Thanks Rickn. There is another one that said both but weren't active. Thought that was strange. I don't have time to check right now but will look again tonight. All the other filings did show what you posted here, it was just one that said both were - I should've posted when I saw it but was focused on just getting material formatted.

Either way the Benny Powell connection is there regardless.
