I wish I could say for certain coop, but until filings it's just a best guess. I would like to think they are close based on trading summaries.
I am compiling them and will include, date, company, $ amount, then shares issued if they were issued shares. Some were issued shares more than once, so I'll include them as a company group but still put different date and shares then total for that company. I don't know if I'll get it done by the end of this weekend but going to try.
Going to be one heck of a month coming in my opinion, docg
Yep! Maybe that's why we see so many amendments!
With what is going on now perhaps we will see things more clearly defined with some current filings - hopefully.
Rickn, I had couple minutes so decided to look for where I saw REDG wholly owned subsidiaries of active media and comic genesis.
It was in 10k for aug. 31, 2013 year.
here's the link:

ITEM 7. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION AND RESULTS OF OPERATION
The following discussion and analysis should be read in conjunction with our
financial statements, including the notes thereto, appearing elsewhere in this
Annual Report.
PRINCIPLES OF CONSOLIDATION
We operate under the name of Red Giant Entertainment, Inc. and our wholly owned subsidiaries Active Media, LLC and ComicGenesis, LLC. The companies have been incorporated for the intentions of developing brand names. The wholly owned companies are inactive. Any activities of these subsidiaries or holdings have been included in our consolidated financial statements, with elimination of any intercompany accounts and transactions.
docg
Thanks Rickn. There is another one that said both but weren't active. Thought that was strange. I don't have time to check right now but will look again tonight. All the other filings did show what you posted here, it was just one that said both were - I should've posted when I saw it but was focused on just getting material formatted.
Either way the Benny Powell connection is there regardless.
Check out helpful links at the bottom of the page.
thanks - hopefully when people bring up points about info that is in question we can say look on the info page instead of the filings. Obviously they are just condensed versions but hopefully the meaty stuff is there.
There was something I forgot to share though that just came to mind about Active Media. In a 2014 filing I think it is - I'll have to double check, but it said Active Media and Comicgenesis were wholly owned subsidaries of REDG. That aspect is a hot button topic here and I just forgot to share earlier. docg.
Ratings in the apple app store are somewhat of a guarded secret but here is short summary from a very good article about how they come up with the ranking.
While neither Apple nor Google have revealed specifics about how they calculate search rankings, it is generally accepted that both app store algorithms factor in:
Average app store rating
Rating/review volume
Download and install counts
Uninstalls (what retention and churn look like for the app)
App usage statistics (how engaged an app's users are and how frequently they launch the app)
Growth trends weighted toward recency (how daily download counts changed over time and how today's ratings compare to last week's)
Keyword density of the app's landing page (Ian did a great job covering this factor in a previous Moz post)
Deconstructing the app store rankings article from Moz.com May 2015

Interesting Tlsmd - check out the bottom of our intro page now.
I had already added the A/S and O/S as well as R/S including how to contact Pacific Stock Transfer, then I just saw your message.
So, for everyone interested - I added a small spot at the bottom of the intro that will have an updated share structure list. I'll try to update at least every two weeks and maybe every week if I remember to call at the end of the day on friday.
Still thinking, with so many new eyes coming this way soon it would again be helpful in making a decision as to buying in or passing on.
take care, docg
Happy 4th for those in the states.
Rickn, I will completely agree on the point of non-comic readers. I would fit there. I was not an avid reader at all, and it's funny though that the reasons you like comixology and not powfolio are the reasons I don't like comixology. I can't stand the guided reader, but I suggested adding it as an option for a person to use on POW. Also suggested offering the download option as well as a couple others and that might be down the road according to a Facebook post.
I have a buddy who's similar to me as a comic reader but has a android tablet and loved it on the tablet. Said you don't have to zoom at all, it reads as though it's the actual comic.
The guy who reviewed made a good point about the digital museum stuff, it's all in one spot, more convenient.
At this point only a few days into android version and 2 months into iOS - going to be interesting seeing how it progresses. I really hope they meet some requests that the avid readers like yourself have requested and for us casual readers. And of course more content, they have silver and bronze age still to load. So, we'll see.
Hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday. Docg
POWfolio world ranking summary from appannie.com iOS version right now, but should have Android rankings to track by the end of next week in appannie.
