Mr. Clarke wrote that the relocation “was voluntary,” that Banro didn’t choose the relocation spot and that “the Cinjira site was chosen by the community.”
Cinjira residents say police came to their homes and said they must leave. The local government leader, Esperance Barahanyi, says an official from Congo’s capital made the site decision."
It indicates how favorable to gold mining and BAA Congo policy makers are.
I believe many institutions and retails will be attracted to BAA after they read this article.

I did, but it asks me to register. However, when I register and give all of my real information, it still always says information is not correct.
Please copy and paste the BAA information from Canadianinsider website because this website does not allow me to access.

you can make that happens or you can sell at that price as many as you want, but you may not have the chance to buy at that price.
Although price down, it is difficult to buy shares over 10K even you increase bid price above the ask price because shares are really dried out.
Yesterday, I put 48000 shares bid at $0.1955 at 2:20 pm, but the ask price was only $0.1923 with a couple of hundreds shares. However it took almost a full one hour to complete the fill until 3:14 pm.
After filling my order, the market traded less than 5000 shares total until market closed.
So, if you want to buy, waiting is not a good strategy. It seems buyers are sealing BAA shares into their accounts.
miss you, guy.
When you come it always means bottom and then gain starts.
we need 60% production, that means about 18Koz/Q.
Based on BAA management, they want to build "
Building a Premier African Gold Mining Company
If BAA can survive itself it may not want to share its permits with others at the current low gold price
Great! because he is An Independent director, so has no relationship to BAA, except he knows BAA operation very well. Also He has a strong mining background:
MAURICE COLSON
Independent Director at Banro corporation
Demographic info
Canada | Mining & Metals
Current
Independent Director at Banro corporation
Past
president. Past at Hornby Bay Mineral Exploration, Lead. Director at .Loncor Resources, Founder and Chairman at Lithium One
Education
University of Oxford, McGill University, Loyola of montreal
But he is supposed not qualified to buy BAA shares. Does anybody know Canada rules different?
An Independent director (also sometimes known as an outside director) is a director (member) of a board of directors who does not have a material or pecuniary relationship with company or related persons, except sitting fees. Independent Directors do not own shares in the company.
Legal requirements[edit]
US[edit]
The NYSE and Nasdaq stock exchange standards for independent directors are similar. Both require that "a majority of the board of directors of a listed company be 'independent,'"[3] Both allow compensation for directors of $120,000/year or less (as of August 2008).[4])
The NYSE states:
"no director qualifies as 'independent' unless the board of directors affirmatively determines that the director has 'no material relationship' with the listed company, either directly or as a partner, shareholder or officer of an organization that has a relationship with the company."[5]
Did you release that toxic snake from your hand?
Old BAA holders will be replaced by new BAA holders mostly.
As BAA price increases some old holders will gradually take profit and hope buying back later at lower price.
But they may have no chance to do so.
First, you need think who will sell you back at lower price if your BAA shares were absorbed by institutions. Remember, BAA shares are limited to 250 MM, if some shares are held for some time by these new buyers we will be short of shares quickly on the market.
Second, you sell your shares because you witnessed the share price increased 50% from $0.15 to %0.225 in couples of days. So, you think Wow 50% profit in days! However, the new buyers just found BAA now as I first found BAA when it was $0.7, so I thought (they must also think) Wow BAA is so cheap but with a tremendous potential. So, you think BAA is overbought now, but new buyers think BAA is so undervalued now.
Third, you think BAA did not reach its prediction in Q3 because you know very well for BAA detail, however, new buyers will think Wow BAA production increases so quickly Q over Q because they don't have memory data for them to be picky.
thanks, tex should read it
AEZS is not a lottery ticket, but a toxic snake not for hold
In a more recent post, I recall you posting 55K
Before your guess was 45K, not 47K. You just changed to 47K recently. 47K is not purely guess and my calculation lower end is also close to it.
yes, we all read line by line and understand them word by word. Do you want we teach you a little?
It seems your information source too slow, so you are not eligible to do any work that is time sensitive.
Sure! BAA holders will witness an uneducated to try to stop an accelerating running train
All of BAA holders knew that months ago, please pull some real fears out of your brain. You, a new comer, are welcome. But, don't do anything stupid before you fully understand BAA. It looks like that today's 11% increase makes you nervous.
