"Could they have a massive worldwide promo planned out"
You must be thinking of the massive ad campaign that Pillay claimed was coming for the online payment thingy.
As we know that turned out to be nothing but bull.
"FBI is wrapping up the investigation into the 125 brokers in all countries that were engaged in selling air on this.
So with PYCT completely cleared and audited (3rd party confimed) dtcc blessing on the short numbers..."
This is the PYCT board. According to available information what you're posting doesn't apply here, you sure you're not posting about another stock?
The only one talking about an FBI investigation and a confirmed short number from the DTC is you.
Why is that?
Your link takes me directly to an unchanged website.
I sure hope they haven't been working on it.
Website is up and unchanged.
"it still has plastic and it's just one more step that the average woman will not take."
They won't take? LOL They "take it" every time they purchase the standard pads sold by the major brands which they've done for years- even after being given an alternative.
And you proved that Eenee was using Flushaway's products? Please provide a link.
Next you'll be claming that when Kotex had flushable pads they were using Flushaway's. lol
The mod is right here reading the discussion about Flushaway and its competitors.
Poor Eenee Eco. They're now going to get attacked here simply because they have a similar product. lol
Or I should say they're working on samples of a similar product. Or course it looks like Eenee's are only on Oz while Flushaway is supposedly going to be available around the world, the moon and a couple of Jupiter's moons.

"a pinksheet stock selling to any branch of the government is massive"
It didn't seem too massive for CES in the past- and they weren't even a Pink.
At least CES had a bit a credibility- I can't see any form of the US government entering into an agreement with a company in the shape PYCT is in.
Believe it or not even the government has its standards.
"If you don't what anyone to believe the isn't"
Interesting thought. Care to expound?
"PayChest IR Tom Hands has said that he has REPEATEDLY been getting calls from "People that represent a private investor" offering financing in exchange for free trading shares. Tom said they are getting very nasty and yelling and swearing when Tom says "The Company is not interested. And then they yell and hang up.
"
Yeah, wow- they call, get told no, curse and hang up- then call again hoping that this time they'll get the answer they want.
Then they get told no yet again, curse, hang up and call back later. And the claim is that they've been doing this for how long? LOL
Funny how something is mentioned long ago yet gets re-posted as if it's something IR said recently... no wonder Tom stopped talking to investors.
"End of discussion."
Be serious. The only thing that would end the discussion are updated filings.
If the discussion ended at the say-so of the company then the PYCT would have issued the divvy, named the new CEO and had entered the commercial market earlier this year.
End of discussion...lol
Everybody doesn't.
For those who are posting it however, I would guess that they are either referring to the 25 billion authorized, or it may be in their opinion that the outstanding have reached that number.
Without filings there's no telling.
Eh, you're not thinking positive enough. I'd guess you'll probably profit at least $25-$50 million here.
"Laboratory work has started to prepare the formulas for sample production"
Well so much for the idea that they were simply making more samples because they were in such high demand. The samples passed with flying colors last year but now we're going to see more samples of a changed product.
Glad to see that they're starting the formulas the last of June... I wonder if they're still going to be producing commercially in early 2010.
It almost seems like someone gave up on the company actually releasing any actual news and commandeered the website with these updates.
I'm sure the Big 3 are definitely worried about this one...
Well I can't prove that you didn't so I guess it's true.
"So the ONLY PROOF you can say that proves NO SHORT..."
Well there's the lack of evidence of such a short (although all the counting in truly fascinating).
If people would provide evidence that this specific stock has a massive naked short then people could work on refuting that. Of course thus far no one has provided anything but fascinating counts, (which mean nothing when it comes to a super-nontransparent pinksheet stock) and years-old generic articles and statements.
Is there a need for a mass effort to disprove the existence of unicorns or centaurs?
But my god, no one has proven that they don't exist so maybe... lol
There's nothing wrong with believing whatever one wants, but IMO there is something wrong with hyping the matter in order to sucker people in to believing that this is a good investment.
"That wouldn't be fair on the current shareholders most who have been stuck here since the P&D in '04/'05. "
So what is "fair" for 'investors' of a pinksheet company that was an obvious scam when they purchased it or for those who bought later on the word of a CEO who'd pretty much failed to ever keep his word?
IMO, in pinks "fair" is whatever you get.
"Website Still Broke!"
Naw, that's just the new secret code so that they don't give away all their secrets to the big 3. Decipher and discuss...

Is it just me or is the rest of the site still screwed up? lol
Amazing that they can bother to put updates but leave the rest of the site looking as it does.
I didn't delete the posts but they were off topic which is why the Squad deleted them.