POWfolio in iOS free/books category has been listed in the app store since May 5th and since that time it has:
Been ranking in the top 100 for 23 countries
Top 500 for 54 countries
and Top 1000 for 62 countries
I tried copy and pasting but obviously the formatting didn't work. I'm leaving just so people can check out the countries that are listed. enjoy - thedocg

Thanks Tlsmd, one thing I forgot but will get done by Tuesday is making sure quick links are there to download POWfolio from app store and Google play. Want people to have easy access to test the product for themselves. Good weekend to you, docg.
That's a good idea getting the schedule in there and a quick edit when I have time.
Yes, notes will be a little time, but I think now that they are all in one spot I should be able to get them compiled fairly quick in comparison.
Thanks Rickn, ya it was some time for sure. I thought about just doing the final amended but changed my mind again due to just wanting all the information available in one spot. It's still some work for sure, but hopefully it will be more useful having it here instead of digging on edgar, and now I'll just add as they go.
Honestly as far as warrants I can't remember, but there are a few filings that summarize them pretty well and they are listed there. My next task was compiling just the notes.
Still have a little tweaking to do but just hoping it was better.
Thanks, docg
POWfolio to those wondering is the number 1 comic book reader app in the app store (free/books category) They are number 13 as of right now overall for free books category, but that changes daily. But is is pretty safe to say they have been #1 since the end of May. They lost it a couple times to Marvel and Manga Rock but then bounced back up right away.
Next week I'll be able to track it for Android using appannie.com analytics and will share here. docg
The complete history of REDG from SEC filings is now completed in a condensed form on our info page. I moved it from the top to the bottom to not deter from the products now in play - especially POWfolio now available in both Android and iOS devices.
I included every filing instead of being selective. So, there is literally every filing REDG has ever made in our info page - in fact there is more because I decided to go back to the point Benny Powell our CEO was on the board at Castmor, which then was transferred to REDG.
I also reformatted some of the other information - sorry Mr/Green for taking out a few things. with the amount of space the SEC info was taking I felt we needed to condense some.
Hopefully everyone will find using the condensed form much easier to go back through and find information - especially the major issue of notes - all notes listed from the filings is now on our info page.
With all the eyes coming here in the very near future I wanted to get this done as soon as possible.
have a great holiday weekend for those in the states and canada. thedocg
Quick post regarding android numbers. Sorry I can't post link yet but will later. Just wanted to share that with a quick search I found that it takes roughly 2-4 days for numbers to post on new app, then it's roughly every 2 days once it starts to update. But the milestone numbers will only show 5+ downloads up to 100. I'll get more details later when I have some time. Docg
Not yet coop, going to be doing some checking. Still can't believe it got released this fast! Have a good weekend, docg
Thanks rickn for getting the full release out and linked. I was on my phone and just saw the tweet and wanted to at least get news out for those who wanted to follow up. I didn't even get a chance to get into things until a little while ago.
I'm going to post later in regards to POWfolio and android release so I won't bog things down here.
One thing is we will now be able to track a range of download numbers. Should be interesting.
Today certainly brought out some lively discussion and with this release it should be even more interesting. take care, docg
Powfolio just launched live on android! Docg
Thanks Rickn, yes, definitely possibility if he's trying to get his money as fast as possible. Only insiders will know for sure until we get it in a filing. So in the mean time we make our best guesses. I'll be glad when I get this formatting done and everyone can just look on the info page instead of digging. Not that it makes my day to see all the notes, but at least it will be here to haggle over instead of buried.
btw, hopefully you are getting a little more material that suits your liking in POWfolio. good day, thedocg
Well this is an interesting day. An increase of 685,600,000 O/S, which appears were immediately dropped. All kinds of speculation of course but until the filing is done it is all guesses. the one aspect that can be done without a filing is Oceana requesting additional shares and then turning around and selling to get their money. They were given 200 million for sure from the filing, but past there it not clear because they didn't have to be registered, they could just request and REDG would need to transfer the request until they were paid in full. Again, it's just a guess because they could be already paid and we don't know for sure.
Bottom line is it has increased, as some expected would most likely happen, and debt conversions are being done.
