I like the way you think Rev. I've some friends who have held CYRX for 4 or 5 years and they REALLY want out over $10 now, I tell them I'm holding for at least a year yet, as we are in the sweet spot for growth finally. We have commercializations secured and more to come. This is the reason we are at $9 today, the market prices to the future, not past. And we are now getting the markets attention.
If you look at comments on stocktwits, BLFS holders(posting on CYRX board) can't figure out why CYRX is where it is compared to BLFS. Simple really, its about the future, not the past.
I'm very satisfied with where we are today, even with the very rough ride we've had.
Any chance this pop is due to news that hasn't been released yet? Did one of our customers get an approval we haven't heard about yet?
Perfect response to my post i guess! Hope they are correct!
Yeah its been pretty quiet. However I like the grind higher even with lack of news. Im wondering if there is little news because its hard to top the two recent commercilization events, if we start announcing every small event does it look desperate? Im confident we are growing the client base similar to other quarters!
Nice find Robert, it would appear we may want to keep our rev expectations on the low end this quarter. Fda approvals are one thing, insurance coverage is a whole different game. Im assuming novartis will run into a similar issue initially.
We can hope the 21st Century Cures Act will help cut initial costs of new treatments so more people benefit sooner, and not have to pass away while waiting for the geen light from insurance...especially children!
Nice finish to the week. Looks like my technical analysis is getting better...look at my post 10948. Or it COULD be a fluke:)
Wow, guess the shorts are in control here. Or could it possibly be the investment banks at work, keeping a lid on the stock price so they get more shares when moleculin is desperate for cash in not too long...
Wow, I think this is the first time actual news broke and us little retail investors were first to know!
Yeah, what am I missing here? No movement after big news?
Correct me if I'm wrong here...but new trials cannot start without approved IND's?
Yeah Im startin to worry about it. I'm hopeful the bump today is due to someone knowing something we dont.
Looks like an FDA decision is due in a couple days on the recent IND application. Anyone have some feeling on which way the decision will go? I'm hopeful it will be approved, which should be a nice bump for us based on what happened last time...
One of these days we have to close above 7! Looking at indicators rsi, macd, stochastics looking good. Thinkin we start moving higher soon...
Couldn't agree more, lack of jump in share price almost has to be related to nov $4 options? Isnt there a ton of them open? The news today would make any other micro cap double...or at least up by 50%???
If a delay in decision is due to a manufacturing deficiency, Ill take it. That is as good as an approval(that should be able to be fixed in short order)and I believe the market would react positively if that is indicated.
My only concern is if more evidence is needed for efficacy or safety, which could cause a long drawn out study.
Good humor!
That is a great question. I would imagine any small company likes to keep their options open...we just dont know what their long term plan may entail. Can't imagine it hurts to talk to bankers from time to time just in case they have a need for expansion/capital...maybe in Europe?
As i've learned over the years...lack of planning on my part does not constitute an emergency on your part. As far as we know, their current business plan should require little or no more capital?
Watching the price action, I'll go with a hypothesis the market just got ahead of itself. We have the first 2 immuno therapies approved EVER? I'm just really disappointed in myself for not recognizing the over exuberant buying and take some profits at $10.
Did any of us expect to hit $10 so quickly? Especially how we've watched revenues climb at a snails pace? Yeah 50% here %50 there...but reporting in dollars would make for poor headlines. We are still in an infant growth stage(going on for years now), and the latest quarterly report/conference call gave the market more ammunition to work the price down.
Yes, the future is still bright, but the tunnel got a bit longer for new investors when they hear the grand prize commercializations will take 3 YEARS to fully contribute to the bottom line. Granted there are other revenue streams that will take hold, but when is anyones guess.
So I guess my take is the market has repriced the stock to where it probably deserves. We only have what 12 to 15 million annual revenues? Market cap 10 to 15 times that? I'd say we are still valued very positively by the market.
Thanks Nick!
Ive been watching arch for a while and jist now opened a position at .52, ive laerned over the years that big moves with lack of news usually reverse direction...
Thanks, ahab, this action looks manipulative since no news out. Either stop losses got hit hard or someone has inside info about fda decision or money raise . If we don't get news today I think we move back up quickly.
Did you mean 'buy buy' in response to 'sell sell' ha ha
Yeah heard the response about blfs also, there are lots of 'drive bye' posts on stocktwits bashing cryoport claiming blfs is superior in financials, clients and tech.
We know cyrx tech is superior, so my thought is there is a concerted effort to slow client adoption of cyrx, or worse scam clients away from cyrx.
I hate to continue saying long term, but another few quarters we wait I guess.
As far as revenue raise goes, in the 10Q mgmt states they anticipate having enough cash for the next 12 months. However in the conf call during question answer time they alluded to having additional logistics locations in planning, which may affect gross margin numbers. If they build out I can see a need to raise capital, either equity or debt.
For one time expenses would debt be a more favorable avenue?
Im in the 'hope for a buyout' heard, as listening to call felt like any revenue ramp is still a long ways off...think years. The two fda approvals are only expected to be be fully ramped in 3 years.
Im now thinking about selling common and buying tradable warrants...just not sure where the bottom is right now...
Ice, I appreciate your recap of the conference call, I was unable to listen in, but will probably listen tomorrow. Thanks for acknowledging my concern with gross margins(from long past postings, you have a good memory), as that is a nice improvement. Trust me, I'm still very long, just getting impatient waiting for the revenue 'ramp' we heard about years ago.
What I have learned is that with any Pharma play, it takes MUCH longer than most investors(and management) anticipate to realize actual meaningful revenues. I'm convinced we have a winner here, it stares us in the face constantly.
I still believe our time is coming, maybe I'm just like a kid waiting for Christmas wanting to open my presents early...
Yep, similar wording as the last dozen quarterly reports. Im just hopeful the market continues to appreciate the potential future we have. Not saying its all bad, the numbers just dont feel like they improve enough for how much the stock has appreciated.
Another less than impressive quarter. Added some trials which is positive, but revs are a bit disappointing. Feels like we are running up a sand hill. 3.2 or 3.3mil would have at least shown some acceleration. 2.9 last quarter to 3.0 might hurt tomorrow. Hope there are some positives on the conference call...
You are correct Ice, I believe it is a 'bridge' study, and takes like 6 months...so clients are VERY sticky.
Yes, yes, yes, they have the absolute most complete solution to biologic shipping, data visibility etc.
My point was, if their pods can't even compete with ours, they lack the most basic part of the whole business. aka 'Thrown out at 1st base'.
So unless their customers have no need for long distance shipping, which doesn't serve much of the market, we have little to worry about. We don't even need to compare the data gathering, accessibility, integration to patient treatment, etc etc etc...
On the surface it appears to be, but looking at their website the details don't support comparable technology. The longest temp hold times appear to be 5 days...and thats not for cryogenic. Their cryogenic pods dont even list how long the pods hold the temp. Im not too worried at this point.
Two nice size insider purchases by CEO last couple days...guessing stock is on sale right now! He should know...
Bought a few $4 nov 17 calls today for .20. We almost have to be over 4 by then!?!?!
Ummm...up $65 or $70 after hours is not positive?
Forget my last post....another pathetic quarter
Bwahahahaha...egg on face
I do not see a new share issue, can you please point me in the right direction as the only one I see recently is a warrant registration, for warrants issued during the last money raised.
Huh...first time i've seen a $70 ask after hours...guy can dream cant he
Does this indicate anything? Maybe they're looking for more capital?

Ahh...sorry...looks like axi-cel is the abbreviated name
Is the fda approval today for the axi-cel? Its axi something but didnt see axi-cel anywhere...