That's not the shareholder's business. Whatever the case it's a nice little update.
Have a good one.
No, I have always had an admitted negative, yet honest, view on this company's antics. I simply discuss the facts- not try and add to them.
That is not the same as using tactics to manipulate public opinion- that's what spin is. As I've always said- if you truly believe in what the company is doing then you'll let them speak for themselves and not add to what they're saying for positive spin.
This is a positive development- accept it for what it is. Nothing more, nothing less.
I've not had to spin or lie here- ever. I don't mind discussing the facts without adding to them.
Even if there was only a single order from Joe's Pad Shack they would still need to receive bar codes from whatever system they are using.
I know it's fun for some to spin what little we know but try and refrain.
They've received bar codes and that's all we know-it does not mean it's because of a huge retailer.
No spin zone- your words.
Makes sense for larger stores indeed.
"You cannot have the same bar code as other products in the store"
No one said they do. Wouldn't those codes would be assigned via the chosen system (UPC, Plessey, Code 39 etc.) and not Walmart and the like?
Perhaps there's a tag of some sort added for each retailer who wants it.
It's amazing to think that large companies, like Pepsi for instance, run very small runs of product for tiny chains like your corner store. While some might be part of a larger company or buying group, it just doesn't sound feasible- a logistics nightmare.
It's apparently some kind of progress though- that cannot be discounted for whatever it's worth.
Interesting if true. I had always thought that the universal codes were you know... universal, therefore a large production run could go out to many different outlets.
"No one wants to sell at under .0001 this year"
Who is the "no one" you speak of?
Do you really beleive that there are a ton of people who actually care that a few shares are still in their accounts? Obviously there isn't a huge following on this stock. IMO a large amount of penny stock traders who purchased this years ago are long gone with shares that will probably sit in accounts untouched for quite some time. That's what happens when people buy at .004 or so and hold waiting for their ship to come in. It's not that they don't want to sell, it's just that have no interest in the $30 worth of PYCT sitting in their account. lol
I'm quite sure that there are large shareholders who wish to hold, but IMO there are even more who have simply forgotten that they own this.
That's how a company ends up with 6500+ shareholders yet no interest.
Don't forget that the truth also is that the supposed CEO that's been waiting in the wings for almost 2 years now has yet to be named and there's still no sign of the filings which will make it possible for them to distribute the dividend.
Anyone remember the dividend? LOL
The updates haven't diverted the attention of everyone.
Well said.
"First its pyct will never produce"
I've never said that so don't put words in my mouth.
As for reality- today is reality. The fact the early 2010 is long gone is reality.
In all fairness if they really are doing as they say they might get some success in a few chains again.
People tend to forget- if they get in just a few chains that should be looked at as a big positive but those hyping the "every mass retailer" angle just take away from that.
$250K in sales would be nice but that's just not enough to get the stock to .10 so the fiction kicks in.
Try and keep up now... I'm referring to the shares you said that PYCT gave her for payment. That's how companies with no cash pay people.
Of course your claim is that Yang's money is supposed to be funding PYCT all the while PYCT is paying Yang with part of the 2 billion shares they dumped.
Talk about something not adding up...
Yes, her name is listed as an inventor along with Banks, we've been aware of that for the past few months. Apparently PYCT is paying her to invent Flushaway. LOL
But just who is she and why should anyone care? You act as if you know.
"Ok, I'll play along..who is she"
Ask dcjr- he apparently has the scoop on her. He spoke with her and acts as people should know who she is. She has a group you know...
All I know is it's Michelle Friggin Yang so she must be incredibly important when it comes to PYCT discussion.
C'mon now, I can't believe you really don't know who she is.
It's Michelle Friggin Yang.
"The shares that were just issued were given to Michelle Yang and others for services."
Yet it's supposedly Michelle Friggin Yang's group that is fronting the cash for Flushaway's activity... LOL
With Michelle Friggin Yang in the picture they shouldn't be dumping shares to anyone- the Group is supposed to be financing things.
Kinda like Pillay's group was supposedly financing PYCT as they were dumping shares.
"Yeah isn't she Mr. Chen's cleaner?"
Dude, she's much more important than that. Please tell me that you're heard of Michelle Yang- I mean she is a household name of course... There's massive due diligence available on her as well right? It's Michelle Friggin Yang for pete sake!
All will be revealed soon. Perhaps she's negotiating Oscar Diggs to be revealed as the new CEO... would make perfect sense.
Michelle Yang!
You are correct, my intentions are for posters to see the importance in having accountability for what they post.
Glad you're good with that.
Let's get back on topic shall we?