Products are in play and it's a matter of time to see where this plays out. Some have strong opinions it's a lost cause, some feel confident it's a matter of time with the quality of products and just waiting for verification of revenues through a filing.
Up to everyone to play as they see fit.
Here's a more positive development in terms of POWfolio.
I just noticed in Appannie that it reached a top 1000 overall app in one country Guyana (969) and (22) in free books category for the same country. Doesn't seem significant but this is top 1000 overall. Still a milestone in my opinion - but will it move the pps - no probably not. Have to stay tuned for that news.
As yesterday it was top 100 in 5 countries, top 500 in 13, and top 1000 in 21 counties for the free books category. Each day are added downloads and increases to the revenue stream (which is debatable depending on who you ask).
Zwagbox info video is just under 9,000 views so at least it is getting noticed and continuing to grow.
POWfolio by the way is really ramping up the updates in social media. So it was appear as more material gets loaded they will continue to push the product and perhaps unload some major news at Comic-con regarding other publishers. All speculation in my opinion of course.
Lastly, I apologize for not getting the rest of the info page in place, just been too jammed. Still working on it, but one good thing about them not doing much filing after December 2015 is it will pretty quick from there. I'm getting close so hopefully soon. Then everyone will see the notes for themselves right on the info page.
good day everyone, thedocg
POWfolio has been pretty steady for those wondering.
Appannie rankings have ranged from 12 to over 20 countries in the top 1000 for iOS free/books category apps. It has been a top 100 app in the range of 1 - 5 on average. As of yesterday it was a top 100 in 4 different counties - the U.S. 20, Uruguay 29, Nepal 79, Antiqua and Barbuda 98.
It held the #1 comic reader app for over a month and now it's in and out depending on the day and flops between Marvel, Manga Rock, and POWfolio.
We do not have anything for the Android version because it is in beta stage.
If the timeline follows the iOS, it will be in full release for Comic-con.
In regards to Advertisers. it is through an ad network and the network determines who gets what ads usually based on location and demographics.
Just a quick glimpse you'll get Walmart, Amazon, Mobile Strike, Accuweather, just to name a few. On top of those you will get ads from some local businesses in your area if they've signed in to be included with the ad network. They are all pre-boxed - REDG doesn't have to go and find them, they sign up with the ad network and the ad network delivers the ads for your app.
The app itself is still loading Publishers and uploads titles and issues daily. They've hit 50 total publishers to be exact. The largest title and issue content is within Golden Age while the moderns have as low as 1 title (only one publisher has just 1) up to 39 titles. Within the titles there are multiple issues for some titles.
They started with roughly 18 publishers I think less than 2 months ago and now it is at 50 and still climbing.
good day everyone, thedocg
Updated info page up to Jan. 2014 - still more to come.
Also added August ZWAGbox image showing theme for that month.
Extremely busy so not able to check in too often.
have a good day everyone, thedocg
Thanks OBE, it was a long one! Greatly appreciated. GLTU as well! Docg
Thanks, Hoping so coop. July zwag actually shops first week of August if they follow the cratejoy timeline recommendation. Sorry on my phone so can't get the link right now. Docg
I just updated the info page and decided to load as much of the reformatted company history as I had done. I'm up to May 2013 now. Still hope I can get done over the weekend because I will be having another section strictly for all the notes that have been issued (as can be found in the filings) and the court settlements with links to their respective documents.
I really want to get this all in place ahead of mid July because in my opinion we will definitely have a lot more eyes on here and it will help those coming to be more efficient at doing their DD. I'm not hiding anything or boasting about anything - I'm simply trying to get the information as easily accessible as possible to help others make their decisions.
