you're certainly correct in that I have no idea what's going on behind the scenes; implying it's some fault of my character or my lack of attention which is responsible for my state of unawareness. the question to ask, is: why don't I know? as a shareholder why am I not kept up to date with company progress, the same concern goes for all the other shareholders.

so what is left to do? bend over one last time; or stand up, fight, and take over?

it doesn't matter that they were not affected by IRMA. the teachers are happy they can post magnetic things in the classrooms; the aircon bill is down in FLA and in Houston; everything's groovy. Why can't we get this wonderful product out to the public? are there perhaps people politically connected in the building industry that don't want Leep to succeed? you seem to be the only laissez-faire cheerleader here. What's your story? Are you happy to sit on your hands and let this slide into oblivion?

call the schools in florida; they are extremely happy with Leepcore. The houston building owners are extremely happy. The DOD is extremely happy. There is no problem with the product; the management is the problem; it boggles the mind that Leep is in the state it is in. Hope springs eternal. Somewhere, somehow, we need a huge dose of divine intervention.

as long the info is true and verifiable, i'm all in. what do we have that's true and verifiable to report? The Lack of 8K's for 15-20 years? The paucity of info on the OTC deep website? The lack of info on who is actually on the board of directors? the fact none of us have ever been apprised of the addition of people to the board of directors? Did you ever get to vote on who is on the BOD? i haven't, and i've been a shareholder for 18 years. The fact that(apparently) we have new business with the DOD for more mail screening units? I have never seen a recounting of how many of these things we've actually built and delivered. Who owns our patents? What was the result of the OVC suit? I have talked to several securities lawyers who have said (and a couple more lawyers who were not securities lawyers but still think something stinks as to the outcome (a decision I have only heard about through the grapevine) that they know of no suit that allowed for the muzzling of the results of a suit. No pubic announcement of the status with our transfer agent, or of the amount of money needed to get current with he transfer agent. No discussion of or disclosure of what is needed in order to get us to be abel to put our stock in an account anywhere.
I agree, let's get some discussion going. Someone asked if there was an email for investor relations. There's no-one to answer such emails. No-one answers the phone. Do we or do we not have an office? where is it? do we have staff? if we do, how are they getting paid? How has the largest shareholder (guess who) been able to get so many shares with no performance? who decides who gets how many shares? how is the rent getting paid? What's the status of our manufacturing facility(facilities)? How much inventory do we still have left after grant record's campaign of producing panels without accompanying sales?
If you look at all of this, it is unbelievable, irreconcilable; it appears like a kofka-esque comedy of errors. If shareholders don't start making some noise, when will it end? e're not asking for much, just the normal reporting of company details, and a responsible operation of the company.

i think that we are doing fine.... For the record, from my technical trader perspective, this is healthy decreasing low volume pullback, higher low (so far), we’re just below short-term 15-day moving average, would not be surprised if buying started again soon, bring us back above 20, then consolidate between 20-35, then breakout... 35 is key breakout level here. That’s my technical analysis view, shared by a few trading buddies, and chatter on boards remain good, so far so good

I haven't; maybe foolishly, but i just can't see or understand anyone having anything to do with this company wanting to see it die on the vine. makes no sense. these BOD people are apparently shareholders also. They seem to be acting like the MH370 pilot. if there's anyone near Kentucky; can you go in to the office and see if there are any live bodies there? Take an EEG with you and see if there are any brain waves detectable. Maybe they want to change course and enter the funeral business. Seems there must be a lot of dead-heads involved. The situation is beyond belief, actually. And a few people on here supporting the status quo and saying "just wait; JN has good stuff coming". reminds me of the meme "Free Beer tomorrow"

i'm on holiday in newfoundland: the weather conditions here; the solid rock foundation; a perfect place for Leepcore. i've followed and owned this for 18 years; it's a tragedy that it has not amounted to anything. there is no excuse or reason this is not a billion dollar company. so sad. and no-one takes responsibility. you just have to give a huge "WTF". so extremely frustrating. (This could have had a large shot in the arm recently; refused by management) Who wants to wait another 20 years?