I have not wavered in my sentiment regarding REDG with what is coming in less than month now. And seeing August's theme in place means they have their ducks in a row to deliver. YES those who have been here know we've been here before - the late great Yogi Berra would say, "It's de ja vu all over again". Well I have a much better feeling than at any other time since I've been in from 2014.
let me know what you think about the new info I added at the beginning - and also if you see typos/dates off please let me know and i'll fix them.
thanks, and have a good weekend everyone, thedocg
Thanks Tlsmd. I'm going to fix the format on the rest then I figured I'd put it on the info page so it's always easy to look over. Thanks again! Docg

His television, marketing and advertising materials for Dynetech properties led the company to grow to become the second-largest company in Orlando during his tenure. He then started two separate marketing companies which have proven successful. Over the years, Benny Powell has also handled ghost-writing for numerous
national best-selling books in both fiction and non-fiction through his company, Active Media. These books have garnered praise by critics and readers as well as earning numerous awards. I decided to reformat my REDG history using the filings so it would be easier to follow. I noticed the dates didn't stand out as I wanted and instead of leaving out some filings for example late filing notice, I decided to put all the filings in. Sorry for this long message but lots to say regarding what I'm trying to do and also the role as a moderator.
I will post the history reformat in my next post. I hope my format looks better and easier to follow. You will see the date followed by the report then parenthesis with the period ending date and a short note that I put together highlighting the main point of that particular filing. Underneath is the link to the filing in edgar. I then copied and pasted directly from the SEC filing. I am not trying to make up anything or direct anyone to think one way or another. I just wanted something more accessible for everyone to see, especially new people who may want more information without having to go through all the filings in edgar.
Of course there may be info that people thing would be important and I may not have copied it over, but like I said, I'm just trying to get a brief aspect of the filing and if people want more then they can just go to the link.
In some cases there won't be any copied and pasted material such as correspondence or SEC uploads.
Unfortunately I only have the new format up to April 2013. Hopefully I'll bet the rest by the weekend.
I also have all the notes in there. Some of those are longer because I didn't want to cut anything off, that way anyone wanting to see about past notes will be able to see everything that is listed from the filings.
Since becoming a moderator I have to apologize, I don't think I've lived up to the standard from the handbook. as it states here:
About Message Boards and the Moderators' Role
The principle objective of the iHub message boards is to maintain a high signal-to-noise ratio while encouraging the exchange of all points of view. Moderators are an important part of making our message boards beneficial to all participants and readers. Moderating a stock-specific board, particularly those which are controversial due to many divergent perspectives or newsworthy events, can be a challenging and time consuming role. The time and effort expended by our Members who volunteer their time to fulfill this valuable role is greatly appreciated and our Moderators should be treated with the respect they deserve for donating their time and efforts to the collective benefit of our community. Company-specific boards are the lifeblood of iHub. The Moderators' role is simple to define for company-specific boards:
To promote the civil exchange of on-topic dialog that complies with the Investors Hub Terms of Service.
It is no accident that neither the above definition nor the Terms of Service makes mention of investment sentiment, shareholder interests, or considerations such as "the good of the company." That is because the TOS are blind to investment sentiment. In order to be a successful Moderator and conduct a board within the scope of iHub's TOS, it is critical that Moderators distinguish their role and privileges as Moderator from their role and privileges as a posting Member. That is often easier said than done, particularly on active boards with both the typical and atypical controversy.
At the same time, Board Moderators are entitled and encouraged to express their investment sentiment in the same manner as any other Member; by participating in the dialog. However; insofar as their Moderator privileges are concerned, it is not the Moderators’ role to dictate bullish or bearish sentiment, to command the "tone" of the content be along any particular investment sentiment, or to favor one investment sentiment over another when removing or restoring messages.
It is also not the Moderators’ role to remove posts on the basis of "truth" or "accuracy". Readers determine the veracity of the posts they read and the credibility of other Posters. If a Moderator disagrees with another Member’s post they have the same recourse as any other User; to ignore the post, or to challenge it with a post of their own focusing on the information, not the other Poster.
In short, the role of the Moderator is to help foster an environment that promotes and encourages posting of ALL opinions and information about companies, regardless of the bullish or bearish sentiment of the posts, and to be the site’s first line of defense in ensuring we remain free of spam, vulgarity, and personal attacks.
As a moderator it states we are "not" supposed to "dictate bullish or bearish sentiment", which I guess can be difficult when one feels the company is more likely to tank, or more likely to run based on our opinions, DD, experience, etc...
I never claim to be perfect or that I won't make mistakes, but my intent hopefully will come through and that is to help people learn about REDG and they can make their own decisions - especially with the latest developments.
If you made it this far - thanks. thedocg
Markiplier has feature article with Variety.
http://variety.com/2016/digital/news/markiplier-youtube-video-games-1201797378/
I'm on my phone so I'm not sure if the link will work. If it doesn't just copy and paste it in the browser to get to the article.
A very good article that shows how things developed for him and some plans for the future.
Markiplier reach is extremely large and his connections are significant in my opinion.
Also, the Android beta is very smooth! We are one month a way as has been mentioned. Full android and iOS in time for comic-con. Also markiplier selling posters and signing autographs to bring more attention. This will be the biggest event for REDG in terms of growth because, as I've said already, this is the first time products/revenue streams are already in play.
Looking forward - good day - docg.
Something more positive - I just received my POWfolio Android Beta from Glowdot! Docg
Yes, SooS, I only had time to just the first part of the company. I have them all listed in the format I just shared in those previous posts. That's why I want to get them on the info page, including what you have here because I do agree to we have to have a knowledge of all these aspects to make a good decision.
Some may not want to invest based on the past regardless of the present - I am not one of them, but I am trying to get that information for others to make the best decision for themselves. Having it condensed on the info page with the links I figured would help at least. Docg
All due respect duke, these were copied and pasted directly from each of the filings with the exception of the headings for each one. All the info below the dates and the filings they have come from are completely copied and pasted, so if there is a mistake it's a mistake in the filing. You're making a point for me though - instead of always saying it's in the filings you would do this board a good service to source your information like I try and do.
First official note - but notice that Benny Powell CEO used his shares to secure the note.

Tlsmd, thanks for getting this out. My time has been very limited lately and appreciate the followup you provide. Part of my company history info should help clear up some of the guessing of things, or at least make it easier to find things if others want to do some DD more efficiently than reading every single filing since the beginning in June of 2012 - see my little example in my next post. Yes, I read every single one. And i've also read the settlements of Oceana and most recently Hoppel. I've rebutted quite a few posts in the past and get tired of it honestly because it does detract from what is going on right now.
We have a long ways to go, there is no doubt about it - getting filings current is an absolute must and those first ones I am sure are not going to be pretty because they will be the catch up ones. We probably won't see the strong revenue numbers for POWfolio, Zwagbox, and Markiplier Comic until at least October. The best numbers will be 4th quarter because that should have Zwagbox for all 4 months of Markiplier plus POWfolio with Android full released for a few months as well.
The major headache here is it's the OTC and the majority what a play and move on and REDG will no doubt be a play in my opinion - but it's hard to determine the runs right now until more concrete news, financials/numbers gets released.
Glad you are back posting by the way, much better having you here to help provide extra information and support for what REDG is about today.
all the best my friend, thedocg
Knowmystuff - interesting play here it seems - thanks. thedocg - sorry no pm to respond.
Sorry for not posting as much lately. Been extremely busy and honestly, not much to go over now that all the products are in play and it's really just the countdown to comic con (Markiplier in stores, Zwagbox is for sure closed to the first month's orders then shipped first week of August, POWfolio Android version full release hopefully by that time.)
No mystery that financials getting current still needs to happen, but seeing some great products in the hands of consumers next month should help some. Obviously getting current and showing month over month solid revenues will be a much bigger impact - but it is one step closer now that Real products are here.
I'm still finishing the company history bio to go with our intro for new investors especially. I did update many other aspects to try to get more streamlined. I definitely want to have the new intro done in the next week or two so it is before comic con and potentially some very big news to add to the product line.
I need to thank Mr/Green for all the hard work getting our page updated previously - it is definitely some work and it's been appreciated. My changes are not meant to take away from all that work. I was just trying to help streamline the visuals and update some numbers.
I added all the Markiplier covers for everyone to see in one spot as well.
Let me know if you see anything messed up or some suggestions to make it a solid intro page.
thanks, good evening to everyone, thedocg
Sorry should clarify. I don't disagree in the cover if they truly have the fines, but we just don't know for sure without the filings. I do believe this is a significant dent in the convertible shares, unless hoppel is selling down here, then he'd get more if that is the case.
Either way - huge bid is good.
Yes, you are correct it only represents 65k. But isn't this a more positive sign to have at least 5x more for bid then ask? I don't disagree it won't cover it all, but certainly helps having it now then not having it. Docg
